Our house will meet all your requirements: you will find the comfort of a 10-year house built with ecological materials that enable to manage efficiently temperature during the summer as well as in winter.
We have a reversible air conditioning in large rooms exposed to the sun and a heating floor and gas heating in the rooms.
You can enjoy a capacity of 15 adult beds size (and 5 young children sleeping bed) with
- 5 bedrooms with double bed and 1 sleeping young child possible per room
(1 parental suite of 20m2 with bathtub, 4 bedrooms between 11 and 13m2)
- 1 dormitory of 35m2 with 5 sleeping facilities : sofa bed, and 4 single beds
- 3 bathrooms in total, 2 wc
- A plot of land with landscaped garden and grass (green even in summer) without vis à vis of 1500m2
- 4x10m pool with a progressive slope with cover and an alarm
Swimming is possible from mid April to the end of October because the swimming pool cover heats the water due to the generous Montpellier Sun.
