With this rental, you will also have access to all Bella Luna shared amenities such as the indoor and outdoor pool, hot tub, sauna, fitness room, and more!

This condo has the best of both worlds with amazing views of Old River from the condo and deeded beach access right across the street! Take an adventure to the Alabama/Florida state line and enjoy great food, live bands, and even bingo at the famous FloraBama across the street, just a short walk from the complex. You are also just a short drive to many delicious dining options such as Cobalt, Louisiana Lagniappe, Shrimp Basket, and many more!

THINGS TO KNOW
This building has two elevators.
Three-night minimum reservations are required at this property.
Starting January 2nd and running through the end of March, 2023 Bella Luna will be working on their parking garage, and repairing balconies. During this project some parking spots will be blocked off, but they will do their best to limit work in high traffic areas to times when the fewest guests are in the building. With the balcony work, they will NOT need to enter your unit. They will access balconies using swing stages. This may cause temporary view obstruction. When the construction crew is working on your stack of condos we suggest that you close curtains/blinds for your own privacy. While falling debris is not expected, they are asking that you not lean over the railing to look at the work being done. The contractor will be working Monday thru Friday from 8am to 5pm.
This property is managed by Vacasa Alabama LLC.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 12.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This is a beautiful condo, but I would never stay there again until I was assured the owner had replaced the mattress in the master bedroom. It was impossible to sleep on it. My husband and I had to sleep in the second bedroom on two double beds. Also, there needs to be a step ladder to reach the upper kitchen cabinets. We used dining chairs which was very dangerous for us. We stayed a month so a decent bed was very important to us. The condo was very nice with a great view of Old River. There was a wonderful heated pool and sauna on the property. Plus, the jetted tub in the master bathroom was wonderful.

Everything in the condo was clean and well kept. The views were amazing. We cooked several times and had all the utensils, pots, pans, etc needed. We had to buy extra paper towels, trash bags, and tp as only a small amount is provided. We did know this in advance. We brought all our own chairs, beach towels, and coolers. None of these were available in the condo. The Vacasa app was helpful and very easy to use to communicate. Overall, a great trip and we would stay here again.

Our family had a great time at this condo. It is in a great location that has all the amenities that you need to enjoy a great stay. The Check In staff at the condo are just there to get you a parking pass. They didn’t really care to answer questions about the area or condo. Not a big deal and may have just caught them on a bad day. Condo is great for those wanting a quiet stay. And if you need to party a little florabama is a short walk away. Overall an excellent stay and would certainly book this place again.

Impeccably clean, the facility is well maintained. Though across the street from the beach, it was incredibly easy to walk over and leave all your beach stuff at /in your car. No schlepping it all up to the 12th floor! A very comfortable unit. Pillows and towels could be improved but overall a perfect stay 🏖️👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

The only issues we had was the condo could have been cleaner. It was not to my wife’s satisfaction. The Master Bedroom bed was hard as a rock. Really needs a topper or a new mattress. Side note parking at the condo is very expensive $50 per vehicle and it would be nice if they had guest parking/overflow parking/trailer parking across the street on the vacant lot.

This unit is in desperate need of new furniture! The dining room bench broke when my friend sat on it (broke her coccyx) the beds are terribly uncomfortable and so are the pillows.

The balcony is oriented so that one can see the gulf (sunsets) and the waterways surrounding Ono Island. The views were awesome. We hope to go back again when it is warmer so we can enjoy the outdoor pools. The beach was easy to get to across the street. The stoplight at Flora-Bama helps to break up the traffic. The condo was very elegant for a rental. We had a great time.

The view is awesome! It’s a very nice unit. Lights in the bathroom flicker, stand alone ice machine does not work at all, and the pillows are horrible. Looks like a bunch of pictures were removed in the hallway from the front door and it looks really bad. Ceiling fan in the bedroom doesn’t have a light. Needs work.

Our over all stay was great. Property was beautiful although it had a few pros and cons Pro's 1.) Location was awesome 2.) Views were amazing 3.) Pools were amazing for both kids and adults 4.) just enough out of the traffic area. 5.) Kid's rooms was nice. 6.) Master bath and bedroom was beautiful. 7.) didn't have to bring any extra appliances for pillows - had it all. Con's 1.) The ice maker was leaking onto the flow - however maintenance was quick to fix. 2.) The bath tub facets were broken. 3.) The Master bed was very hard, almost like a wrestling mat 4.) There was not instruction on trash that I could find. 5.) It's said it slept 6 but it really only slept 4 unless you are putting kids on the couch. Which we had to do.

Location of this unit is awesome for Mullet Toss weekend. The unit was very clean and had a lot of bathroom towels and Kitchen pots and pans to use. We did have a non-working ice machine so we were unable to make cold drinks which was pretty bad for a beach trip. Also, the jetted tub in the master bathroom did not work. I reported it to the management company and was reimbursed for the non-working amenities. We did go ahead and book for next years Mullet Toss with the same management company but in a different condo.

Our family decided to take a spur of the moment trip. We decided to just take off to the beach. I got online and within minutes booked this beautiful condo. We checked in that evening and it was fabulous!! A very beautiful place with a fantastic view of the sunrise and sunset!! Everything in the condo was clean and in working condition. Very spacious and beautifully decorated. Great location and I would definitely stay there again!! Absolutely loved it!!
