AMAZING Florida pool home. 2300 square feet of Florida joy...
This home is completely updated and is furnished beautifully. Always professionally cleaned & sanitized...!
There is a formal living room complete with baby grand piano, formal dining room with china and silver service. Very functional cherry cabinet kitchen, with stainless steal appliances, island and eating area. Family room with large screen tv. Split floor plan home with master bedroom and bath on one end and the other two remaining bedrooms on the other end. It's the outdoor covered patio area and outdoor kitchen that makes this home spectacular, complete with weber grill. The heated pool is right out the door, completely screened in with two separate sitting areas. The beautiful yard with privacy completes this rental. This house is suitable for non smoking caring people who enjoy better things and are willing to take care of them.
When I'm "Home".... I enjoy my morning coffee at my outdoor dining room table. Breakfast is also enjoyed there as well, or inside while watching the news at the glass top kitchen table. The pool is kept at a comfortable temperature and is just steps out the French doors. This screened in pool will provide hours of enjoyment. Mix your favorite beverage at the outdoor bar, plenty of ice in the freezer and lots of room in the fridge for your beverages. Dinner could be anywhere of three places....informally poolside or indoors in the eating area off the kitchen, or quite possibly in the formal dining room. Palm Bay also offers plenty of dining experiences. You'll be about 15-20 minutes from the Atlantic Ocean and beautiful beaches. About an hour and a half from Disney and close by several water parks. So many things to do and see....perhaps take a short drive and visit the Kennedy Space Center...they have a space shuttle in there!
Or....as many many do....just sit by the pool and enjoy being warm!

Stayed 5 nights for Florida Tech visit. We were pleasantly surprised not seeing one bug inside! Daniel is accommodating & thoughtful! Beds are Cozy w Comfortable bedding. From Spa feel towels to newer Washer/Dryer, to the lovely tuned Piano to Board Games to Tv's inside & outside to the bar to beach towels to the Perfect pool water temp, we ENJOYED this place that trully is a "Home". Daniel is the BEST host. Thoughtfully provides a book with valuable info for a stress free stay. We three will happily stay again. The only thing missing was the rest of our family to share memories made here.

We stayed in Daniel’s home when we came to the area to meet our new grandson. It was the perfect place to stay and visit with family. We were very comfortable and felt right at home. You will have everything you need. The patio and pool area are wonderful to relax during any time of day. We hope to stay again the next time we come to the area. This is our 2nd trip back to our favorite getaway in Florida. This house is impeccable inside and out. The pool is awesome. The kitchen has everything you need. The host, Daniel was available for any questions and his book of instructions was very useful. We are looking forward to next year.

Everything is perfect, nothing is missing. The outdoor space and the heated swimming pool are very pleasant. If we have any questions, Daniel responds very quickly. We can’t wait to go back!

This home with a fantastic pool including screened cover has everything one can image and more. It reminds a person of a holiday one dreams of, where you lay in a private pool with an umbrella drinks on a float, every day minus a Butler.
The home was very very clean. The host left detailed instructions and also checked-in to see if we needed anything.
Plenty of grocery shopping, other shopping, and variety of restaurants are in the area.
This is our 5th Vrbo home rental. By far, we love this one the best. We will plan to be back next year.

We love this property so much. This is the second year my daughter and I have stayed here and it’s really our favorite get away. Didn’t seem like things were as clean as they were in the past ( counters and dishes and such) but the towels are always clean and the beds are always made up very nicely. There is even a pool guy that shows up and cleans the pool. We will definitely be back again next year!

We came to the area to visit my mom. When we pulled up to the property we immediately noticed how beautiful the house and yard looked. Then when we walked inside my husband and I agreed that it was even lovelier than the photos. It was by far the most comfortable place we have ever stayed. It had all of the comforts of home and then some. The house was absolutely immaculate and we had everything we needed to really feel like we were on vacation, even in the peak of Florida heat. The pool area was so wonderful...after a day of being out and about visiting family and sightseeing, what a pleasant experience, to be able to go out there and take a dip and enjoy being outside, even with soaring summer temperatures. I would highly recommend this home if you are looking to stay in the area. This is definitely our first choice for any time we visit Florida. Thank you so much for everything. Daniel!

