We stayed in phase 2 5a and were really happy with our room which had a superb view out to sea. The rooms were large and comfortable.
Pool was a decent size and area clean. Enough loungers for us all. The pool wasn't overly busy and so there was the choice of loungers without people reserving them which was really good.
Bar area nice and a view out to sea. Happy hour 16:15-17:15. Bar menu and restaurant menu. Singer in the evening.
Staff friendly and helpful.
We would definitely return if visiting Los Gigantes again. Los Gigantes was also very nice and more than happy with the location.
I would have liked to have seen maybe some oil, salt, pepper in the apartment but I do understand this is a hotel not an Airbnb.
Bear in mind phase 2 is along the road and up some steps so those wishing to stay closer should stay in phase 1 but you'll get the noise with those. I preferred phase 2 and don't mind some exercise!

The harbour club is perfectly situated in Los Gigantes. With a lovely swimming pool to relax around. We found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. There was entertainment each night - very enjoyable holiday.
There is no air conditioning - only ceiling fans in the bedrooms.

Todo muy equipado la cocina y todo funciona perfectamente con utensilios en la cocina, las vistas al mar y los atardecer desde la terraza increíble.
La limpieza podía mejorar un poco, en las paredes estaban un poco sucias

Based on mid July 2023 trip just before school holidays as our 18year old and 16 year old finished early due to exams:
- Food and drink was reasonably priced.
- The pool area was not too crowded and had good shade.
- Our rooms on the road side were good; they had bedrooms and toilets on the ground floor, living room and kitchen on the first floor with a small balcony (no sea view as it is concealed by the other block), but then there is also a roof terrace with table, chairs, shade, sunbeds with a sea view.
- WiFi was fast. You go to the reception and they give you a free unique WiFi ticket for a few devices. We did have a few issues with the WiFi going down but the resort tried to fix it.
- Swingball, jacuzzi, table tennis, pool was good. Nice view from the pool and all day sun on the pool and can watch the sunset.
- Susa on reception was very helpful and professional.
- The XXL burger in the pool bar was huge for about €8, 2 burgers, bacon, ham, salad, fried egg. Belly Buster breakfast was great value but a bit hit and miss on quality.
- Happy hour 16:15 to 17:15. Special 2-for-1 drinks menu.
- Evening entertainment was generally good.
- TV in the livingroom was ok and I could connect my Roku.
- 2 minute walk to Tipsey Terrace to play tennis for €12/hour.
- Local supermarkets and restaurants and sea very close by. Good central location.
- Beach is a 5 min walk. Natural swimming area a 10 min walk away is good if seas are calm.
- Whale trip at €25/head was very good. We got the fast Express boat which only seated 12 and we got a very personalised experience with 8 of us in the party but do it with a good base tan as there's no shade.
- Kids really enjoyed Siam Park water park 25mins away by car.
- Mama Lucia's at the top of the resort serves some great food and is reasonably priced, but it is a bit of a walk up the hill. Fresh, stone baked pizzas are the best in the resort.
This is for constructive feedback only for the club as overall our stay was great and absolutely great value. However, these would be my recommendations for improvements.
- Not enough staff on the poolside restaurant, just a cook and one waiter most of the time. One daytime waitress was obviously frustrated by the lack of staff and support and complained to us that she only had 2 hands when another customer seemed to get a bit frustrated by waiting times. If you tried to get her attention at the bar she would tell you "it's table service and I'll come over", but one time we were waiting over 1/2 an hour to get served. Not her fault but management's fault as they needed another server - we thought that if they added another waiter they could double their revenue on drink service...
- Pool service restaurant food quality was ok and great value, but quality could be better and more consistent. Food was cooked fresh in an open kitchen but sometimes the fried eggs were overcooked and food was a little cold by the time it was served. The young lad chef was very good, but the lady chef not as good. Some investment required and possibly price increases required for better quality (breakfast sausages could be better!). We would have eaten there more if quality was slightly better. Tipsey Terrace down the road was a little better but more expensive.
- Cocktails should be much better, even if partly pre-made and kept in a fridge to improve efficiency - hard to get a good cocktail anywhere in the resort.
- They need some electric fly killers spotted around the place.
- No air-conditioning in the rooms. Ceiling fans and portable fans only.
- I would guess than during school holidays the place gets more full.

