Not recommended at all.

Nothing to like about. Very overpriced and service guy was very very rude. Fought for a blanket when asked to replace the torn out blankets.

Bed sheets were not clean and they need to make their staff learn that how to provide service for what a customer is paying. Very bad service.

Location

Basic amenities are lacking, water was standing in the bathroom, no proper heating in the geyser. Cold Air seeps through the door. Did not give a towel or soap. No proper water jet in bathroom.

I reached to Hotel 7pm with me wife When I visited this place the hotel management asked for extra money then I have paid 400 rs after that they will allow to stay this is verse experience in my life

It was the worst hotel I have ever visit there was no service of breakfast at all very disappointing

I have booked the room in advance payment but when I reach there the staff of the hotel refuse to accept my booking and ask for another 500 for the room it was a crime. Then to room price was double the price I was booked.

Behaviour of the staff was very rude and firstly they didn't took the booking made from this after that i checked in with more money and they took the commission also. Room was not good lot of moisture was inside the room and on blanket also Overall worst experience 🙂

Our experience hotel Unique

Hygine of blankets and room, washroom was satisfactory

Land line phone not available to call hotel staff for room service Soap not available Shimla is freezing and geyser was not working as their power supply was Off from main power supply and no body was available to listen to us, only one person was handling the room bookings and he was heavily drunk and we tried to wake him up but all effort went in vain Hotel staff don't know how to respect customers

I didn't like many things like bathroom ceiling was leaking There were huge hole at the corner of window I asked towel and they gave me towel but it seems like it was used one it was smelly n dirty very disgusting Bedsheet was not clean I believe that in this much of money I would get better one

Worst experience

We reach at 1am in the night, hotal staff did not attended us though the arrival time was already intimated in advance. After one call they switched off the mobile. At 1:30am I searched another hotal for stay. Think of the situation I was with my family (2 yr child was with me) searching for hotal at 2am in shivering cold of ending November. Very bad experience.