It’s a perfect house with everything you need for a great stay. We loved the outdoor area with the heated pool. There was a small problem with the internet network. But as soon as we notified Daniel, he did what was necessary to resolve the problem quickly. We will surely return with great pleasure. Thank you Daniel!

Had a wonderful, quiet time in Palm Bay!
Comfortable and spacious accommodations including safety items for the shower for my elderly mother.
Daniel responded promptly to communications and made his home available earlier than the scheduled check in time.

Mom and I couldn’t have rented a better place. The place was so spacious. The back yard and pool area was amazing and where we spent most of our time. Could not have asked for a better place. We will for sure be back!

We loved staying at Daniel's home. You can tell he takes very good care of the home and he cares about his guests. We could have lived in just the backyard (so awesome!), but the home itself is comfortable and relaxing. I found everything I needed in the kitchen and was able to cook several meals without issue. It was our mistake to not notice that the master bedroom has a queen bed instead of a king, but that's on us. Hubby is a tall muscular guy, so it was a bit cramped... but we made it work. The neighborhood seemed nice and safe... we felt very at ease there.
Our only problem was issues with the internet. This was a business & personal trip and both my husband and I had to work several of the days we were there. One day the internet just wouldn't connect no matter what we did... but the next day it was fine. But I think that's just internet providers in general!! Technology is great... when it works. :)
In a nutshell, we would totally stay there again! Daniel was wonderful to work with and we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you for sharing your home with us, Daniel!!

Home away from home
This was a great place to stay with my immediate family; it had a great feel, clean, well equipped and easy to settle in. With the pool and outdoor seating and catering area it lends itself to a comfortable self contained stay. Shops and other facilities are a little drive away but easy enough to get to. The host information was easy to follow and made us feel welcome. Thank you.

Felt like home away from home
We have to say this was one of the best VRBO rentals we have ever had. It felt like we were staying at our friends home. Everything you could want or need was there in the home. It was clean, the neighborhood was quiet. It was just what we needed. Thank you Dan for sharing your home with us!

It was a wonderful stay and the house was also absolutely exactly as we expected. My husband was really upset with the Amazon Firestick for the TV because we had to go to a bar or the VFW to watch the playoff football games. The weather didn't really cooperate with us but that certainly is not Daniel's fault. When we had a question, Daniel was right there with a response. We would definitely go back to Daniel's home but probably a little later in the year when the weather is a bit warmer. Thanks Daniel!!

My husband and I had the good fortune of renting Daniel's property during Christmas, to visit relatives in Florida! The home was beautiful, clean and neat. Everything was as described, and there was nothing that we needed that wasn't there. Every morning in the heated pool with my coffee was glorious! I highly recommend.

This was the first time using VRBO so I was a little nervous but I was in contact with Daniel and he was very helpful.
It was a great way for us to get a feel of where we want to eventually relocate to.

Lovely and relaxing
I stayed here with my mom who is almost 80 and has some physical limitations. The property is in a nice quiet neighborhood; it was clean and well-stocked with everything we needed for our stay. We wound up not staying for the entire duration I had booked because mom wanted to come home and sleep in her own bed - how can I say no to mom? I would definitely recommend this property. Daniel, the host, was prompt in responding to any questions or concerns we had and did his best to make sure we were comfortable.

Wonderful vacation for me and my daughter. The house is beautiful, and very comfortable. The beds were great, and the seating was exceptional! In so many places, the couches and chairs seem to be an afterthought, but not here! And the pool area! We pretty much spent all day outside! The owner was very friendly and helpful with church and restaurant suggestions. Will definitely consider this place for future mother/daughter retreats! Thank you Daniel, for opening your home!

The pool area is everything
This is a nice house on a quiet street. The pool area is amazing, and we enjoyed it regularly. The bathroom and fridge were not the cleanest when we arrived, but everything else was great. Daniel was quick to respond to any questions we had.

Nice quiet getaway
This is a nice place to stay and very comfortable too. We noticed right away how quiet it is and that it seemed like we were in our own little paradise. The pool area is very private with nice landscaping and we spent a lot of time lounging there. As a bonus, I finished three books off my reading list.

Great get away without the kids
After a small situation with the pool upon check In, the owner figured out a solution and got it cleaned quickly. The property was amazing. Very clean and enjoyable for my wife and I for a business mixed with pleasure trip to this area. I would definitely recommend this property. We would stay here again.
