It is the perfect spot for singles or families, is safe and friendly. We are less than 3 miles to the center of South Beach. Local activities include delicious eateries, fine dining, tourist attractions and night life. Private Poolside Cabana Available-
Our brand new upper-level poolside cabana is available to rent 10am - 8pm, during your stay. Our modern cabana features floor to ceiling sliding glass doors, flat screen TV, refrigerator, full bathroom with waterfall shower (perfect for hot shower right after the beach!), lounge chairs for sunbathing, and panoramic views of the ocean. Your rental includes exclusive use of entire apartment, use of fitness center, concierge and package service, bellhop, free Wi-Fi, cable TV expanded channels, valet parking (fees apply), gift shop, washer/dryer, heated swimming pool, hot tubs, pool & beach towels daily, lounges and umbrellas at pool. Pool and beach area has Tiki Bar as well as comfort food service. Room service also available as well as from Grub Hub, Uber Eats and most food delivery services. There is a public children's playground one block north with direct access from walkway behind our property. Resort offers for additional fees beach chair rentals and water sports. There is a salon and day spa located on the 4th floor. Local activities and attractions include water sports, bicycling, sailing, snorkeling, boating, deep sea fishing, parrot jungle, Seaquarium, Children's Museum, Theatre, Historic Art Deco district, Wynwood, and so much more. Conveniently located just minutes from South Beach and 20 minutes from the Miami International Airport, 15 minutes from the Port of Miami, Brickell and downtown business district. Golf courses and tennis courts nearby, glamorous night life entertainment, including LIV at the Fontainebleau Hotel, Eden Roc both only 8-9 blocks away, Lincoln Mall, Coconut Grove, the Bal Harbour Shoppe's, and Aventura Mall all minutes away. IMPORTANT INFORMATION- Our property has recently completed a $35 million renovation of the interior and exterior of the building. Both upper and lower pools, Tiki bar, restaurant, and mezzanine pool deck are now open and in full operation.

In the rare event that an unexpected emergency maintenance issue occurs before or during your stay, a unit will be assigned that is of equal or greater value to the unit reserved. This is not a common occurrence and rarely if ever occurs. If the dates you selected are not available, we may have other alternative units available at the same beachfront property -- please inquire.

Would stay here again. Great view of the beach, spacious balcony and rooms. All supplies needed for the weekend were provided. The three bathrooms definitelty saved us a lot of time getting ready. Thank you for everything.

Pictures made it look bigger than it was however space wise it was perfect for our needs.. It was clean, comfortvalw and had everything you needed to cook (food not included of course) The staff was friendly and helpfuk- We would be more than happy to visit again.

This was a perfect condo for me and my girlfriends. I was surprised to see 9 beds instead of 7, so that worked out great. Loved the view. Nice updated finishes throughout. Property management was prompt with responding to us. We had everything we needed for our weekend getaway.

My group was very satisfied with the stay and accommodations. the front desk initially was somewhat dismissive but turned things around after we checked in. the location of the beach was awesome and convenient. The space of the unit and the decor was fabulous. We had enough towels, kleenex, TP and kitchen items for the time we spent, so thanks for that. We were able to utilize the washer and dryer and it came with detergent, thanks so much!! The beds were clean and very comfortable. There was easy access to WIFI , television in each room and space for clothes. It would have been nice to have more patio chairs(folding) like 4 more stored somewhere. The hot tubs were a bit small for such a big condo and the gym had rusty free weights and one treadmill out of three were working, so there should be an upgrade in this area. The food store in the Condo was extremely overpriced for guests. .750 bottle of Titos was $75:( , so we ordered alcohol for delivery. The delivery options for food, groceries, alcohol was real convenient and nice. I would stay again.. Everything was so clean and beautifully decorated and spacious. Regina

I stayed at the Alexander hotel on the weekend of June 18th to the 20th. The interactions I had with Mark and Evan with Hora vacation rentals were positive. Any issue I had during this stay were in direct result of the hotel itself. Before arriving to the hotel the day of check in I called the front desk to make sure there wouldn’t be any issues leaving our bags with security until check in (which I was told was allowed) and the man who answered the phone was very rude. He treated me like I was bothering him and at one point hung up on me. In addition the hotel almost didn’t let members of my party leave their bags even though I called ahead. When I got a Costco delivery A parking attendant named Daniel called the Costco driver a dumb b*tch because she did not pull all the way up before stopping her car. He said this in Spanish thinking we would not be able to understand him. He screamed in her face and then told me it did not concern me when I tried to step in. In addition to this we still haven’t received our $70 refund for the the towel tokens that we received at check in and that were returned at the end of our stay. We have called the hotel several times and have sent an email as instructed by the reservation department and still nothing. When I asked to speak to a manager I’m told one is not available and are unable to give me a call back at a later time. The room itself was very nice with great views but small things about the hotel were falling apart. The railing in one of the elevators fell off when someone leaned on it, when trying to open the freezer in the hotel room the doorhandle came completely off, and the stove top was cracked. Overall Because of these issues I will never be staying at this hotel again.
