Me encantó la atención que hay en el hotel, los cuartos limpios y ordenado todo. El ambiente es todo verde con árboles, la naturaleza es fantástica y la terraza ni que hablar muy linda y poder cocinar algo ahí es libre!

real sense of community - the owner also took us out on his boat to surf

Jessica and Carlos were great hosts. Clean basic room, nice garden and terrace, and well equipped kitchen. I stayed in a garden room my first night and it was peaceful, stayed upstairs the following nights where it's a bit louder but cozier. The surf break is a bit far but Carlos accommodated with surfboard, wetsuit and rental, and getting me out to the surf! My plans changed during my stay and Jessica was very accommodating.
A bit far from the surf break but Carlos was very helpful organizing rides to and from the lighthouse.

I’m on a kitesurf trip and Los Faroles is a little escape zone from the wind. close to the market and bakery, restaurants a short Tuk Tuk ride to the kite .
Nice outdoor rooftop lounge for sunsets and generally comfortable areas to enjoy the garden patio and BBQ

great location to market

Location and great people. The hotel owner's husband also has a boat and we we were able to coordinate a surfing session with him.
Nothing comes to mind.

Nice atmosphere, close location to beach, main square and bus station. Family business with many beautiful dogs. Available fully equipped kitchen with fridges. Roof terrace for sunsets and parties. Good people around. Shower is hot when switched on. You will find like-minded people like surfers and windsurfers staying there that can help you find a place to rent equipment. They have reasonable prices for long stay apartments.
Foam mattress was bad. Would not recommend for long stays. They also have mattress with springs, but it is a hit or miss. They might forget to turn hot water heater on, so do not be surprised that there is no hot water in shower. If you ask, they will turn it on and shower is amazing. Their surf board and windsurfing equipment rental can be a bit expensive, but if you ask them nicely, you could agree on better price. Though, they don't have much choice or options in windsurfing equipment, El Faro resort will have much more to choose from.

They have an amazing terrasse on top with a nice view and little lights. You can also prepare your breakfast there, because of the kitchen.
The kitchen unfortunately is not really well-equiped and the refrigerator has been really dirty, but anyways it's your own decisions to put something in.

This place has a perfect setup. Lush garden with hammocks, table tennis etc. kitchen, and great rooftop space to enjoy the sunset with a beer after a big day surfing. Rooms clean and good size. Supermarket and bus station at the end of the road.
Wifi is slow in the rooms (possibly because we were on the top floor) but works fine in the garden downstairs. This place is literally on the opposite end of town from the wave so it’s a long walk back. Beers are expensive to buy from here, but the supermarket is close. We loved our stay here.

- Lots of activities like table tennis etc.
- Safe, locked gate
- Quite far from the point, 35 minute walk or tuk tuk ride
