Beautiful property. Great amenities. Poor management.

The property was beautiful. Location and view were perfect. Clean and spacious. Pool and lazy river were wonderful.

The beds were very uncomfortable. The kitchen was not set up for 6 people. Not enough silverware or plates. The slider in the bed room did not lock which led to the balcony on the 15th floor. We have 2 little kids and this was stressful the whole week. Smoke alarm in bedroom was hanging from wall without batteries. I brought issues up 3 times during our stay (mainly sliding door lock) and was told the local property manager would be in touch. The local property manager was never in touch about issues and reached out the day we were leaving. Apologized, saying the issues were not important enough to address during stay but would be addressed that day. Not helpful during our stay. Locking doors to the 15th floor balcony I would guess is not a safety concern? We have a rental property in Hilton Head and would be furious to find out how this situation was handled.. or not handled. Property was amazing but local management was not.

I was very happy with my stay at Crystal Towers, it was a great experience the staff was very nice and the location was

Good location, great view, very spacious

One day of our stay there was a lady in charge of the pool, we understand she was doing her job but she was very rude, to everyone in the pool, she got into the kids a lot and adults regarding everything, I understand she had to do her job but there is ways to talk to people and she was very mean! And disrespectful

Outdated with Bad Amenities, but Nice View and Clean

The location was great. There is a bridge that goes over to the beach, three pools, and a great view from the room. It is near lots of food and fun. The room was pretty clean, and the balcony was nice to sit on. The contactless check-in was nice as well.

However, the room's ameminities were lacking. The wifi basically doesn't work. Nothing will load. The dryer didn't dry the clothes well either. The furniture is outdated and is scratched and picked as well as the quilt. The sheets in the master bedroom and the wall had black marks on them. The pillow cases were fuzzy and worn out and need to be replaced. The remotes to the television did not or barely work. There were only five pillows for the WHOLE unit, and there were two beds and a pull out couch. The quilt was basically a sheet. We had to purchase our own blanket because there was no comfort or warmth. You can tell that whoever owns the unit and the property management is trying to make the most money at the lowest cost. If you go here, it's priced nicely, but don't expect the comforts of blankets, pillows, and two ply toliet paper. Vacasa was informed of the issues, saying someone would be in contact with us to fix the issues, but that never happened. Lastly, the pool security, hawk lady, was ridiculous and unprofessional. I say hawk because she prowled around the pool area next to the beach, nastily asking to see your wristband even if it was clearly displayed. Even after you showed her, she would stare at you like you were a criminal or like how dare you want to enjoy the sun. Moat of a family, except for the wife, was not wearing the wristband, and she spat at them that the new policy was that every member had to wear one. After the security lady walked away, she proceeded to complain to another guest about the family and even go as far to make fun of them. Multiple people, including us, left that pool area due to her attitude. She definitely needs to be spoken about power trips and professionalism. Overall, it's not a dump, but it's not a great experience either. It works if you want a safe, mostly clean place, but make sure you bring everything from home.

we had the best time, the room was nice and the view is absolutely beautiful.

the view is amazing!

the code given to us to get in the room did not work when we got there, I had to call to get the correct code. the floors were very dirty

The property was really nice! I loved the safe boardwalk over traffic to get to beach as well as the extra pool!

I loved the view and the spacious condo

the couch and the kitchen chairs needed cleaning VERY badly. Also, there was no extra sheets in the closet

Beautiful unit.

Only one frying pan, which had a rise in the center, so you could not even cook on it. Doors were very loud when they closed and people in and out all night. Not very quiet.

only minor issue was we had to wait almost an hour to get a new code. the one given to us was the wrong code. other than that it was worth the wait.

Exceptional

Many included amenities: three pools, easy access to beach, fitness center. Room was clean and nicely furnished, including kitchen(pots, pans, dishes, glasses,...) Although we did not use them the books and games for all ages was a nice touch. Washer and dryer in room.

Owner may want to service/replace the washer and dryer. Both work, but seem to be on their last leg.

not interested in returning.

location was father than we thought. unit was very out dated and furniture was dirty. towels were ratty and need update. 3 hangers is all there were. Pool by the gulf was wonderful setting.

Not so great.

Location and staff was excellent very friendly and helpful.

Room was not cleaned well.Under wear left in a drawer from previous renter. Comforters were nasty and torn. Curtains were stained. Couches are worn and nasty. Carpet is dirty.Tv remotes batteries are low and the list goes on. We survived.

Loved it!

It was a wonderful vacation. We enjoyed the location and the convenience of the condo. This is our second stay at Crystal Towers and we are already planning on #3.

The dryer made a really loud squealing noise. We just adapted and dried our laundry when not in the condo. This is really nit-picking; we loved our stay!

Great view from the 19th floor. All the comfort of home. Nice pools Great beach access.

Elevator for pool area broken the entire week, had to carry baby in stroller down two flights of stairs. Beds were a bit hard.

First family vacation

Location was either walking distance or short drive to everything needed and wanted to go to from shopping,eating,amusement outings,down to hiking trials and parks.

T.V. in master bedroom kept going out and took 3-4 days to get replaced. The elevators often had a long wait time to get on. Other than that trip was great.

Ad said beachfront. It was across the street. Not happy.

Every large tower was on beach but this one. If the ad said it was not beachfront I would not have booked it. Lie
