Ignoring the issues at check in with the security at the gate to the community, trash from previous renters was left at property, one of the rooms was locked and required multiple calls to the customer service to follow up and have maintenance come and find a way to unlock the room (they ended up picking the lock??), garbage disposal didn’t work (after fiddling with it there was a penny stuck inside which apparently no one decided to test to see that it worked). Lack of kitchen utensils, dishes and even towels! Cables in closets hanging down from the ceiling and overall lack of upkeep.
Still waiting on a call back from customer service to speak with the rental company directly , 2 days after checking out.
Could have been so much better or at least was advertised to be more than what it was.

Great home. Some things were torn up when we got there but nothing major. Some things were dirty as far as bedding but overall we enjoyed and would book this home again.

My family really enjoyed this home especially the pool. The house had everything we needed to be comfortable. We only had to buy food of course. The kids definitely enjoyed the pool for hours. Nice home! We would stay again!

The house is very spacious for a big family or group that needs lots of sleeping space. Our family enjoyed it very much except it needed better cleaning and the AC upstairs did not work the first (of two) nights... not good. Central location close to parks.

We absolutely loved the property and space. We had a family of 22 and did not feel as if we were in top of one another. All the appliances worked, there were enough dishes, cutlery, silverware. The pool was crystal clear and well maintained. We had plenty of towels and sheets. It definitely suited our needs and we were able to create lots of memories.

The property is very nice but because of a few little things I think I will go back to my regular vacation home

The house is very nice and comfortable, but it is very neglected. A bathroom without hot water, damaged furniture, and they should change the cleaning company because the house was very dirty (wells, fans, under the carpet, among others), there is no decent broom to clean

House was great, just had a problem with the back door handle nearly falling off and it was never fixed when we let the manager know. Super busy weekend in the neighborhood and the HOA or security did absolutely NOTHING to control things. Loud music all hours, cars drag racing in the streets, lot of marijuana being smoked out in the open…

The concept of renting one place for the whole traveling party to stay together is good, however we experienced a few hiccups right off the bat. First the entry door code instructions did not work for the type of cypher lock used and we had to contact VRBO to provide the correct instructions. The toilet for one of the first floor bedrooms was inoperable and it took almost 24 hours before the maintenance person came to fix it. The place was not as clean as expected, trash was found in the pool area, and there was not enough toilet paper in all the bathrooms. Still with the all these hiccups our family managed to have a good time.

Great space and number of rooms if traveling with a large group or family. It’s also close to attractions, grocery and restaurants, however the furnishings, linen, games and kitchen utensils are not of good quality. It’s obviously a home only purchased for vacation rentals. The property owner may want to visit or stay for a couple days to experience what is missing or could be improved.

The house was in great condition. Anytime we requested something management responded promptly. Thank you for an amazing week. The family will definitely be back!

Roach infested, dirty, gray & thin (used to be white), paid to have the pool heated, the pool never heated up, mattress covers need to be changed. Very uncomfortable stay. Called, texted, regarding the conditions and never got a response from anyone.

First off, if you have another option of where to stay, then stay there. Don’t get fooled by the pictures- the house was falling apart. The back door did not close properly, the couch outside was sagging to a point that it was unusable. The couch inside was on its last leg and wouldn’t stay attached. The bathrooms had broken fixtures, the beds were lacking comforters, the games in the garage were broken, the couch and chairs in the garage were falling apart, the projector upstairs did not work and many of the spots around the house were capped and the house felt very dark and gloomy. The gate around the pool was broken which is a major safety issue with children. There were no pool towels provided and when I called they informed me it wasn’t “listed on the amenities.” What vacation home with a pool for 24 people doesn’t give towels to use? There were also no dish towels and I had to run out the first day I was there and spend money to buy ones. I paid for heat for the pool and when I got there it was cold. I called and they kept giving me excuses as to why they could not heat it: the owner needs to give permission for a new filter, they needed to fix something etc. They kept reassuring me someone was coming in a few hours to fix the problems but they didn’t. Only after pushing for a long time did we finally get heat at the pool but we missed five days of swimming because of it. When I asked to have the hot tub warmed up they told me over the phone it’s listed as a “spa” and therefore they are not required to increase the heat for that part. I’ve stayed in over 20 homes in this neighborhood and it’s always been a hot tub- semantics won’t change that. After five days they came down and did fix some things (some weren’t fixed properly and were broken again). There were some positive things: it was a large house with many king beds so it was a comfortable sleeping arrangement and it was a corner lot so there was a lot of ground to walk around on. They did refund me for the heat but it was a huge disappointment as we traveled all the way there specifically for the pool. My advise? If you’re considering another home, go with that one.

House was incredible. We had 12 golfers and it had plenty of room for everyone. Could have had more towels and some more amenities that being our only complaint.

