About this apartment rental

Nicely renovated, modern kitchen and bath, comfortable beds, and solar-powered. Great location in a safe neighborhood, Jewel (Grocery store) is less than a block from the front door, Trader Joe's, 4 craft breweries within three blocks, restaurants, bars, coffee shops, Wrigley Field nearby, and brown line train to downtown (the Loop). Families with children are welcome; we can lend a booster seat and pack-n-play upon request. We offer our guests Brooklinen towels. Owners with two young kids live upstairs, we are here to address guest needs. Our house is incredibly secure, we have security cameras on both the front and back porches. No smoking or vaping of anything on the property, guests can smoke on the front sidewalk or in the side alley. Parties, excessive noise, and loud music are prohibited — no large groups. Quiet hours are between 11 pm and 8 am.

This is our second time staying at Justin and Lizzy's flat. We absolutely adore it! The space is clean and comfortable, and the location could not be better. They are amazing hosts!

This was the perfect location for our family on our first trip to Chicago. The neighborhood is lovely, safe, and there were lots of places to eat and things to do within walking distance. We found free street parking really close to the house every day. The place was spotless, with great amenities, and the host was super quick to answer any questions we had. Overall we had a fantastic experience and I will surely stay here again when we come back to Chicago.

justin was great to communicate with. their home is split to accommodate another apartment which was great. it was in a very safe neighborhood and had free parking on the street. it was close to where we needed to go and also a lot of restaurants close by. we accidentally left an item when we checked out and justin was great in getting it back to us. we would definitely stay again!

We stayed 2 nights with children. It was a great space in a nice, safe area of Chicago. I loved all the restaurants and grocery within walking distance. Parking was not an issue, but was not always right in front of the house. The house was very clean and comfortable! The resources about the surrounding area were very helpful from the owners as well. Would definitely stay again!

This pristine property met our needs for a long weekend visit to our daughter’s family nearby in Lincoln Square. All aspects of the reservation process were efficient and easy; the hosts’ communications were clear and timely; the unit was fully equipped with all and more that we needed. We would definitely rent again. Only one drawback - parking was difficult. The last night, the closest spot was two long blocks away.

We had a lovely time at this rental. It was ideal location wise. Plenty to walk to and VERY family friendly neighborhood with a close by park which was ideal for us. Communication with host was great and responsive for any of our needs.

Great spot- clean, reflects the listing well. Beds were comfy. The neighborhood is very walkable and delightful. A little far from the city center but not too bad- the Brown line was close and efficient. Most of what you could need was within walking distance of the VRBO anyway- cute shops and restaurants, grocery store. We'd return. Justin and Izzy were communicative and flexible with us.

We loved staying at Justin's property. My husband and I, along with our 8 month old, felt right at home and loved how walkable everything was from their house. If you have a young baby/ toddler, this is the place for you! Their space is kid and baby friendly and made traveling with an infant much easier. Justin's communication was clear and timely and everything was really wonderful. Thank you very much for a lovely stay! 10/10 recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay. It was very clean, well stocked, and only a 10-15 minute drive to main attractions. The only negative was the lack of parking. We had to park 1-2 blocks away most of the time.

Needed a place to stay with my dad and his girlfriend for a few days near Wrigley. Dad always wanted to see the Phillies play the Cubs at Wrigley and we finally made it! Location was great. Easy parking. Extremely clean house. Lots of kitchen items available. Comfortable beds. Owner let us check in early and he was very communicative and answered quickly. Very nice place! Highly recommend.

Great place to stay for our family of four! It is in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Easy access to the L train and other attractions. It was nice having the grocery store and local restaurants nearby in walking distance. The owners were very helpful before and during the stay. When we come back to Chicago my family and I will stay at this house.

The flat we stayed at was extremely clean and pleasant. The neighborhood was really cool and friendly, we enjoyed our walks. Very easy check-in process, great part of town, so much to do in walking distance. We enjoyed a Cubs game and so much more. I would stay here again without a second thought.

We had a great stay at this property! We had the pleasure to meet Justin and he was very friendly. He provided us information on local eateries and events, which we were able to enjoy. The home was clean and having the back porch was great. The toilet seemed to have issues refilling, but that was just an observation—did not impact our stay! Overall, highly recommend!

My husband, brother, and I stayed here for 3 nights and we had such a nice time and really enjoyed this comfortable, clean, well-appointed VRBO. We had a wonderful stay! Close walking distance to many restaurants and grocery store, plus a park to take our kids. The place is super clean and has all of the amenities in a home away from home! We had forgotten our pack n play for our 2 year old and they had one to use which was an awesome surprise! They also had a stroller as well! The owner was very responsive and available if we needed anything. 5 star review and we will definitely be back!

This is a really great property - excellent location, well appointed, extremely clean, friendly communication from property ownership. Have stayed at many STRs in Chicago in the past few years, and this is one of the absolute best. You can tell the owners are investing in the property to make it a great experience. I noted a review about challenging parking - I parked at all hours of the day/night from Friday through Monday and had absolutely no issues. Great experience!
