Good as place to stay and eat breakfast - would have been okay if didn't have wheelchair

Close to motorway and NEC - cheaper than staying onsite at NEC Large rooms Cool (temperature) rooms Free Wifi (although had to chase for code)

NOT wheelchair accessible - hallway too narrow to turn chair in bedrooms, Front door did not open fully making difficult getting through door and lip on doorway meant chair got stuck, no dropped kerb on that side of road - could go over grass but only as weather was good Sub-let building as official post to residence threatening enquiry No allocated parking Strong smell of pot in communal hall Walls were slightly grubby and tired Almost too cold inside and lacking hot water.

They were so slow returning our deposit that we assumed they were not going to pay it. However it has now appeared in our bank account, so we are happy now.

Very good

Wasn't totally like the pictures show, but it ended up being a good stay for me, wife and 3 kids. Bathroom and kitchen were my favorite parts of the apartment.

The heating needs urgent attention.

The worst holiday house experience ever

The building was very dirty and smelling, the flat was ok but they left very old blankets and some of the bedsheets was used like someone got sick on it or with sperms. The TV had only one channel and we was a family of 5 and they left only 3 towels. I called the host on the first day because I couldn't get into the property and he was only asking about the deposit. After getting into the flat I told him about the missing towels and dirty bedsheets and HE TOLD ME TO DO THE WASHING and the doble bed is so old that you can feel the springs. Only after 4/5 days on the property is when he decided to go and change the bedsheets and give extra towels. Have to give my kids the bed and sleep on the sofa. Was one of the worst experience in booking a holiday house. Never going back to that property again and NOT RECOMMENDED.

we got moved location the day before our arrival further away than we needed to b , didn’t get deposit back because there were rubbish bags in our room , rude and unhelpful manager .

Great location and good value; facilities quite tired

There was plenty of space for 4 adults to stay in this apartment. The living room has 2 sofa beds so there is potential capacity for more. Clean towels were provided and some toiletries which was appreciated. The kitchen came with coffee, tea bags, and sugar, and table salt for cooking if needed.

The oven dials don’t have any markings so it is impossible to see the temperature to set it at. Some of the kitchen equipment was dirty on arrival, but the host/management was apologetic about that. This property is managed by a business and requires a £200 deposit which is unusual for a property advertised on Booking.com.

Not luxury!!!

Area it’s council houses , block so a bit noisy till 10 ,11 pm, entrance very bad , smell dugs inside , double mattress it’s broken so you can have a good sleep, it was water coming through the floor in the hallway, damage tiles in the bath and no light , I have to make shower with the light from the phone , he brought us a emergency light after two days , no light in living room , he told us to use the light from the tv , a electrician came on Wednesday and Thursday and fix the problem with the lights ,It was lots of fly’s in in rooms and kitchen , I’ve many more pictures with the [luxurios apartment],but can’t atach them
