Timur bay is definitely recommended but this host should improve the service as we are also paying about the same price

Location

This is one of the units that I have booked for this trip (3d 2n). This is the only unit that provide an “ikea throws” for its guests as blanket (proper blankets were only delivered at about 11.30pm after numerous requests from the host). Promised to deliver the toilet papers on the next morning but failed / neglect to do so. The other 2 units that I booked with different hosts were satisfactory.

Its the corner lot facing the pool, which mean we have the best view from the unit. The house is clean and spacious

I am a frequent traveller. This house did not provide amenities at all, not even a hand soap. No mineral water. Not less but none. No microwave, induction cooker also cannot be use. No extra garbage bag for 2 nights stay.

An excellent getaway for a decent price 👍

The location was great with ease of access to the private beach. The beach itself was clean and beautiful. Children really enjoyed. The owner prepared extra mattress, pillow and towel adequate for all five of us. The apartment was clean and neat with good decent amenities especially the washing machine. The swimming pool is catered for all ages of group as well. Instructions were clear so check in was brisk. The balcony view was just excellent. A lot of food and shops nearby. Definitely a highly recommended getaway 👍👍

Two access cards will be good especially for families. Also try to avoid weekends as it will be crowded 😉

need to provide more dustbin & mirror at 2nd room.. not to forget to change or to polish the bowl seat cover for both toilets.. everything is ok

i love kuantan & timurbay..definitely we’ll repeat soon..

the location is near to the beach which i love the most..and there also activities we could enjoy with family..

the apartment we rent this time is below expectations..there is only 2 double/queen bed instead of normal large double bed we usually see at other apartment/hotel and futon bed is thinner than comforter..and there some unrecognised smell inside the unit..

Good location with good facilities but the unit was dirty.

The location is good. You can walk to the beach from the property. There are some commercial F&B and 7-11 right outside the condo, you may get some food over there.

The cleanliness of the property is not good. The floor is sticky when we enter into the house. The mop available in the unit is very dirty and we couldn’t even clean it ourselves. The bed doesn’t seems has changed as there is a bad smell on it.

Superb!

My unit is 6-10, everything is good, especially the kitchen, you can cook using a gas stove or induction cooker, cooking tools all provided, washer & dryer are very helpful, fast wifi & many TV broadcasts, grocery stores and restaurants are all nearby, seaview from the balcony are very peaceful, the swimming pool is also big, if you get bored in the pool you can take a bath on the beach, there are many interesting activities on the beach such as ATVs, although there are many security doors but everything is smooth, the elevator check out time is a bit slow because there are many people checking out & one lift out of service, but anyway definitely will come again!TQ Mr Goh to let us stay here 👍🏻

Please provided dish rack & more pillow perhaps? Only got 5 pillow instead of 6 people...

overall, it was a pleasant family vacation. Will book again with the same owner.

Unit facing the swimming pool and the sea. Was clean and easy to access. Value for money.

Security guards. Please ensure the QR Code for parking is registered with your vehicle number with multiple entry. On the day we check in- the security guards did not say anything but the next day , the security guys were rude and asked us to re-register our QR Code with the owner for us to enter the residence. Thank God, the owner was super fast in responding and immediately sent us a new code.

1. Scenery was fantastic 2. Facilities in the place was good..could still improve 3. Easy access to the beach n convenient stores

Nothing much i guessed... I'm not a fan of gas stove, microwave would be more convenient. Could add more rubbish bins, put a small dish washing rack to drain the dishes, small towels to wipe.
