If you want to stay close to the beach, this is a great place to stay.
However, the check in process was non-existent. We got to the property and didn't know how to access the property. I reached out to the owner that responded within 15 minutes or so (so that was good) to find out the house was unlocked. It was as though he expected us to know this and or try the doors. I found this to be very disconcerting.
The house itself was as described; however, there were so many little things (clock batteries dead, no beach towels, lights in the kitchen that didn't work, etc.) that we ended up buying things that we shouldn't have had to.
Additionally, there were two grills. One that was propane and one charcoal. The propane grill was nasty and needed serious cleaning and didn't work initially. One of my family members was able to make it work but we still used foil to cook on as we couldn't get it clean. We bought charcoal but didn't end up using it (donated it to the next renter!).
The beds were all extremely soft which is fine if you are used to that. The bed in the basement had a broken frame and my niece and her partner ended up sleeping in it upside down.
All in all it met our needs but for the price we paid I was highly disappointed.

The home had just about everything you needed and
We had a large group and there was plenty of spaces to accommodate everyone . Loved that it was very clean and there are beach supplies and a wagon!

Good layout and close to the beach. It was nice to have a separate space upstairs and downstairs with multiple families during our stay. We did not have to pack linens which is always a plus. AC is ice cold. The sunken porch out back was a great hangout area for the evenings. The covered area was nice for grilling in the rain. Thanks Blake!

Check-in process was easy. Good for short stay. The bottom floor was suitable for stay. Musty/dank smell in the basement. Top floor was clean and neat. Nice back porch and carport area.

Yes, our stay was great, had family together and all that. Yours was the only one that had some beach Accessories. One my sister rented, from a different agency, they dint give her any beach stuff. That beach wagon was a great touch 👍. We enjoyed doing tourist/ beach stuff, and the grill was also great. Hope to rent your property again next year possibly.

Serviceable
Upstairs was fine and mostly clean (we ended up cleaning kitchen counters and some dishes prior to using). Rooms did not match size of beds advertised (stated: 2 doubles in one room and double/full in other). Turned out to be double bed and bunk beds in one and double in other room upstairs). Worked for us but not sure it would for others. Downstairs was musty and dirty. Nice that it had an additional refrigerator downstairs though as well as laundry (that we didn’t use). Also nice that it was close to the beach.
