Great experience, totally suggested!

Amazing place, very quiet, with great view and very close to the beach. The room was huge and fully equipped, nice-quality furniture and great decoration. The pool area is great for relaxation and chill and although the hotel was fully booked we felt like doing vacation in a private Villa. All the stuff was really helpful, Maria the hostess helped us with everything we needed and gave us great advice (beaches, restaurants, excursions). Marianna and Despoina prepared for us every day an amazing Cretan breakfast, with local products and a huge smile that accompanied us, all happening in a discrete and pleasant way. Florence (like the famous city) is the lady that takes care of the hole place, happy to help you at all times.Amazing experience overall! Totally recommend it!

Very special place that feels like home

Silent , beatiful location in the nature. Close to the beach , awesome pool. The apartment was super-clean and fully equiped, decorated in a pretty - mininalistic way. Breakfast is perfect and consists of various local foods. We felt welcomed by the staff all the time. Many options for trips and beaches nearby. No problems with parking at all. Overall , Pignolia is a very special place and feels like home. We are definitely coming again , thank you for everything!

The most perfect, relaxed holiday with the friendliest staff!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and we must say, it was absolutely delightful! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and made to feel right at home. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was the staff. Every member of the team went out of their way to ensure that our needs were met and that we felt comfortable during our stay. The level of service was truly exceptional, and it was clear that the staff genuinely cared about their guests. The room itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and we slept like babies every night. Overall, our experience at the hotel was fantastic, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality – we can't wait to come back!

Amazing!!!

We had a wonderful time at Pignolia Suites! Maria and her husband were so welcoming and helpful. The suite was beautiful and we had a relxing time logging around the pool. My only complaint is that we didn't book more days here... we're definitely looking forward to coming back in the future!

The rooms are beautifully decorated and well equipped with everything you need. The bed is super cozy and the rain shower luxurious. The pool with sea-view is an absolute highlight. We spent here many hours with fresh Aperol Spritzes from the bar. And most of all the hosts are extremely kind and generous. We loved our stay here so much and can't wait to be back.

Wonderful place in nature and very close to the sea. Everything is new with very good taste and esense of details. The room was comfortable with a lot of space, clear and full equipped. We had breakfast which was rich with fresh products and served in the wider pool area. We are sure that we visit again

Nice hotel, excellent view, room are very well, modern keyless entrance system(unfortunately doesn't work with present staff), swimming pool in nice location, breakfast and coffee so nice, coffee!!!!!!!!!!

I did not expect receptionist in lobby meet gests in swimming shorts. YOU MUST HAVE SOME ONE FROM THE HOTEL ON CHECK IN /OUT OR YOU NEED TO CHECK THE ROOM AND REPORT ANY SMALL PROBLEM FIRST IN MORNING, IF YOU FIND RECEPTIONIST)) OF COURSE. We left the hotel at 12:00 and before this we tried to approach the lobby several times to say thanks or in case, if room need to be checked before we are leaving, lobby was closed and nobody there. We sent the text to say thank you to the hotel and driving to another hotel,....., unfortunately hotel text us back; ANTONIOI(lobby receptionist) FOUND A FEW BROUKEN THINGS IN OUR ROOM)),.......first; the screw was loose on toilet paper roll holder and second is something wrong with the shower flex(we used main one from the ceiling instead), this small things we found as soon as get into the room and start use facilities, after 5 hours driving. This wasn't major problem for us and we did not reported, but surprised when been blamed for this, looks like receptionist busy with other duties and do not check rooms after every check out, but happy to blame the gests randomly after they left hotel. One more thing to mention before submitting this, I think hotel need to make the signs to stop cleaner come into your room when is suitable for her or knock first. All above from the heart

everything! best place to relax! be close with nature! enjoy quality breakfast with local traditional tastes! Stuff and management extremely friendly and welcoming! the room was nicely decorated with nice interior materials and the most comfortable bed we have ever slept!!! location is incredible as it is in close distance from town of Ierapetra (15mins by car) and it is built on a high spot inside a valley surrounded by green mountains and facing the sea (1km away) !

Pleasant stay in Southern Crete

Good location, the room was nicely presented and it was clean. Nice veranda and inside decoration. The room also had mosquito nets which allowed to enjoy the nice evening breeze.

The second room did not have a proper bed, just a single sofa-bed and it was not comfortable to sleep. The room downstairs because of the jacuzzi on its veranda was noisy throughout the day and we pointed out this issue to the owner.

Close to nature.

Pignolia Suites is very beautiful and private property. Brand new, with just a few apartments, designed with a great style and touch of true Cretan style. The apartment was spacious, with kitchen, not just a kitchenette and beautiful outdoor jacuzzi with clean waters. We enjoyed the swimming pool area, with super comfortable sun beds, clean water, silence and only cicades making a great noise. We also enjoyed modern and healthy breakfast. We spent 3 very relaxing days by the pool!

The suites are hardly reached without a car and if you don't cook on your own, you really need a car to go for a dinner. The sea view is limited, so if you count on it, consider that.

Great place and very nice hosts

very nice & new rooms in small & cozy setting. the room was very comfortable and nicely decorated. Breakfast was very nice with a lot of choices. perfect service - had a small issue with the jacuzzi in the first room and could directly get a new room with a functioning jacuzzi. we definitely can recommend the place - people were very friendly and helpful!

Beautiful situated accommodation that is tranquil and luxurious. The rooms are very big and fully equipped. Our hosts were extremely helpful and friendly.

A bit more variety in breakfast would be a plus.

Hospitality between mountains and sea

Maria is a great host with attention for detail, amazing tips for hikes, restaurants and beaches in the area and has 8 new beautiful and stylish apartments to offer. Pool and bar are always a great place to unwind and get in touch with other guests, Maria, Antonis and their friends. Thank you so much for everything we had a wonderful holiday

This place is so amazing, it feels like you are in a private Villa in the mountains of Mexico or Columbia. Stuff is super nice. we became friends. It is quite, bed is super comfortable and the pool is a magical spot both during day and night.

Very nice rooms, spacious with a great view and modern interior design. Nice location close to beaches and restaurants.

Welcoming was poor and the parking area was not convenient. We were informed that cleaning was done every 3 days and breakfast was below average. Overall services need improvement.

Lovely staff, great spacious rooms and showers, modern... the location feels remote but it’s super close to hidden gem beaches and restaurants (a few minutes by car).
