Very satisfied with the cleanliness of the hotel, size of room, helpfulness of staff at front desk, all of them were kind and always helpful.Hotel was friendly, reception was responsive. Staff was supportive and accommodating. Room was good and manager was corporative.

Great location but poor management

Major issue was front desk. Definitely hotel owner needs to replace front desk boys with decent people (ideally from hospitality industry) at least they know the value of customer feedback and will help customers to meet their basic requirement like water bottle and hot water arrangement.

Stubborn and rude behaviour from front desk.

Ruined 1st night because of mosquitos

Location is brilliant, and safe.

Management staff, they were rude and scary. Banged gate in midnight and asked for payment. Even when I showed them that the booking is already extended on booking.com

It is a good property for Business travel we can use it, for basic toiletry items that weren’t available bath towels are too sticky take your own while on the go.
