About this house rental
Soul Surfer is a beachfront vacation home featuring 8 bedrooms and comfortably sleeps up to 24 guests. This home has pulled out all the stops to offer a true beachside oasis! If you've ever pictured yourself lounging directly on the Emerald Coast, saying farewell to the sunset on your poolside bed swing, eating dinner while listening to the waves roll in or gaming all night in your private garage-game room - CONGRATS, you found your dream vacation home at Soul Surfer.
The first floor features a relaxing beachside retreat complete with your very own 12x17 private outdoor pool. Imagine coming in right off the coastline and taking a fresh water dip or swinging the afternoon away on your full-size poolside bed swing. We've also added a kitchenette on the bottom floor for a more convenient way to grab a snack or an ice cold beverage while not having to venture too far from your outdoor oasis. Also located on the ground floor is your garage gameroom, complete with arcade style basketball, a foosball table and full size pool table!
As you walk up the front steps of the home, you are greeted by the second floor which features the main living room, dining room and kitchen area complete with a furnished walkout balcony that offers pristine views of the Emerald Coastline. Its going to be difficult choose to dine inside or outside! Also on the second floor is the first set of bedrooms featuring king beds with their own bathrooms. Your first washer and dryer set are located here as well.
Walking up to the third floor you have four additional bedrooms. On the beach side are two king bedrooms, both have their own bathrooms. There is also a queen over queen bunk room that sleeps 4 and a queen over king bunk room next to it (also sleeps 4), both rooms also have their own bathrooms.
The fourth floor has an open loft area that leads into a large room containing two queen beds and two twin beds (sleeping 6 total) with an in-room vanity and connected full bathroom. On the beachside of this floor is the main King master suite complete with an indoor sitting area as well as a furnished outdoor walkout balcony.
A FEW THINGS TO MAKE NOTE OF:
Your pool is heated! We aren't talking about hot-tub style temperature or anything, it has the ability to heat up to 85 degrees. However, this feature is something our team must activate for you, so be sure to let us know ahead of time if you feel you're going to need it during you stay.
The Beach is your backyard! "Soul Surfer" has a boardwalk that leads straight to the beach.

A vacation rental lease agreement will be sent to you upon confirmation of your reservation and is due within 72 hours of booking. A credit card is required to be put on file. Some other important items to remember:
No Pets: Pets are NOT permitted in or on the premises of any Management's properties. Violation of this policy will result in a $1,000.00 pet fee, per pet, that will be charged to Guest's credit card on file. Additionally, Guest's credit card on file may be charged extra cleaning fees to include but not limited to; extermination fee, deep clean fee, odor, and dander removing fee, and animal hair removal fee. If a Guest needs to bring a service animal who has been trained to do work or perform tasks for a disability, Management MUST be notified at the time of booking and proper paperwork will be required upon request. Guest is responsible for picking up animal waste and keeping the animal on a leash at all times. Guest will be responsible and liable for any damages caused by a service animal to reservation property or its contents. Emotional support animals are not service animals, and therefore not permitted.
No Smoking or Illegal Drug Use: Smoking and illegal drug use is not permitted in or on the premises of any Management rental properties to include but not limited to porches, pool decks, balconies, and driveways. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction of Guest and a $1,000.00 fee will be charged to Guest's credit card on file. If evidence or indications of smoking or of illegal drug use are found in or on reservation property during or after reservation occupancy period, this will be deemed by Management as a violation to this policy and this Agreement. All smoking devices are prohibited including but not limited to; the use of vape pens, e-cigs, pipes, hookah, marijuana smoking devices, or any drug paraphernalia.
Age Requirements: Primary Guests must be 25 years of age or older. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction of Guest. All of Management's vacation rental properties are family accommodations. The Guest must occupy the Property throughout the entirety of the reservation dates. This to include arrival through departure dates, overnight, and anytime persons under the age of 25 are present in or at the property. The Property is subject to inspection by Management at any time.
Listings / Pricing:
All information regarding property listings is believed accurate but cannot be guaranteed. Availability, rates, furnishings, accommodations, fees, and taxes are live and therefore subject to change without notice. Rarely, systems or sites will quote a reservation improperly. This being the case, Management reserves the right to make corrections to the improper booking, listing, or reservation quote. Management will contact the Guest within 48 business hours of reservation booking to make the necessary corrections or cancel Guest's reservation.
Promotional Offers & Discounts: ALL discounted rate changes, specials, and promotional offers are NON-TRANSFERRABLE and will ONLY be applied to new bookings. Modifications made to Guest's reservation may deem discounted rate changes, specials, or promotional offers invalid and no longer applicable to Guest's updated reservation. Guest understands and accepts that said inaccuracies will not result in any offered credits, discounts, or adjustments to correct rates or information.

The View from the house the moment you walk in is amazing. Great way to watch the sunrise and sunset. The property is very spacious and have a restroom in each bedroom was wonderful. The kitchen has plenty of room for making meals for a large group. The amount of dishes and common items was readily available. The outdoor space is very cozy. Having 2 Landry areas was a plus as well.
We enjoyed our stay, just a few minor recommendations. The outdoor putting green was missing supplies, no balls or putters. It would be nice to have beach towels available, the scoreboard on the basketball game is broken and some of the items in the house need a deep cleaning such as rugs, upholstery and outdoor cushions.
Overall it was a great stay.

It was nice and is in a great location. Very clean was very easy to control temp bathrooms were extremely clean and loved that it had 2 sets of washers and dryers *we had large suvs so I don’t know if 10 cars would fit maybe 10 sedans. Loved the very modern look and feel very clean. highly highly recommend for bigger families and check in was super easy and couldn’t have any been simpler location on beach was conveniently next to jet ski rentals definitely recommend you as well! Outside patio had lots to do for kids and teens as well as garage with all the games ice machine and two fridges which is very convenient if you need to store lots of groceries for either a big family 20+ or a long stay. Only complaint was only one roll of toilet paper for 5 days and one roll of paper towels for those days as well. Would give it a solid 10/5 stars very well worth it all rooms were nice and clean very very nice !

We had a terrific vacation at Soul Surfer! The house was beautiful & in a great location. It was very clean and more impressive in person than the online pics! The Holiday Beach rental company was very quick to reply to any questions we had. We definitely will be back!

We had a great time at this property, my wife and I had our wedding down on the beach, it turned out incredible. House was big enough for both of our families. Only complaint I have is that the house didn’t have an elevator for some of the older family members. Other than that the house had everything you could ever need in a vacation house.

The property managers did an outstanding job of communication and responding to questions and issues. the property is very nice and can host more than 20 people at once. It was well laid out, and had a number of critical amenities for families such as a pool alarm if a door was opened by a child. Everyone had a great time and would do it again.

We should not have a shower handle falling off the wall, ice maker in refrigerator not working, bed sheets with hair and sand, bathrooms with dirty mirrors, hair on the floor and sink, dirty pool, gas smell, refrigerator water not working, not enough cook ware. You cannot ask top dollar and Not give top service. All these issues hindered our stay. A partial refund should absolutely be given.I would not give recommendation.

The neighbors threw up all over the sand outside our house, threw bbq sauce all over our deck multiple nights in a row, had extremely loud and vulgar music to where we couldn't even hear each other talk outside and.completly ruined our nights on the back deck or allowing the kids to swim. We called the police multiple nights in a row and they unfortunately didn't get kicked out until the day we were leaving so we didn't get to enjoy a single day without them. We would love to stay again but clearly they don't pre screen who will be staying nor check in during the week to see how things or going that we will stay somewhere else next time.
