About this house rental

This 5 bedroom, 3 bath house is located just 1 block from the sugar white sand of panama city beach. It has 2 balconies perfect for sunbathing, rest and relaxation. With an outside kitchen grill area and a huge hot tub perfect to soak and massage your cares away. Main floor has a open concept kitchen and dining area and living room.Bedroom 1 has Queen bed. 1 Bathroom downstairs between the 2 bedrooms.Bedroom 2 has a queen bed. Upstairs Bedroom 3 master has a king size bed with its own master bath with huge tub. Bedroom 4 has a queen bed . Bedroom 5 has a full bed and 2 twins , with a jack and Jill bathroom between them. There is an upstairs sitting area that has bay windows with great views. A tv and a mini fridge and a microwave. The sitting room also has access to the deck that wraps around the house. There are three parking spaces available. All are welcome, Must be at least 25 years old to book and be present the entire stay.

We brought girls down for a gymnastics camp at Edgewater Gymnastics and we had a great time! The accommodations were perfect, the owner was great with communicating and we would definitely stay there again!

The grill utensils were un usable. The owner of the house seems to come around a lot and makes it a little uncomfortable. Over all the place was clean and location was good .

The house is amazing. The upper deck is great fir viewing sunsets and storms coming in over the water. The hot tub was nice for the evenings. The house is waking distance to the beach entrance. Even though we couldn't get in the water due to rip currents it was still a blast. There was puzzles and books to read. The distance to the nightlife snd resturants is close. I definitely would book again!!

We enjoyed our stay in Laguna Beach. It was close enough to the beach for a short walk, although with two younger children a golf cart would have been ideal. Maybe entertain the idea of adding one in the rental. Would stay again. Thanks

This house was perfect for us. We are an extended family and invited a family of 4 to join us so over all 12 guest total. The pictures of this house do not do it justice. It was very updated and extremely clean. All of the outside seating was amazing and of course we enjoyed the hot tub! It's also very convenient to beach access. We will rent here again!

This house is so beautiful and clean! Emmanuela was great at responding in a timely manner and sent her husband over to check the AC when we had an issue with it. Turned out to be an easy fix and we had no other issues with the property! I highly recommend this house! It’s only a block from the beach, some of us walked to and from the beach unless we were already too exhausted.

I live in Laguna Beach. Our three sons and their families came to visit and enjoy the beach. We rented this home as we didn't have room for everyone . They really enjoyed the hot tub and the room arrangements were perfect. The kitchen was not very well supplied with pots and pans, so I had to share mine. We will definitely put this property on the list for future vacations.

Nice house, quiet neighborhood

The house was very nice. Several bedrooms and patios. Plenty of room to stretch out and not feel crowded. The house is about 400 yards from the beach. There is usually plenty of parking beside the road in front of the beach. The donut shop is across from the beach and grocery store is about 100 yards further. The house doesn't have many kitchen utensils. We bought some cheap steak knives while we were there. The main floor TV needs a fire stick or Roku to connect. It was a hassle to watch TV and no Netflix. The upstairs tv worked fine, it had Netflix and no problems. The beach was very nice. No crowds and warm water. It's a popular wedding spot. We saw 3 different weddings on the beach over a couple of days right before sunset.

The house was perfect. All of the beds were comfortable, the two bedrooms downstairs were perfect for the two adults without kiddos and the upstairs worked great for our two families with kids (13, 6, 5, 5, 3)! Loads of pillows and the upstairs stayed nice and cool which we all loved. One block walk to the beach so you don't have to drive, walking distance to the grocery store and Thomas Donuts. The third story balcony was so amazing to drink morning coffee and the outdoor grill area is absolutely amazing. Wonderful stay and we will be back

Lots of room for us with 7 adults and 6 children. Newly renovated - pictures don't do it justice. One block walk to the beach. Great communication. Spa is comfortable for 4. Turf in back yard was great for kids to play. Outdoor shower. Very close to Thomas Donuts, one of the best places to eat in Florida for casual breakfast/snacks on the beach. Upstairs hangout area was a big hit with the kids. The full size tables both in the kitchen area and the upstairs patio were cool hangout spots also. A few very minor inconveniences: downstairs TV doesn't have streaming connectivity (just a BR player and satellite TV as far as we could tell), need to bring your own beach chairs, and the ocean view is very minimal even from the top balcony.

We can't say enough good things about our stay. We could not believe how amazing this house is. It was so clean. The whole house had just a clean smell, even the linens. Usually I feel atleast a slight discomfort in places that I stay, bit not here. We immediately felt like we were at home. 10 of us stayed and we all loved it. We also loved the owner. She is such a sweet person. We definitely plan to make this our go to place to stay!

We had a great time. The house was just a 3 minute walk to the beach. Everything was very clean and the property owner came down the first day to show us a few things that we needed to know about the house and hot tub. We were able to text her with any questions and she was very fast to respond. We had no issues at all. Just a relaxing vacation. Also I was very nice not having to deal with the condo life of waiting on elevators and stuff.

Our family was scheduled to visit Gulf Shores but had to re-book somewhere else on the Gulf last minute due to Hurricane Sally. I'm so glad we found this property and that it was available. It has 5 awesome bedrooms and an excellent floor plan. Tons of space for our 6 adults and 3 kiddos. The porch/backyard/hot tub area was great for hanging out outside during the couple rainy days we had. Property was very clean and had everything we needed. Best part: Thomas' Donuts and Snack Shop and The Carousel (grocery store/liquor store/wine cellar) both within walking distance made it so we hardly had to leave the neighborhood! Not a bad walk to the beach. If you have a ton of stuff to drag down to the beach, there was ample parking. Some properties in the area were a little rough, but we never felt unsafe or unwelcome. Definitely recommend!

The location of this home is such a short walk to beach without actually being on the beach. There was enough room for everyone on the beach, not crowded at all. Emanuela was so nice and let us have a very great vacation. The house was beautiful with enough rooms and space for everyone. We very much enjoyed our stay and will most likely be back!

This property was really all you could ask for in a beach property and then some. One block away from the beach, a great kitchen and grill area, a hot tub, a little fenced in yard to keep the baby in and happy and multiple indoor hangout spots. We will definitely be back--and would highly recommend!

Best vacation spot in PCB!

This vacation spot was so much better than what we could have hoped for. The house was clean, spacious, and had tons of extras that came in handy; namely, the out door shower, kitchen area, and hot tub. There was an extra living room with a mini fridge upstairs, and plenty of room for a large group (we had 10, and everyone enjoyed the house)! It’s a very short, straight walk to the beach, and within walking distance of a market, and a delicious walk-up restaurant, Thomas’. To top it off, we had the nicest hosts in the state! They were super friendly and easy to reach from the day of the booking, and checked on the hot tub throughout our stay to ensure a pleasant experience, bringing whatever we needed to the house. If you ever have the opportunity of renting this house, snatch it up!

We absolutely LOVED staying here with our party of 12. Emanuela was GREAT to work with and was readily available (at any time) to answer questions. It’s fully updated, extremely clean, and a minute’s walk to the beach (If you DO drive to the beach, there is plenty of parking available). The outdoor entertainment area is awesome, and provides a shower for rinsing off upon return from the beach. There is a fantastic donut shop one block away, serving the most delicious cheeseburger and fries we’ve ever had! This place is just GREAT! The pictures posted DO NOT do it justice! SIDENOTE: we really loved not having to clean upon our departure; we had time to go to the beach one last time. Emanuela’s policy is- “you pay for cleaning, you shouldn’t have to clean.” It was a nice surprise to not spend the morning cleaning everything (we did basic things and that was it)!
