The penthouse Seaside extends over the first and second attic of Villa Theres and is proud of 155 square meters with pure elegance and luxury. As soon as you enter, your vacation home will surprise you with its pleasant brightness, high ceilings, high-quality oak flooring and the perfectly coordinated combination of shapes, colors and materials. The large cooking and dining area opens up on the lower floor. In a harmonious mixture of colonial times and sailing style, everything is laid out very generously, functionally well thought out and furnished with high quality branded furniture. Perfectly integrated in a separate niche in the bright room, there is the designer kitchen with exclusive technical equipment and fittings from Dornbracht. Two bedrooms with comfortable double beds radiate elegant comfort. The floor-to-ceiling windows let in plenty of daylight, but can of course also be darkened. A double door leads to the north-east facing balconies. Attached to the bedroom is an en-suite bathroom, the dark gray Ceralith floor panels, which appear seamless as if they were cast from a single piece, tell of noble bathing pleasure from the very first moment. Villeroy [&] Boch sinks with Dornbracht fittings, the bathtub or the spacious, walk-in shower and the Finnish sauna in the apartment are amenities that people like to use. A separate guest toilet in the entrance area is also available. A curved staircase leads up to the second level of the apartment.
