Our unit is in a small cluster of condos - not a crowded high rise and located directly on one of Florida's greatest beaches and is one of America's classic
beach towns.

Immediate access to pool and beach from this first floor treasure! Worth every penny we saved to make this vacation happen. No cars on this portion of beach. Beds are comfy, kitchen well equipped! A wonderful spot.

It was a very nice condo, the perfect size for us and we loved that it was on the ground floor. You could walk right out of the condo to the pool and the beach. The condo had everything you would need and lots of beach toys for the kids. It was a wonderful stay and we would definitely go again!

The condo was perfect for our family of five. The ocean and pool are steps away from the condo, and the view allowed us to enjoy our meals while watching the waves roll in. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our week long stay in NSB. The beds were super comfy, and having a washer and dryer in unit was a definite plus. Check in was very easy, and Rhonda was great at communicating with us. We also loved the location of the condo as it on the non-driving portion of the beach. It was close to everything we wanted to do, yet it was far enough down Atlantic to feel that we were a little more secluded. We would definitely come back.

New Experience
Walk out the sliding door and you're at the pool. Down the stairs at the end of the pool and you're in the ocean. Short drive to Historic Flagler Street and all the shops and electric bicycle rental for riding up and down the beach. Lots of nice restaurants.

Very Nice Place
This condo was very nice. It was well maintained. I liked being on the first floor. You can walk out to the lawn, beach or pool. No stairs or elevator. So it was a nice condo in a nice location in the well taken care of facility. The pool was clean and heated and never crowded. We enjoyed it very much. The owner was communicative and friendly. What is not to like! Thank you Rhonda.

Amazing 😍
I travel alone quite often. This mini get away included my 81 yr old Uncle and my 5 year old grandson. I would have never rented something like this without them. It was perfect! I had my grandson in the pool while watching my uncle through the patio window, snuggled up watching television. Beautifully decorated, equipped with everything you could possibly need and then some. Plenty of towels, linens, toys, beach umbrellas and chairs. So nice to sit on the couch and see and hear the ocean. Washer and dryer in unit. So clean! 10 stars! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Poolside villa
We stayed Thursday through Monday. The villa is in the perfect location for both pool to beach.... Sam the manager was amazing and Rhonda the owner was fantastic with the booking and communications... The beds were so comfortable and we didn’t need for anything.. Will definitely be back to shore villas.....Thank you..

This unit is very nice. Bright fun decor and upgrades makes this unit very comfortable. A lot of extras are included (beach chairs, towels, toys, etc). The owner and the on property manager where very nice to deal with. The Robinson Family

Location!
We are local to the area and always look for a place with easy access to the beach and a pool. This location had both. The pool was never crowded and being on the first floor was a huge bonus. The only couple things I’d say were not ideal were check out is 10am, no ceiling fans, and you had limited control of the thermostat. But....... we would certainly stay here again. It was a great start to our summer and we enjoyed the condo very much 😁

Absolutely love the view
You can see and hear the ocean from condo along with sun rise and sun set. Absolutely loved the view. Easy access to the pool and stairs to the beach. Property manager was very welcoming and helpful. Kitchen had about everything you needed to to do basic cooking. Rooms were spacious.
I will be returning to this property again for future vacations.

We enjoyed our stay very much from the rocket launch to the fine restaurants, our condo had everything we needed from bath to kitchen supplies to beach chairs and beach towels, big thumbs up!!! We will be back!

I'm a seasoned traveler and this condo checked all the boxes for my short stay...clean, comfy bed with good internet. Pretty view of the ocean right from the couch. Steps away from the beach. Property manager was helpful. Would recommend this unit to anyone wanting a beach getaway!!

We love NSB
We love NSB and our place was nice. Cleaning needs to be a bit better. The couch had left over French fries or some other food in the cushions. Candy wrappers in the cupboard across from the fridge . The closeness of the pool and beach is awesome!! We will be back!!

Overall, the condo was better than I expected. The proximity to the pool and the beach couldn't have been better. The owner was very responsive and the property manager was so nice. We also really appreciated the closet full of beach gear!

Very comfortable beachy condo
We had a great time. Easy access to the no drive beach. Pool area very clean and tended to daily. The beds were comfy and bathrooms clean. Near to many restaurants that offered take out and some delivered! Definitely would rent this again!

Not clean
Location is good, ground floor unit on the non driving part of NSB but overall cleanliness and condition of the unit was poor. The refrigerator is falling apart, there was a huge cockroach in the tub while our kids were taking a bath! Unit smelled musky when entering. The sheets and pillows were stained and old. I would not stay here again unfortunately.

The manager was great... the owners of condos at time were somewhat rude.. they "tolerated renters"
Manager friendly and kind.. owners there "tolerated renters there w attitudes " too bad owners dont abide by condo rules..... beer cans drunk at pool, grilling on 2nd floor balcony ( facing ocean south side) .... it was an ok place probably won't rent there again...and I rent 2 weeks each summer for years....
And to be charged for laundry is awful.... already get charged cleaning free which the floor had leftover crumbs when we arrived....

Great Vacation
This was a great condo, first floor, with the pool right outside the door and a great view of the ocean. It had everything you need for a great Summer vacation. Great location, great views, steps away from the ocean. We had an awesome time, we didn't want to come home. We will definitely stay there again!!
