Short Stay, very relaxing time

Located in a really nice country side, with an open field to look out from the hot tub, the cabin was very cozy, bed was comfy. Plenty of necessities provided from drinks, snacks, games, DVD's, toiletries, BBQ outside for summer time, was a short stay but was a lovely night

The only thing that could have been better was the shower, not sure if it was the shower head or just the pressure but it wasn't very strong, a couple more towels would have been nice whilst the others was drying from the hot tub

I give it 5 stars for intimacy, romance, location, quietness and design

There was no breakfast served by the property but knew that as there was a kitchenette so we could prepare our own.

Superb

It's very peaceful and quiet which is excellent if you looking for that kind of getaway. We received a warm welcome & lots of helpful advice on walks, shops etc. The host adopts a sustainable approach - big plus. Particularly enjoyed having a hot tub!

It was lovely. Really enjoyed our stay.

Welcome pack of food was lovely. Although there was no hob in the kitchen there was a high tech gas barbecue just outside which we used on 1 evening. The hot tub was a touch of luxury and although there was a lovely view of the fields, it was totally private. Lyn was very welcoming and showed us round the property and how everything worked. Tony was very courteous towards us when he wanted to cut the grass adjacent to the chalet. Even the landlady at the greyhound wished us a happy wedding anniversary. It was a nice relaxing way to spend a couple of days.

There was no connecting door between the bedroom/living room and the kitchen/shower area. Fortunately the weather was very warm and sunny so this was not a big problem and there was a covered outdoor area between the two areas.

Wow

Wow we had the most amazing stay the cabin was so nice and the bed was so comfortable I slept amazing the shower was very spacious room for 2 😘and the hot tub was just gorgeous so relaxing and stunning at night time with the lights. The hosts were amazing and couldn't do enough for us. It's definitely a couples retreat you will have a lovely romantic stay and can't recommend it enough we will definitely be returning

lovely relaxing break and worth the price alone for the use of hot tub. great accommodating hosts.

Lyn was a great welcoming host. The property was perfect getaway and very relaxing. lovely decor with the foxes and pheasants (and matching cups!) nice firm bed and soft pillows and the hot tub was exactly what was needed.

TV didn’t quite connect to Wi-Fi but loads of dvds to choose from. Not a problem.

Wonderful overnight break in tranquility

Secluded location and beautiful surroundings. Gorgeous cabin style accomodation. Has everything you need for a relaxing stay not to mention a hot tub. It was a clear night so enjoyed star gazing from the hot tub 😃

Exceptional

This was a birthday treat for my girlfriend and we were not disappointed! The retreat is very homely and Lyn is very welcoming and helpful. I had asked if there could be a few birthday decs put up prior to our arrival and Lyn welcomed it with open arms and sorted it for me. We had a lovely evening watching movies and in the hot tub. We hope to back again soon! :)

We will definitely be relaxing here again!

This place was incredible! The lodge itself was so comfortable and homely and inviting. It was spotlessly clean and had everything we could have wanted for our night stay. We could have stayed for days in what is the dictionary definition of the perfect retreat!

Utterly lovely little stay

So cosy and well equipped. Hot tub was great, the whole place is warm, clean, well thought out and looking forward to returning for a couple of nights next time.
