ESTE Hotel NO ES DE 3 ESTRELLAS ...

El lugar es nonito, muy tranquilo

El colchon es viejo y le ponen encima un pedazo de hile espuma, duele la espalda de dormir ahi. Nos dieron un pedazo de toalla para secarnos mi esposo y yo, . Nos quejamos y nos dieron 2 toallas Como es posible que no haya teléfono fijo en las habitaciones..

Nice little hotel. Comfortable and super nice staff.

The staff was very nice and helpful. location is great. short 10 min walk to city center. Good eateries nearby. Cute little pool to cool off.

The room was a bit warm, no AC. However, staff did best to accommodate us with fans. It was no big deal.

Cute hotel and staff, but Cuernavaca needs help

Sandra and her family and staff were so accommodating. The hotel grounds are so nice for enjoying the sun, with all the plants, chairs and tables, and small swimming pool. Everyone has a private terrace which was really nice. There is a small fruit and veg shop nextdoor and a good local restaurant on the corner.

The restaurant was closed when we were there even though it was included in the description. But Sandra said that the restaurant nearby could prepare food for us if requested in advance. It would have been great to have at least a kettle in the room to make coffee, but we went to the coffee shops nearby and brought it back to the room each day. Unfortunately, though not the fault of the hotel, when we stayed though there was a reggaeton club that played music until very early in the morning (2am), 6 days a week, and we could hear the thumping from the room. The club is called "Toxic" so you can look it up to see if it's still open.

Do not stay here.

The cleaning staff were very nice and helpful.

The manager. We stayed in the suite. It was completely unsuitable. Broken window, broken fan, leaking sink, wet bathroom floor, no pressure in the shower. There was no sign of the manager when we complained. The cleaning staff were very helpful. They moved us to a standard room which was considerably smaller. There was absolutely no compensation from the management. Extremely bad service from the manager. I would like a refund.

I stayed at the hotel working my whole stay, I was on video conference and the wifi was fast and place was quiet and rel

it was clean, the staff was friendly, bed was comfortable, a perfect place to relax, quiet place and the property was in good conditions, it’s a pretty stay

Pool was too cold but didn’t really care about it as much to be honest.

Appirance isn't everything..

The mattress was the most uncomfortable mattress I've slept on. And the towels and rags were so old you could nearly see through them. The TV was also reduculously small for a motel tv.

The people That worked there were nice. The court yard was nice.

The location was ok, a few minutes from the city center. But that's about the only worthwhile thing of this place. Honestly not worth it for the price.

The room was dirty, there were dead insects all over the bathroom, eggs on the walls and an open window in the bathroom without a screen that was too high to close and so the room was full of mosquitoes. The paint is peeling, the fan about to fall from the roof and the bed as hard as concrete. Definitely not worth it.

Very disappointed, the swimming pool was filthy so we couldn't have a swim and it was a really hot day in Cuernavaca

The location was close to the city center and the bars. It had a nice small private pool.
