We had a great week at PCB!! This unit is well equipped, HUGE balcony that we enjoyed, close to several shops and is right across the street from a great little bakery. It is also within walking distance to Pineapple Willie's (its popular but not one of our favorites - Maguire's Irish Pub in Destin is worth the drive tho). There is also a Wal-mart within walking distance.
We arrived at 4:30 on Saturday for check-in and it was a crowded time which can be frustrating. The elevator and crowds were much better after check-in. I would consider arriving later and waiting out the rush.
We had 4 cars and parking is limited (1 car spot is guaranteed), overflow was usually full but across the street (short walk) was a public parking spot. We paid $84 to park the entire week and that worked out pretty well. There was plenty of space and it was just across the street.

We stayed at this wonderful vacation getaway for about 5 weeks! Morning coffee on a huge balcony with the sun, sand, waves and dolphins right in front of us. Sunsets in the evening. Plenty of room for friends to stay and enjoy the experience. If you are looking for a great getaway I highly recommend this very spacious condo.

Perfect beach location. Close to activities. Owner was very responsive. 4 bedrooms and 4 full baths. We had a fantastic time and the condo was perfect size for us. The kitchen had pretty much everything we needed to cook in unit and optimize our family time. The balcony and views are amazing. Large balcony, plenty of seating.

This condo was everything as shown. Very large and spacious, the balcony was amazing! It was well stocked, although we didn't use anything from the kitchen but a couple of coffee cups and glasses, everything was available. The queen beds were a little harder than my family was used to, and the master king was softer than my husband and I are used to but we both slept like babies! Owner was quick to respond to my questions, and we had a fantastic time. My only complaint was someone busted out our back glass of my car on our first night there. We were parked street level, 701, which was the first parking space right at the condo, and to our disappointment, there was no camera facing the parking lot, just on facing the entrance to the parking deck. The other side of the building had two cameras, facing the entrance to parking deck AND street parking. But that was nothing to do with the Condo. Building management needs to address that!!

The property is nice, the workers on sight were also very nice. When renting a vacation home ALWAYS look for the ones that are listed directly through the owners!! This owner is one of the best! This property was just as advertised. So roomy, clean and the balcony was just wonderful. Loved seeing the sunrises and sunsets. And the sound of the waves, hypnotizing. I was afraid I was going to be disappointed with that, with us being on the seventh floor. But they were great. We had a great time. No complaints at all.

This was the perfect space for our annual girls trip especially this one to celebrate my mom's 60th birthday so we had a bigger group. We absolutely loved the large balcony to enjoy the beautiful gulf views. Condo was great, very clean and everything we needed. great communication with the host anytime she was needed. Only downside was that one of the elevators was down so wait times was long at times but not the fault of the owner

This condo is very spacious! Has a wonderful layout. Plenty of room to hangout together or have some privacy alone. The balcony is huge with plenty of seating, relaxing options. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with enough dishes and utensils for a large group. The designated parking spot was close to the elevator. The owner communicated quickly with any questions we had.

Sumit the owner was readily available. very receptive to all our needs. The beach front and pool are are very well-kept . The condo could be upgraded a little bit. All the furniture could stand to be replaced. We did quite a bit of cleaning on our own. The patio and view are absolutely amazing. Which made it all worth it. The unit could use some updating and a little better cleaning. It met our needs and was comfortable. Unit has a wonderful deck for enjoying the view, eating meals, or just visiting. The furniture was comfortable. We had to purchase kitchen towels as there was only one for doing dishes and so-on. Pans could also use updating as they are at the end of their lives. Over all the place was ok, just felt that at the price things could have been a little better. We would consider staying again.

