Everything was close to the apartment. Publix a 8 minute drive, Winn Dixie 2 minute drive, private beach entrance was 7 minute drive, clean, spacious, sweet decor, pet gear available if needed (Bowls for both meal and water) and a mat. Chairs, umbrella, cooler and cart available for convenience. Communication with both owners was GREAT - would answer my many questions within minutes. I was fortunate as I was met by owner when I arrived and helped me with the door entry and codes. State of the art washer and dryer, GREAT A/C, soft beds.... The parking was clearly marked, and you have three additional spots for guest parking. Additionally, on weekend you can park in the front part of the building. OVER all my rating would be 15 stars. Did I mention how clean and up to date this place was?? Will rent next year for our yearly family reunion. WILL not disappoint

Everything else was great. The property manager/owner was very responsive. The welcome gift was nice. The service was exceptional. The pricing and booking was my error. Management did call me to confirm that I was aware of both. Customer service was exemplary!
The distance from the beach as advertised lead my to believe this was a condo on the beach. It was in walking distance . It may also have been my misunderstanding. I did book last minute.

This was a genuinely nice, nicely sized condominium that is very nicely furnished. You will want to rent bikes from the brochure that is in the folder left for you. When you do rent a pull behind buggy to put kids in, but use it to put all your beach stuff in it and then when you get to the beach you unhook it and just pull all your stuff to where you want to sit because bikes are not allowed on the beach and parking fills up fast in the morning and the cart allows you to easily take all your stuff because it is .8 miles to the first public access.
The best beach is south beach, and it is two miles away, but the bikes make it so easy to get there.
The places we ate were Sammy's right next door and they have great Greek food and okay Italian. Joey's Italian food is delicious. It is easier to dine in or pick up at both places. CJ's on the Bay was the most expensive place we ate, but the food is delicious. If you want to sit inside you must have a reservation, but you can sit outside around the tiki bar and eat without reservations. The Dolphin Tiki Bar is a great and relaxing place for drinks and or lunch. They have awesome conchs with a great sweet chili marmalade and nicely priced.
If you want fresh seafood to eat in the condominium you must get it from Paradise Seafood and Gourmet Market. It is a little pricey, but I got two pounds of large fresh ready to eat shrimp cocktail and ate it all in a day and half, but you must get their homemade cocktail sauce. They also have all the fresh fish, lobster, and best cuts of meat you will find on the island.
Okay that is about all we did because most of the time was spent at the beach or riding around on our bikes. For the money we spent this was an excellent choice because it was used to cool off, eat and sleep.
Absolutely nothing

Great location and plenty of room
Master bath needs to be updated

The condo was well stocked, the kitchen had everything you need to make or stay super comfortable. The condo decor was welcoming and updated. The beds were comfortable and very clean. We had a great stay and recommend this condo!
We loved our stay, the only thing I would say is that the sliding glass door needs some maintenance. I imagine with the salty air it has weathered the door and it was very hard to open and close it.

Getting there and seeing that there we beach chairs, umbrella, towels, etc was amazing. Bed was comfortable. It was nice to have two bathrooms and a full kitchen also.

Th place was nice and clean, well decorated and with good amenities like the washer and drier and all of the areas had TV's on them. The location was central to the area and lots of restaurants within walking distance.
I wish the area itself had more public beach access and public parking. Most beach front condos have taken over the access to the beach. Other than that, the area has plenty of amenities, restaurants and stores.
