コンパクトながら清潔で設備が整っている

駅チカのロケーションが最高です。部屋はコンパクトながら、新しく使いやすかった。ベランダが広く、ブランコ椅子がありました😄バスルームに洗い場が付いているのが良かった。お部屋にバリスタが設置されていてうれしかった。

チェックインが自分でパソコンで入力は良いのですが、完了した後もフロントスタッフは下を向いたまま何の挨拶もないのは、ちょっと寂しいですね。部屋のサイズが狭め。

Pool is misleading - better hotel options nearby.

Pool was extremely misleading. The pool was filthy and unheated. The area was surrounded by mosquitos.

アクセスが良い。

駅から近く、空港に行き易かったのと、清潔感がありました。チェックイン前に荷物が預けられるのも良かった。時間が無く利用しませんでしたが、朝食が美味しそうでした。次回泊まるなら食べてみたいです。

お風呂がシャワーだけだったのと、ゴミ箱が小さ過ぎて使い辛かった。部屋が狭い。

入館するといい香りでお出迎え。部屋も広く、バルコニーもとても気持ちよかったです。スタッフさんがいい距離感で優しい❤️ 朝ご飯も美味しい！建物、お部屋もおしゃれ✨ 駅近で移動も国際通りも近くて、便利！総合的に大満足❣️

唯一、身体を洗うのがスポンジで、簡易タオルがいいなー。

We wished we could’ve stayed longer!

Very convenient to get to with monorail! Even though it’s right by the station the rooms are very soundproof so you’ll get a good nights sleep. We booked a higher level room and the view was quite nice. Even got to see the ocean. It’s all in all super clean and well designed. Especially loved the carpet and the lighting (many mood lights to chose from). Bathroom has Malin+Goetz products which are my faves :) There is a lovely looking adjacent restaurant which we didn’t get a chance to try as we only stayed for a night but would love to check out next time!

Pool only opens from April to October, which is a bummer given the warm temperatures in Okinawa year-round.

다시는 안갈 숙소

새로지은 건물이라 클린 앤 깔끔ㅡ

객실이나 여러 시설은 좋았지만 직원들 태도가 너무 불친절해서 인종차별로 느껴질 정도였음. 오후 3시부터 체크인 가능하고 1시간 더 일찍 들어갈 때마다 3천엔씩 내라고 해서 그냥 기다리기로 했다. 그런데 14시부터 다른 사람들은 그냥 체크인을 시켜주고 내가 가서 체크인 가능하냐고 하자 아까와 같은 답을 줬다. 로비에서 줄곧 3시까지 기다리고 있는데도 아무런 설명도 없고 안내도 없고, 다른사람들이 다 들어가고 나서 다시 프론트에 가니까 체크인 된다고 그랬다. "그럼 기다릴 필요가 없었네요. 미리 말해주셨으면 좋았을텐데요." 라고 하자, "네 그러네요." 이러고 말음. 직원들이 불친절해서 다시는 가고싶지 않다. 위치도 그닥. 국제거리까지 거리가 꽤 된다. 아 그리고 주차 유료임. 2시간 30분 추가 + 1박에 2700엔 주차비 추가됨.

The Strata will be my first choice for stay in Naha from now on.

It was quiet, clean, the garden and view, perfect location across from Miebashi. Station, close to shops and restaurants, friendly staff, beautiful room and facilities. I liked everything. The smell of an essential oil was so pleasant and relaxing. A wonderful experience.

The pool was closed.

Have a nice stay, will stay with Hotel Strata again when come to Naha.

Location is excellent, next to Yuri rail Meibashi station make it convenient to travel to/from Naha airport. 10 mins by foot to reach Kokusai Dori (Main Street). Though room is small, but clean and have most things you need. Front desk staff are friendly.

Room is compact but still manageable for 2 pax. Room and toilet should have more clothing hook. Room should have more light to make it brighter.

Really nice hotel, love the interior decoration, helpful staff and great location.

Love the interior, it looks really cool. Beautiful garden with a pool. Great location in Naha, just nearby a train station. Very comfortable corner room with a cool view of the city. Very helpful and service minded staff.

The pool was not open and it was 26 degrees. It will not be open until April. Why?

施設内はすごくよかったです。お部屋の雰囲気もすごくよかったので、また是非行きたいです。

プールの清掃と、蚊の多さ。何かレモングラスなどで対策が見れるとよかったです。

Inexperienced staff, unfriendly welcome, can’t recommend

Cool but small lobby

The front desk staff was inexperienced and we got a very cold welcome. We arrived a few hours before check-in directly from the airport and were denied entry to the pool area before check-in. Usually you are greeted in a fantastic way in Japan and they suggest you use the amenities before the room is ready. This tactic feels cheap and greedy. Claustrophobicly small rooms, better value at other hotels in the city. Can’t recommend.

100% recommend, great value for a modern and stylish hotel

A fantastic hotel, especially for the price! Very clean and modern, room was bright and spacious. The pool area is also very nice although it was too hot outside to make good use of it when we stayed.