Pool is lovely. Balcony is really nice with an amazing view. We liked how separate we were and felt like we had a lot of privacy which was nice. Beds were comfortable and kitchen had a lot of utensils so it was really easy to make meals.
A bath mat for the bathroom could be good because the thinner towels don’t really soak up the water as well and the floor can become really wet.

Nice room on three floors with a roof sun terrace.
Room clean, comfortable, the two bedrooms just right.
Juan on the front desk was brilliant and helpful especially when we needed a Dr nothing was too much trouble.
A little noise late in the evening from guests returning to their rooms.
We had to endure a long domestic argument.one evening but other than that the noise is brief and not every night

The pool looked nice.
The jacuzzi was out of order.
The ceiling fan in the bedroom wasn't working - extremely hot and uncomfortable at night.
Plastic sheeting on the beds?? We're adults, not children.
Ill-fitting and mis-matched pillow cases. Short pillow cases on long pillow and short pillows squeezed into pillow cases with pillow part hanging out. No excuses for this.

Didn’t have breakfast
More relaxing blues or Spanish music playing instead of British

We didn't have breakfast
We were happy with everything

The location is great! Close to the beach, to the swimming pool, to different restaurants.
Also the nearest supermarket is in 10 minutes walk.
The furniture in the room was quite old and shabby. The bed creaked so last days we slept on the couch because it was more comfortable.

great location, stunning views of cliffs behind and sea in front. clean and tidy, helpful staff, communication very good, I had to ask a few questions before I went and they sorted them out straight away. Plenty of loungers and a no hogging policy.
nothing.

Self catering apartment. Everything I needed, excellent
Many stairs to climb

I liked the decor of the apartment and the ease in speaking to someone in reception. The receptionist Juan went above and beyond to help me on several occasions.
I really can’t think of anything.

The roof terrace on the duplex apartments is fantastic. Sun all day from morning until sunset.
It was all excellent. The ground floor with the bedrooms and bathrooms was a bit dark but that was the only thing. The interior is a bit dated and "brown" but I knew beforehand from the photos.
4.1
The location and the pool were good. There was also a reasonably wide range of books in the library.
Unfortunately the choice of food for someone with coeliac disease was poor - on the other hand the vegan chilli was very good.
Breakfast wasn't available until 9am which was rather late for us. The apartment was tired looking and in need of some decorating in places and the bedroom was somewhat cramped, there being less than 2' between the bed and the wardrobe.

very good for value. Location perfect, 5min to Los Gigantes natural pool. Next to properties is bus stop. 10 minutes walk to LIDL. In kitchen was everything for cooking. ( pans, dishes, oven, microwave, toaster)
when restaurant open was quite loud

Fabulous staff, great entertainment, good food, great drinks (especially happy hour) good central location and excellent value for money
Nothing we got fabulous value for money
4.1
Clean, spacious apartment with large balcony, friendly staff in reception & in the terrace cafe.
The distance down to the swimming pool. With a bad back the incline was very steep.

We stayed in phase 2, which was across the road from the main complex and up several flights of steps. Everything was available in the apartment that I needed. Loved the fact that I was able to add my friend to my booking, at no extra cost. The staff were lovely on reception, and there was no charge for the pool towels, or wifi. Loved the jacuzzi, once I was able to get in.
Wifi is unsecure. Food was very 'average' - it's very reasonable in cost, but there is much better around the corner especially if you like pancakes. Understaffed cafe/bar, you can't order a drink at the bar, so will have to wait to be seated - even if you just want a drink.
4.1
been here a few times the location is great and the pool is really convenient and never too over crowded
looking a bit dated now, aircon is a must but not a single apartment has it at Harbour Club, prices for drinks has crept up and the cocktails didn’t have much alcohol in them when it was happy hour
4.1
The room was spacious ,beautiful views, nice and quiet.Well eqiupped and clean
