A memorable two day stay in a beautiful property enhanced by super friendly and attentive hosts!

A charming, characterful, comfortable house and home. Beautifully furnished with great attention to detail. I must mention those delicious homemade breakfasts, lovingly baked and prepared by Alison!

A wonderful stay at great B&B, in a wonderful town, operated by a an excellent hostess

The home was very nice, well maintained and very comfortable. Alison the owner, and her husband peter were so much fun to talk to at breakfast and share a glass of wine before heading out to one of the excellent restaurants in Amboise. Alison is a trained chef and her home baked breads, croissants and other breakfast treats were outstanding. our room was roomy, well equipped with seating for resting up before bedtime. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was very spacious. I highly recommend Les 31 B&B

A recommander. Visites : château royal, Clos Lucé, château Gaillard.

Proche du centre ville, toutes les visites sont accessibles à pied. Très grand lit confortable. Chambre très calme à l'arrière de la maison sur une petite cour intérieure. Salle de bain très bien équipée. Hôtesse très attentionnée.

Perfect, friendly bnb stay in Amboise

This was the first time my husband and 13 year old daughter had stayed in a BnB. They loved the breakfasts talking with the other guests and with Alison and Peter who are both great company. I will never forget the breakfast cheeses! Alison bakes lovely bread and cakes too.

A wonderful and thoroughly enjoyable stay.

The room was comfortable, very clean, well maintained and in a perfect location. Allison is an amazing hostess-extremely friendly, very, very helpful with dinner suggestions, travel directions and knowledge of the area. As she is an amazing chef, the homemade breakfasts were delicious. In addition, there are plenty of free parking nearby. I highly recommend staying here.

Delightful place to stay in Amboise!

Alison prepared homemade breads, jams, and other goodies for the breakfast buffet every morning! Delicious! She and Pete were exceptionally friendly and helpful in every way. There’s a lovely little terrace in the back- quiet and peaceful. Great place to have a glass of wine, read a book, write in your journal etc. The location was terrific-close to everything. A great place to stay!

Absolutely perfect !!

Great location, parking easy and free with good instructions provided beforehand. Hosts Alison and Peter are delightful and Alison has thought of everything you need as a traveller. Most rooms are upstairs however there is a chairlift that can take your heavy bag up to the rooms (!!) the homemade continental breakfast is amazing, also nice to meet different guests and chat. Great wifi, lovely fluffy towels, face wipes, soap, hairdryer etc all provided.

The property is within walking distance to the centre of town. Handy to all conveniences, free car parking, cafes, restaurants and attractions. Allison and Pete were lovely hosts, giving us lots of information and helpful tips.

Again, it was our favorite place that we stayed in France and we would stay here again.

This B&B was a great find. It was our favorite place that we stayed on our vacation in France. The hosts Alison and Peter were so welcoming and friendly. The breakfasts were amazing and we enjoyed the company of the other guests.

Amazing property and amazing people!

It was not just a hotel, but it was hospitable house of friends. The owner of this hotel, Alison, absolutely incredible person! We felt cozy and comfortable, it was very homely. In the morning she cooked an amazing breakfast, she created an atmosphere of comfort and warmth, we are very glad that we met these wonderful people! Thank you so much!

Memorable and Amazing Loire Experience

Alison the host was delightful and charming with an abundant source for local information and insights. The room was furnished with very high quality furnishings. I really appreciated the bed which was very comfortable and the pillows were of superior quality with good support. The breakfast was amazing and Alison even made me a delicious duck dinner. She is a traditionally trained chef. The B&B is near the center of town and an easy walk to anything you need and want to see.
