Casa Fabio is a comfortable villa offering a perfect setting in which to relax and unwind. The property is an L-shape set on one level and offers plenty of space for all of the family. Outside there's an inviting private swimming pool with a spacious terrace, where you can enjoy the glorious sunshine. The villa is ideally set in the sought-after area of Los Mojones, on the outskirts of Puerto del Carmen and located near the main road allowing you to easily explore the island, but still within walking distance of all the amenities the resort has to offer. The bars, restaurants, many shops and sandy beaches at the centre of Puerto del Carmen can all be reached on foot. Casa Fabio is an ideal choice for those who want a relaxing holiday with home comforts and a range of amenities within walking distance. The villa is fully equipped to a high standard which includes free Wifi and premium Tv channels including BBC, ITV, RTE sky sports and movies.
The private pool can be electrically heated through the winter months and in the summer is heated via solar panels so the pool can be enjoyed all year round.

From start to finish we were totally satisfied with all aspects of the villa. It was immaculately clean and provided us with a great comfortable base to visit other areas of Lanzarote. We spent 4 days of our visit staying around the pool enjoying eating and drinking whilst soaking up the sun at times at 28 degrees. We hired a car as a convenient travel option but the beach and old town was only a 15 minute stroll down the road albeit slightly longer coming back up😎 Our host Natasha was more than helpful to be of assistance to us and was nice to know good close contact was at hand if needed. Totally recommend this villa.

A truly lovely property, and incredibly great service provided by the owner Natasha! Could not fault a thing, and will look to rebook here again in the future. From initial booking to departure we were cared for and nothing was to much trouble. The property was in immaculate condition and the cleanliness was above anything I have seen before. Thank you Natasha (and Darren) for a truly great service.

Beautiful villa with pool and spacious outdoor area. All mod cons and great space, and very clean. Nice touch by the host on our return when we arrived and is really helpful if you need her throughout your stay. Slightly set back from the old town but just a 10 to 15 minute walk but great steak house 30 seconds away. Our second stay in 9 months and would recommend.

Amazing beautiful views from front although near a road you won’t notice it after a day can see the sea from the villa villa is so well looked after cleaner is spot on pool man is lovely and does a brilliant job Don’t have a negative about the villa !!! I would not recommend this area thou for elderly people with walking problems Taxis from airport was £18 euros Taxis into town we always said £5.00 euros so what ever they had a tip About 15 min walk to town 20 mins to main strip Beautiful island would definitely go again although go to a flat part

Had a lovely stay at this property it’s exactly how described Natasha the host is lovely, and Darren the pool guy as well He will help you for quickest routes down to the restaurant and supermarket The restaurant along the road that’s in alondora villas is a must visit , amazing place It’s called Arenos but make reservation as they host weddings as well Janis and George

The villa is located in a residential area but within a 10/15 minute walk to many restaurants and the port. It is well cared for, comfortable and very well equipped. Plenty of room to laze by the pool. For the more adventurous it has close access to the main autoroutes to explore the island. There is some background road noise but not enough to be intrusive. We had a minor maintenance issue on arrival but Darren was swiftly on site to sort things out. All in all a great location and great place to stay. We would definitely stay there again.

Natasha the host was brilliant, nothing was too much trouble. The villa is immaculate clean, the lounge was beautiful, with a fab TV set up all the channels you could want. It had everything you could want and loads of hot water. It is a little out of town. The pool was lovely. We would visit again.

We have stayed at many Villa's on our travels, this one is absolutely up there with the very best of any that we have came across. The size of the Villa is certainly a surprise even though many state this in reviews! Natasha was such a great host & went above & beyond during all stages of our stay. The pool is an absolute pleasure to spend time in & we spent many hours in & around it. The outdoor table became a real favourite spot for us as well for breakfast, lunch & evening meals. Such a private & intimate spot. Darren (the pool cleaner/handyman) even drove into Tias for us on a Sunday morning to help with a medical issue, a gesture we have not encountered before from someone doing his job, little things like this makes such a huge difference! We will most certainly return one day to this villa & would highly recommend to anyone having a look. Thank you again Natasha & Darren!