There was a lot of little things that came up that should have been taken care before my arrival. You also need to let the rentals know that they can not bring a trailer (uhaul) onto the property so that was a Big Headache for me!!! Had to unload the trailer at the gate and find a location to secure the trailer during my vacation 🤯🙄🤬

To be honest it was not relaxing. My code didn't work and we had to stay in 90+ degree heat for an hour before getting in the property. Furniture was broken and and terribly worned
A sofa looked as if it was dragged on pavement, ripped torn. Linen had stains, from body fluids to lipstick and crumbs in made up beds. There was only 2 wash cloths for a 9 bedroom home. Sliding door to pool/patio area was so difficult to open we all will need to see a chiropractor. There was tvs that were missing in rooms or didn't work at all. The recreation room was just as hot as outside and it was missing pieces to enjoy the hockey table(no puck), pool table one broken pool stick. Dishes and dining ware wasn't cleaned and garbage disposal wasn't working. Venetian blinds had missing blades. I was embarrassed and disappointed and dissatisfied with the presentation of the home. Very different to what was advertised and what I paid for. Management should walk through and check the property it's obvious nobody inspected. After calling customer service a maintenance man came and fixed the garbage disposal but house keeping never showed up.
My 75 year old mother stayed up to 4am doing laundry that should have been done by the house keeping. I'm sure I'm missing more dissatisfied things but I'm sure you'll get the picture.

Upon arrival we were met with a broken ac it was 90 in the house we called and emailed several times and kept being told someone was coming out that night . We were unable to sleep due to it being so hot but some one finally showed up the next afternoon to fix it but we had already ran to Grab a few fans to try to keep cool. Meanwhile only one tv works in the house. The projector that’s upstairs is missing screws so doesn’t even point at the screen . Then we try to use the amenities at the club house ( the water park area ) to be told our specific address is on a do not enter list they have at the front desk and we are told to contact the hoa to resolve this . We try to contact vacasa who says they will have mgmt contact us and they never do . So we never got to use the pool area. The game room in the house is extremely hot at all times as well due to it being in the garage so that is essentially unusable as well . The master bathroom shower won’t close so water pours all over the floor and becomes very very slick. And the dishwasher was unusable because it smells like sewage. We tried cleaning it but the smell never went away. The pool area was great except the concrete by the spa has a broken piece that is sharp so we had to ensure the kids stayed away from that. but overall the trip was very frustrating and the listing is not what we experienced.

Upon arrival, the house looked great and everyone loved it. I had a problem with the entry code, but with a phone call, we were able to get in within 10 minutes. Everything looked clean and in order with minor defects (normal wear and tear). I think that a larger hot water tank would be better for the amount of space to accommodate guests. But overall, nice and I would stay here again.

Arrived Friday to the upstairs blowing heat and the temperature showing 99 only because that’s as high as the thermostat would show. I’m certain it was hotter. Called many many times to get help for this and many other issues this house had. I told them over and over that 20 people couldn’t stay in the two bedrooms that were downstairs. Technician finally showed up to fix the air but 2 am it was still 87 upstairs. I was told they had nowhere to move us but if we stayed they would fix all of the problems the next day and refund the first night and the cleaning fee. We stayed up until 2 am cleaning the disgusting house and had to wash everything in the cabinets mop the floors and much more. The long blinds the lead to the pool area were in disrepair and many strips left laying on the dining table. It wasn’t pleasant having to have meals with those covering the table with our large party but we made it work. The patio table was gone- hard to enjoy the patio/pool area without sufficient furniture. We pulled out a folding table and used it as outside eating table. The patio and pool was also nasty. They showed up the day before we left to clean the pool (thanks for nothing. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT BOOK YOUR VACATION WITH THIS COMPANY! I have photos and notes of many more things but you should get the picture. I have been home for a week now and have yet to receive any compensation! When you spend over $4000 for a week you deserve better.

First, the Pros:
This house is in a great location and located on a corner lot. The Publix is 5 minutes away. The community pool and clubhouse are within walking distance. Disney 20 minutes. The housekeeping team does good work: the kitchen, baths, linens, floors etc were all clean (thank you).
Now the cons: This home is owned by a corporation so it’s not as though you are staying in someone’s loved-on vacation house and it shows. It needs maintenance badly:
The fridge water filter needs replacing.
The ice maker does not work.
The dishwasher rack needs to be attached to the dishwasher.
The house sleeps 24 but there are only 12 forks (the kitchen supplies need reviewed/replenished).
There are no potholders or dish towels (we bought and left some).
The back sliding glass doors to the pool are a struggle to open.
The baseboards throughout are dirty/damaged/need painting.
There are cracked tiles throughout.
The entire handrail to the 2nd floor feels like someone poured syrup on it. It is sticky and gross.
The handrail at the 2nd floor landing is very loose (safety hazard).
The front sidewalk and entry leading up to the house is falling apart. There are missing areas of concrete, missing and loose pavers, hoses running through etc and is an extreme trip hazard and liability. It was horrible to walk through especially with luggage and kids. It’s amazing no one tripped or fell.
The “game room” was utterly useless. We have stayed in Championsgate many times and normally the garages are converted to game rooms with a/c. The gaming tables in this one were all pushed together in the corner. A portable a/c unit was in the corner but there was no way to plug it in without a cord and the cord was missing.
The master bath shower has no handle on the door so it can’t be fully closed from the inside.
The sofa leg is on the verge of collapsing.
There are blinds missing (dining room).
The house sleeps 24. We had 19 and not nearly enough towels and no way to do laundry because….
The dryer didn’t work. We asked for service. No one ever came. My husband pulled out enough lint to fill a Publix bag. The entire dryer exhaust pipe appeared to be packed with lint. THIS IS A SIGNIFICANT FIRE HAZARD and needs to be remedied especially considering the number of bedrooms on the 2nd floor. We chose not to risk it and had no dryer for our stay.
We arrived at 4:00 checkin after a long drive and trying to beat a lightning storm and then the front door codes we were given did not work. It took an hour of calling and attempting to enter new codes before we could get in, soaking wet.
We overlooked a lot of this because we were just glad to be together but for almost $3000 for one weekend I think you can do better. Please especially work on the hazard and safety issues.

