Good
Getting in was difficult, had to call company three times. They said we could likely get in early but it was actually slightly late. The garage was not easy and we didn’t know about all the stairs we had to climb with our luggage. For this expense, $800 a night after fees, I feel it should have had niceties like q-tips, Kleenex, lotion etc and more than one small sample of coffee.

WE LOVED THE VIEW AND WE WILL DEFINATELY BE BACK!!!!
Loved everything about this property. The location was perfect and very clean. want to come back next year for sure!!!!
WANTED TO STAY LONGER. WISH I WOULD HAVE BOOKED MOE DAYS.

Lovely area to explore and enjoy.
Great location! Loved being able to just sit on the balcony and watch the ocean and the activity on the beach and on the street.

Exceptional
Excellent location, not overly crowded beach, and very close to biking and hiking trails. Great restaurants in walking distance and a short drive to Pismo downtown and the sand dunes. Will definitely be returning.

AMAZING stay!
The beachfront view on the patio was unbeatable. Such a great location. You are STEPS away from the beach. We loved being on the patio and people watching with a delicious cocktail. Saturday night all the restaurants were pretty packed with long waits. It was nice to put our name in and then wait comfortably from the property since we were only minutes away from all the restaurant entrances. Being above the Market Store was so convenient. They had delicious food, draft beers, beach essentials and snacks. The property management staff was above and beyond. We will definitely book this location again. Best spot in Avila beach.
