I wanted to stay the night again but wouldn’t let me change the date. After my reserve stilled showed from the 16 to the
I liked everything actually except the fact the over charged me for my room once I got there.
Everything was fine except the one of staff members on the reception had me waiting for about 20 minutes he didn’t even said a word to me. He’s attitude was rude and evasive when confronted.

Dormí tranquilo.
En verdad destaco que dormí cómodo y tranquilo además de saber que el estacionamiento se ve seguro.
La habitación se ve un poco abandonada. Se vio que falta mantenimiento en general y una pintadita al menos, además, la colcha se aprecia muy usada o decolorada, como de esos cuartos abandonados por muchos años. Ni un botecito con agua para tomar había ya que andaba con mis peques. Es la segunda vez que nos hospedamos en el hotel. Espero cuando regrese por tercera vez, vea cambios visibles, de lo contrario, ????

Bien, pero puede mejorar...
La ubicación es buenísima y la actitud de servicio también.
Las habitaciones del dormitorio compartido se sienten MUY apretadas (justas) y además les falta ventilación.
