The tiny coach house is beautifully designed and cosy. Kristina was a great host, meeting us and showing us around on the first day. She left a few foods in the fridge, coffee and tea, milk, bread, cheese, etc. She was available for questions and took care of any concerns. Location was a quick 5 minute walk into town.
The ceiling in the upstairs bedroom is low, so we had to negotiate that, but it was not a problem. We had a wonderful trip here and will certainly try to book with Kristina in the future.
If we come in warmer weather, we can take advantage of the beautiful garden/patio!

It was so clean and organized with every little thing you could possibly need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Gorgeous inside and out. Every little detail had been carefully arranged and it had a very homely feel. Exceptionally clean, host was extremely friendly and caring and it was in a fantastic location for the picturesque town. Perfect break.

Exceptional property and wonderful host. Lot of useful goodies supplied like milk butter cheese chocolate coffee tea etc. The property was 5 minutes from the city centre and 5 minutes from the station. If you are alone or a couple with small children this property is ideal. The host Kristina is lovely and makes you feel very welcome. I shall come back.

Little garden - with table - was a delight, Kristina couldn't have been more welcoming, quiet very peaceful spot but just a few minutes walk into Horsham or the park.

The location was ideal with many restaurants within easy walking distance. The bed was extremely comfortable enabling us to sleep incredibly well. Kristina was an excellent host and left us with many welcoming treats!
We have no criticism at all. Perfect in every way!

Kristina is the perfect host! Little personal touches which set her aside, like fresh bread, flowers, milk, coffee, cookies etc etc., which after travelling many hours, made for a particularly warm welcome....
You wont be disappointed ! I'm already looking forward to staying again with my family....

The house and the host were charming. The house is compact and very comfortable. Outside is a wonderful garden, there is a canopy with a sofa, a table and chairs. Ideal for having your first coffee or tea outside, even if it's raining. Kristina is exceptionally helpful and nothing seems to be too much trouble. The location is ideal, it is quiet and within easy walking distance to the centre of Horsham.
I cannot think of anything we did not like.

Excellent for our short term needs, meeting family. Very quiet and yet just a short walk to centre of town. Off road parking an important bonus for us.

Great location and friendly host - only a few minutes walk to central Horsham, shopping and the local Park, ideal for walks, is nearby. There's an outside seating area and a table to relax and eat/drink. A short drive to the office makes this place an ideal stopover.

Location could not have been better and having parking was a real bonus. Kristina left us bread, milk, cake and strawberries which was unexpected. The coach house was very clean, comfortable and ideal for a short break.

This guest house is perfectly located for Horsham and the surrounds and is a little gem. I stayed for a golf tournament at Manning's Heath which is barely 10 minutes away by cab. Very comfortable, accessible (only a 2 minute walk to the Red Deer pub!) and stocked with coffee, cookies and bread it felt like a little home form home. Kristina is lovely and couldn't have been more accommodating. I have worked in the travel industry for over 20 years and can count on one hand the number of private properties like this that have exceeded expectation as this one has. Very highly recommended.
Parking could be a little tight on the drive if you had a very big car (like large 4x4), but that is just about the only comment - the fact that there is free, off-street parking in the first place I think more than makes up for that!

Lovely very comfortable property with everything we needed. Lots of welcoming small touches such as milk and tea and cake. Beautiful small garden to sit out and enjoy. Katrina is a brilliant friendly welcoming host. Location is great - 5 mins to town centre. Definitely recommend .

Everything about the property and host were superb - Kristina is very friendly and extremely helpful and clearly values the comfort of her guests. Location is excellent, feels like the middle of nowhere but a few minutes walk from the centre of Horsham. The accommodation was comfy, clean and has everything you need to aid a good break away - thank you - would recommend highly.

It was clean with fresh flowers and a breakfast pack with fresh bread, milk etc. Kristina was very pleasant and helpful. We had an excellent break. Lovely area to sit out in.
Parking was a little difficult, but on site. Cooking facilities were adequate. Every thing else was excellent.

Lovely homely property with many thoughtful touches. Owner Kristina is very friendly and discrete. Beautiful courtyard garden with sofa..perfect for that evening glass of wine.

the hostess provided milk bread cake jam butter etc for us on arrival which was so great we had everything we needed for our stay it was in a very good location near to the shops and restaurants and train station also had a lovely garden to sit out in
the bedroom upstairs and bathroom downstairs had to leave light on downstairs so could see you can accomadate a person sleeping downstairs but this would prove difficult as the people upstairs would disturb them going to toilet okay for families

There is so much to like about this place - great host, great location, lovely 'coach house' that was clean and had good facilities, plus Kristina's thoughtful little touches make this feel a home-from-home stay.
