We enjoyed our stay it was convenient with the kids and will be coming back.

It had beach access and the kids enjoyed the pools.

Washer wasn’t working.

The beach was great the condo was clean, nice pools, the structure needed a lot of love

The inside of the condo unit was very clean but the sofa looked like it was picked up off the side of the road. We used the sheets to cover it up before we sat on it. The rugs were also well beyond needing pitched. The deck needed repair and the deck furniture was also needing replaced. The bedroom furniture was good

We got used to it but it was just dumpy

Pleasant place to stay… celebrating our 39th anniversary and it was awesome 🤩

The location and having several pools and the ocean right there. Having our key code was perfect not having to keep up with a card.

The ceiling fan made an awful noise so we couldn’t keep it on to stay cool. The coffee pot lid was broken but we could still have our Coffee in the mornings. To not be able to vape anywhere was a bummer but we made it ok

We were road tripping from Wisconsin, when we got to the hotel at 7:30 pm, we were informed that there was no info on our booking. So I spend the next hour on the phone with a representative of the hotel, because there is no reception. He unfortunately couldn’t help , we forwarded all email correspondence, confirmation number, what ever we had. He had no record of any correspondence and of course they were booked out and so was all of gulf shore. He suggested we contact booking .com. He was unable to help us. We ended up driving another hour and a half to Fort Walton Beach in Florida and had to spend the weekend in a motel, away from the beach. Needless to say it was extremely stressful arriving and not knowing where to stay. We will not be using booking.com again

Fabulous and great location

This is an amazing property..we stay here often and I enjoy the snack bar and on the beach.

Elevator was great in the spring but it’s miserable and takes a long time in the summer

Off season seemed to be the best.

Lot’s of construction, no doubt in the near future there will be big changes.

No WiFi, no cable channel book, cheap toilet paper , a fishing guide with proven catches would have been nice.

There was a contractor that was working on the bathrooms down at the pool area that was really rude and hateful. Other than that it was perfect.

Great location, pools, and great price!

Master bed is uncomfortable and squeaks very loud anytime you move. There were not enough blankets. Bedrooms have a cover on the bed but it is basically a second sheet. No comforters. Thankfully my kids travel with blankets or we would have had to purchase some.

Great experience other than the uncomfortable bed. Will stay here again though.

Loved the beach access and the snack bar onsite.

Bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on.

It was an alright stay.

I didn’t know there was a breakfast offered. The location was great, seconds from the beach.

Our dryer drum did not work. We called twice for them to come fix it and no one ever called or came.

Stayed out of the room as much as possible and enjoyed the beach and area.

Location and beach.

Out dated air conditioner so the room was always hot. Major construction right outside the room that I wasn’t told about until AFTER the room was booked.

Room and view not as described. Elevator quit working for 2 days, the steps got very old.

Close to the beach. Great parking. Loved the elevator!

Condo was a little dated. Needs new pillows for downstairs. Needs a dust pan and new sweeper vac. TV upstairs did not work.

Good but not great by far.

The security was wonderful he was very nice and helpful. And the people staying at the property were nice. The closeness to the beach.

the location of the dumpsters, a/c filter super dirty, oh and no hot tub? it’s listed as a property amenity and not there this was part of the reason we booked was because a hot tub was advertised.

The location

Sand on the floors & the carpet was dirty. The commode didn’t flush without flushing 5 or 6 times. The TV in the bedroom didn’t work. The pillow case on the bed had dried blood & other stains on it. The other pillows didn’t have pillow cases on it. I called about the commode & no one showed up. We have stayed at Sugar Beach before & loved it but this time was a bad experience. Condo 368 was the perfect space but needs a lot of TLC.