The management company were not great. We had a number of issues that I tried everyday for 6 days to get resolved. Nothing was !!! We ended up buying a lot of stuff for the villa. The theatre room was a large projection tv that did not work. The games room was missing equipment but we couldn’t use it anyway because the a/c was broken in there and it was like the Sahara desert. Not equipped for large party’s

Air conditioning in this home was horrible. Informed management of the problem. Maintenance came out and stated he didn’t see an issue and that the only thing he could was change the air filter. He took the air filter and stated he would return the next day, he never returned and the issue was not resolved. The cooling upstairs was fine but the downstairs was HOT!!! Not to mention the temperatures were in the 100’s. Hot and miserable stay!!

Great time with family
The property was nice and clean. Very spacious and just as pictured. The deck furniture could be upgraded and I paid for a heated pool but the water only got Luke warm in both. I reached out to property management several times but no response until I called the emergency line. Be sure all questions are answered before going there otherwise they may not respond at all. Overall, we had a great time and I would do it again.

Never recommend anyone.
The property was not well organized. The lock was not working so we had to stand outside for 4 hours until someone come to open the door. House was stinky since the garbage disposal was not working. There were a lot of bugs. I will not recommend anyone since family members for sick. I have made numerous calls and claims to management but they took their sweet time to do all and did not send anyone until. Late evening on 2.20.22. We had to stay in stinky place with bugs so most if people left earlier on 2.20.22. We are demanding all refund. If not received it, it will get disputed through credit card company. I am so own vacation home and list through your company so I know how poor was everything for this property.

Awesome!
Our family enjoyed our stay, the place was even better than the photos, location was close and convenient to shopping, dining and activities for the kids. Although we did have a few minor issues-air hockey table not working and no towels the host addressed our concerns expeditiously. We will definitely book this location again. Thank you for hosting our family, many great memories were made on this vacation.

It was okay but I expected more
I loved how spacious it was! What I didn’t like is that the lights upstairs(movie area) did not work AT ALL, star war room had broken bed(brick holding it up) another room t.v did Not work at all! The couch in movie room had a dip in it(wasn’t bothered by peeling pleather) The ice maker to fridge stop working not even a couple hrs upon arrival! The pool wasn’t warm upon arrival! Washer worked but the dryer didn’t! Master room shower door couldn’t close(had no latch),the patio table was wobbly(scared to lean on it),the patio furniture needs to be thrown out(I wouldn’t allow my pet to sleep in that) everything could’ve and should’ve been fixed before our arrival! It would’ve been nice if the house was REALLY inspected to make sure the house that’s shown and advertised in pics for visitors matches in person!

Lovely home but needs work done
Patio furniture was disgusting dirt stains all over patio table broken maintenance came to fix and said it couldn't be fix. Toilet holder in shared bathroom was broken completely off wall. Couch upstairs and downstairs were torn. Pool ledge by hot tub had broken piece which I cut my toe on and had to get 2 stitches. Pool was so dirty like green and when we ask for someone to come clean it they told us cleaning day is Wednesday and Friday and we arrived Monday. When someone came out on Tuesday who were very nice they said it wasn't enough water to filter. Projector did not work at all so we didn't have any movie night like we wanted. Also we couldn't use the game room because the ac didn't work and was blowing out hot air and maintenance couldn't do much to fix it.The home was very nice we made the best of it but it needs to be updated with furniture, paint and repairs

Champions Gate Stay
Our stay was great just a few things that should be fixed or corrected. The vertical blinds that leads out to the pool area. A gas grille is at the location but we were told you cannot grille at the house (makes no sense). The pool was not working properly, we had to wait 3 days of our stay for someone to come out and clean and fix what was wrong. The garage has a unit for AC but it feels like a heater the entire time that it's on. We did not do much in that area because of that. (Game area, pool table) air hockey table doesn't work either. The front door wasn't locking properly with the code that we had to use. Overall the house looks exactly like the pics. Very spacious. Our Family enjoyed the stay.
