Sembrava di dormire in strada.

Simpatica l'idea di un profumo in omaggio all'arrivo. Posizione in centro storico.

La stanza in cui abbiamo alloggiato era a livello strada, separata da un semplice infisso porta-finestra con scarsissimo abbattimento acustico. Dovendo tenere le veneziane chiuse per non essere visti dai passanti, la stanza risultava al buio. Unica altra fonte di luce era una finestra nel bagno, posta in alto, di circa cm.30x30, che dava su un sottoscala. Caldaia posta in camera (!). Frigorifero rumoroso.

Appartamento potenzialmente molto bello ma avrebbe bisogno di qualche manutenzione. Bellissimo il cortile esterno. Posizione comodissima per il centro città. Proprietario poco loquace ma gentile. Apprezzato il profumo in regalo.

Una notte e basta

Ho apprezzato l'ampiezza e la pulizia della camera. Ho molto apprezzato la cordialità della ragazza che ci ha accolto alla reception e la tassa di soggiorno a carico del locatore e non dell'ospite. Ho apprezzato anche l'omaggio

La colazione al.bar è stata scarsa. Avrei preferito che in camera lasciassero un litro di latte e dei biscotti piacentini per potersi preparare la colazione da soli. Non mi è per niente piaciuto il fatto che il locatore nonn ci avesse informato della zona ztl e della possibilità di acquistare un pass a 3 euro giornaliero. L'ho scoperto a fine soggiorno e mi arriverà una multa per questo. Non essendo del luogo è stato difficile muoversi evitandola, e per forza abbiano dovuto attraversarla. La.multa che arriverà sarà pari al prezzo del soggiorno, e mi fa pentire della gita. La zona pensavo fosse servita meglio da ristoranti ma non vi era nulla di vicino da raggiungere a piedi

Letti comodi, bagno ampio con doccia modernissima, simpatico omaggio all’arrivo

Colazione inclusa ma mediocre: brioche e una bevanda calda in bar adiacente convenzionato decisamente misero

Très bel appartement

L'appartement est très bien équipé et très joli. Bien placé également entre gare et centre ville. Parfaitement propre et un parfum en cadeau à l'arrivée

Juste un détail : des rideaux occultants seraient les bienvenus pour ceux qui préfèrent dormir ds le noir

Super l'accueil avec petite cadeaux. La taille correcte de l'établissement.

Le parking très difficile et une zone ou ne pouvons pas rentré entre 8h et 21h. Donc je vais surement recevoir un PV. Vue sur une super court mais les autre résident pas de respect ils était jusqu'à 3h du matin a discuté sous ma fenêtre. Il devrait limiter les heures.

L’accueil. En arrivant il faut appeler un numéro indiqué sur la porte et attendre une vingtaine de minutes avant qu’un monsieur très désagréable n’arrive. Il vous fait observer que vous n’avez pas répondu à son message envoyé sur la messagerie booking demandant votre heure d’arrivée. Difficile en voiture …

Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, das Zimmer und der Sanitärbereich für uns Gehbehinderte sehr gut zu erreichen- barrierefreies Zimmer erhalten, der kleine Hof war sehr ruhig und angenehm. Der Besitzer hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen. Der Duft des Parfüms durchzieht zart das ganze Haus

Das Zimmer liegt zur Straße mitten in der Stadt und als die Straßenreinigung kam , wurden wir wach- dafür halt nah am Zentrum der Stadt

It was very central. The room was large and well equipped Be aware that it is within the ZTL and it is very restrictive Parking is a 10 minute walk away.

Loved the location and the check in process was super easy! The rooms were fantastic especially if staying for multiple nights!

Nice location and the fact that they give you a perfume as a gift

It is in the ZTL so you need to park outside and in the parking that needs to be paid . Also the apartment was facing the street so you can hear the noises from cars or people wielding by .

Super location, right next to the centre of Piacenza, very clean and bright place, convention with nearby bar and restaurant (expensive in general outside convention, but wonderful, gourmet-type), cheap parking at 550 metres from the place, host very kind and helpful. You get a present - a small perfume at your choice. If we come again to Piacenza, we would opt for the same place, if available.

Our room was fitting comfortably 2 people, for 3 (our group) was a bit small, as the folding bed was right next to the window, so one could get cold in the night when sleeping... as I did, it seems. But we have chosen this room (indeed, there was no other room available), so no blame on the place at all.

The owner welcomed us personally and explained everything to us. The surprise of getting a perfume was great (now I understand the name of the apartment). Opposite, a small Italian breakfast is included. Starting point for the city center, bar and restaurant is very good.