Vitamin D Session!
We made a last minute decision to head to the beach for some Vitamin D. We found this condo and it made for a great visit to PCB!! The view of the beach and ocean from the balcony, living room and two bedrooms is amazing!! There are four bedrooms and four bathrooms with one of the bedrooms having twin beds. A word of caution in that the beds are all very high. Elderly people might have trouble getting in and out of bed. However, beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is small but has stove, dishwasher, and other small appliances to meet all the needs of eating in. We visited at the end of January so there wasn’t any problem with parking or crowds. It rained one day but we watched movies on Prime, put together puzzles and still watched the ocean from bedrooms and living room. On the sunny days, we either walked the beach or sat on the HUGE balcony to soak up sun and listen to the waves! Also, we saw two of the most beautiful sunsets ever from the balcony! Simply breathtaking! A very enjoyable visit to PCB that we plan to make a winter tradition! P S. Owner communicated prior to and during visit effectively. We Had one small issue and it was handled quickly and kindly. Thanks!!!

Our stay was great! We really liked that each room had a bathroom. The balcony is such a great place for family gatherings and the view was spectacular! The host is a great communicator. The place is somewhat dated , but it definitely served its purpose. Overall, we were pleased. We would stay again.

Spacious Condo with Great Balcony
Our family enjoyed the stay in this condo very much. The balcony was large and comfortable for eating or just relaxing. The sunsets over the water were gorgeous. The four bathrooms were a terrific plus! The condo was stocked with everything we needed (including two coffee pots). The parking spot was conveniently located next to the stairs and the elevator. Sumit was very responsive to texts and extremely helpful. We will be returning in the future.

Amazing condo and beautiful view
My family and I stayed in this condo and we had lots of room for everyone (13 people total). The view was absolutely amazing and we can’t wait to go again in the future. We had everything we could think of as if we were at home. My only complaint is about parking and honestly that has nothing to do condo just the way it was built.

Our family had plenty of room to stretch out and enjoy our stay. The balcony alone is worth the trip, but everything we wanted to do was within 5-15 minutes drive as well. We will definitely be back!

This condo is a great place for big parties! I came with 6 other friends and we all had enough room to sleep, move around and just have a great time. The balcony was defiantly the best part and our favorite, we spent the most time out there! Wonderful experience all around
First I want to say the owner was very accommodating and responsive around the clock during our stay. He truly wants his guest to have the best possible experience. Knowing we were traveling with little ones he tried his best to get us in our condo as early as possible. We had an issue the very first night with the air conditioning and he was very responsive and quick to have the issue fixed as soon as possible. He checked in a couple times to make sure things were going smoothly.
The condo itself is in great condition, tastefully decorated and a very nice size place. We spent lots of time on the balcony which is beautifully furnished. This condo has a beautiful view of the gulf.

This was our first trip to Panama City and it was a fantastic time. The sun, the beach and the gulf coast water were beautiful. The owner of our condo was very easy to communicate with. I like that he contacted us to make sure we arrived safely and that the condo met our expectations upon checkin. Our condo was amazing. All 4 bedrooms were spacious with plenty of storage space and walking room. The kitchen, dining and living room area was nicely decorated not over crowded with furniture, also very spacious. The Balcony was INCREDIBLE!!! So much room. 7 adults in our group and you could have easily fit another 7 without feeling crowded. I would most definitely stay here again. I only have 2 complaints and that is with the Ocean Ritz: 1) Be prepared for long waits as there are only 2 elevators that service 22 floors and the underground parking garage. 2) The parking, each unit only has 1 designated parking space. The overflow lot though designated for the Ocean Ritz is utilized by the public (free parking), so we had to utilize the city parking lot and pay to park for our entire stay. Fortunately for us Sumit, the condo owner made us aware of the parking issues ahead of time so we were prepared to pay and walk back to the condo.

Wonderful Family Time
Spacious enough for 13 with futons, pull out couch and cots. One grandson slept on the couch on the huge balcony by choice and loved it! The balcony is amazing, everyone's favorite place to hang out. Great view. We plan to go back!

We had a great stay at this condo. We comfortably had 7 adults and a baby. The location was great and balcony view fantastic. Was very clean and the manager was easy to get a hold of when needed! Would bring my family to stay again in the future.