We arrived at the villa and completely felt at home. Everything was clean and was well prepared. The white bed linen was like brand new. The kitchen was well equipped and everything was well looked after. The negatives were being next to a busy road which is we are honest did not bother us as we live beside one. The bed in the master was very noisy. In our opinion this should be a king. Plenty of room for one. This however would not stop us from staying again. Natasha was very helpful and an excellent owner who takes a lot of pride and in her villa, and always got back to us when we needed to speak to her.. Will Definitely be back.

Lovely single storey villa with pool on the outskirts of town so very quiet. Supermarkets are within easy walking distance and the owners have kindly provided a shopping trolley. We loved it so much we have already booked our return.

We had a lovely stay in this villa. Most important to us was cleanliness and this was top class. The villa was well kept and much larger than we anticipated so that was a pleasant surprise. We knew it was near a road but this did not affect our enjoyment of the villa. There were rules given by owner but only to ensure the villa is kept in good condition for all guests. Any queries by us to the owner were answered promptly. Had a great time !!!

We would both look to stay here again when we return - private pool area not overlooked, spacius and clean vill with everything you need. 10 minute walk to the old town, but lovely restaraunt Toro 2 mins walk away if you want to stay local really helpful owner, great contact and pleaseure to deal with. Perfect if you want to be just out of the main PDC area but not too far away, will definitly return

Although the property was clean and comfortable, there were a couple of things that let it down. 1. Outside table in direct sun all day which made the table very hot. Needs some shade and a tablecloth. 2. Although plenty of them, the bath towels were on the small side. Two of our party are rather large and they did not wrap around them.

Really enjoyed our stay at the Villa, it had all the amenities you could want. Around 15 minute walk down to the Old Town and a short taxi drive to the center, or you could walk there. Would recommend staying there.

The villa was nice and tidy and mostly comfortable. The beds were very creaky so every time you moved in bed they made a noise. The sun beds and chairs on the patio needed extra padding on them as you couldn’t lay on them for long without becoming achey. The shower screen in the en-suite bedroom needs to come all the way down as the water sprays between that and the shower tray lip. A bit of a way outside Puerto del Carmen not near enough to walk always had to use the car or taxi if drinking. A bit to near the road so was quite noisy during the day. Apart from these few minor things a very nice place to stay

From the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome. Everything we could have needed was available at the villa and Natasha even ordered us a taxi for going to the airport. Would highly recommend this villa due to the care put in.

We have just returned from a fab 2 week stay at this great villa. From booking through to check in/check out Natasha (the owner) could not have been more helpful. The villa is a 15 minute walk from the harbour (3 euros in a taxi). It is located next to the main road and you can of course hear the traffic but it definitely didn't bother us at all. The villa was exceptionally clean and there were a generous amount of towels for us to use. The pool area/terrace is really big and gets the sunshine all day until the sun goes down. We had a really great, relaxing holiday and I would definitely have no hesitation in booking to stay at this villa in the future.

Mycket bra boende. Fullt utrustat med allt man kan önska. Bra sängar. Handdukar, lakan och poolhanddukar finns. Bra med en tvättmaskin då vi stannade 3 veckor. Mycket bra kontakt med ägaren som svarade på frågor och bistod oss med allt! Kan varmt rekommendera detta boende!!

This is a spacious, airy, secure and clean villa, with 2 double bedrooms and a twin, each with very good quality linen and comfy beds. The master has a big en-suite with a powerful large shower and a lovely inside/outside feel as you can open the window onto a mini courtyard (which I suspect is the fire escape) and feel like you're showering outdoors! The kitchen is a good size and well-equipped and off it is a super little laundry room with washer & drying space. The lounge is big enough for a family & you're straight out onto the patio and pool area. The pool itself is solar-heated and warm, it's lovely, especially when the local breeze is around! NB if you want it cold, just leave the cover off!! This is an easy 15-20 mins downhill stroll into town - take the detour via the Calle Agachadilla & Terrero, it's nicer - and we often caught a £3.50 taxi back. There's a good Dino supermarket half way, but they also deliver if you look online. It would be unfair in the interests of transparency not to note that the main road into town is next to the property so you will have some road noise & passing buses. However you can't really see it and it virtually stops at night, plus you cannot hear it inside anyway. After day 2 we didn't notice it at all. Don't let it put you off, the villa far outweighs this. We would highly recommend and will be back.
