Could be amazing with a few tweaks!

Wonderful views, clean and well presented

No soap at all so had to go out and buy some before I could use the toilet after a long journey. Really well equipped kitchen but nothing to clean and no oven gloves! Little point in having an oven with no way of getting anything out of it- I had to use a t-shirt!

Was a lovely stay , area was lovely and the pier house was a bonus being so close

The views were amazing

The property was very small and not laid out at all well, separate toilet and shower and sinks in bedrooms , needs a coffee table and lamp to make it more welcoming There were quite a few steep steps to get into the villa , so not good for someone with mobility issues

One night would have been enougl earlier than intendedh

Location against hill with a sea view to the front so nice to sit on veranda

Very disappointed ,walk into property toilet right at front door ,kitchen adequate ,next to toilet ,looked for shower or bath found shower in cupboard between kitchen and first bedroom, shower big enough but no place to dry off ,or hold onto..Very dangerous for someone older. Walked into double room,bed against wall so had to climbed over to get into....ok if you're a teenager..wardrobe adequate in corner of room Other bedroom with 2 single beds,wash basin in both bedrooms but none in toilet. Not somewhere I would stay again

Lovely area and decent accommodation for a 1 night stay, but not ideal in the Winter.

Lovely view, nice little kitchen, cheapest stay we could find in Bideford for 4 people. Beautiful location. Luckily extra duvets and pillows. Appreciated the dining table.

There was a dead rabbit right outside of our property for the duration of our stay which was quite distressing, the heating was locked at 18‘c when it was absolutely freezing - we all had to sleep with two blankets and keep coats on inside! Had to take the headboard off the double bed overnight and put back in the morning - it was wobbly and knocked the wall any time we moved. Shower didn’t get hot enough which is bad enough but especially when the property was so cold anyway. It was unclear if there was anyone to discuss any of these issues with as Reception closed at 5. Though the stay was fairly cheap, it didn’t seem right we had to deal with a couple of these things.

We were happy with the stay in general apart from the problems with the bed

The setting is lovely

The double bed against the wall and the bottom of the bed hard up against the wardrobe which you couldn’t open the bottom drawers as they were to close to the radiator. Mattress was also uncomfortable

Fantastic views happy stay

Receptionist was lovely, very accommodating and helpful. The views were fantastic and you could see the sea clearly from sitting on the sofa. A bonus of about 30 rabbits hopping about outside at dusk was very sweet. All round lovely!

It was very basic, no frills and would have been a squeeze for 4 people.

Great view of the bay overlooking the sea. Chalet quite small but comfortable and facilities good.

Perfect family break

Proper home from home villa. Me my daughter and my 2 grandchildren were extremely comfortable. The villa was extremely clean and had everything you needed for a relaxing break. Very spacious, we had 2 extra family members over for a roast dinner and we did not feel overcrowded what so ever Short walk to the beach with some amazing views.

Could do with a slightly bigger tv But that's just me being fussy. There was nothing negative about the villa.

Reception staff certainly need more training when it comes to welcoming new visitors who are staying at this resort. On arrival this was a poor experience and the members on your team did not make us feel welcomed at all and looked at us very confused when asking a couple of straight forward questions. We had to prompt to get information from them which should be standard for all new visitor on this site surely? Apart from this one downfall we had a very enjoyable stay and everything else was to our expectations if not slightly more.

Really enjoyed the trip and the accommodation was ideal.

Staff very welcoming at reception. The accommodation was very clean and smart and was big enough for 2-3 people. Facilities like the shower, taps, toilet were all working perfectly. Location is great. Lovely sea views and good facilities a short walk away.

Blinds were stuck fully up in one of the bedrooms.
