MISLEADING AND TRICKED STAYCATION IN KUANTAN

1. Good location 2. Neat facilities 3. Nice ambience 4. Very clean unit 5. Powerful ac unit and water pressure 6. Large swimming pools and suitable for kids 7. Abundance of family activities in the area

1. Misleading unit from pictures. Balcony showing shop lots not the beach or the pool (asked the owner to take down the picture to avoid misunderstandings in the future) 2. No tissues or napkins in the unit at all 3. This is the first time i booked using booking.com for an apartment and the site is good at tricking the user to pay the price without explaining the additional costs like AIRBNB does. Refer photos for explanation. DO NOT USE THIS APPS FOR BOOKING APARTMENTS/ HOMESTAYS. Use it only for hotels at your own risks.

The owner is good, but really need to improve on cleanliness.

The room was dusty, no extra coffee although stay for 4N5D, no extra garbage bag, no mineral water given altho stated in the comm.

Everything seems fine.

I like the environment..some more got washing machine aka dryer..easy for us to dry up our swimming suits after use in swimming pool. Some more easy to find dinner food cause nearby the restaurant and mart.

Cosy, practical, enjoy the beach.

Breakfast was good. Varieties.

The pool was too crowded. Felt uncomfortable. The lift was fairly slow but still manageable.

totally not recommended. i’m adressing this to all homestay/apartment in the world. you’d better spend that money on hotels or resort. the service were terrible. way to turn hard earned vacation into lifetime regrets. you guys should wait untill dusk and see all the elevators becomes wet. why, because this is malaysia. the minds works differently. it’s each dog for itself. i implore each and everyone, go for hotels. it’s worth every penny. and please let’s just destroy all these apartment and homestay forever by ignoring them and bury their business forever.

Superb

I'm alone, so for me, the space is quite spacious. Even for 3 adults with 2 kids also i think would be comfortable enough since it has 1 single bed room, 1 queen bed & sofa at living area which could sleep there too. Kitchen equipment just enough for those who pack their food back to unit to reheat since owner provided microwave, water heater and other basic dishes (cup, plate, jug, bowl, cutleries). No stove due to safety issue i think. But, it is just enough. Even though the view is facing kampung, instead of facing ocean. I found it very calm and relaxing since this unit is quite high; 11th floor. So, there would be no privacy issue will exist for those who like to open their sliding door (for fresh air) and stay at balcony. Having private parking space is very useful especially when there are limited open parking area surround lobby. No need to scramble for park with other guest. Other facilities are well-maintained too especially gym, play room, billiard rooms (yes, i you have a group of 3-4 who want to play billiard, they have here). You can rent an ATV at the beach side to go around nearby area.

I have a badluck, ordered at the time where the pool closed due to technical issue. It wasn't owner fault, but disappointed with The Building management who doesn't do their maintenance work correctly. Should be improved in the future.
