Move through in the stylish chef’s kitchen with everything you could need to cook up a stack of pancakes and waffles in the morning through to a 3 course feast for dinner. There is a freestanding oven and gas cooktop, a built-in microwave, a fridge with a filtered water and ice dispenser, a coffee bar and a dishwasher to handle all the cleaning up.

Guests can enjoy a light meal up at the sleek marble breakfast bar of a morning then eat together in the formal dining room with a large table set for eight and a highchair for the little one.

There are seven bedrooms and four bathrooms spread across the 3 floors of the home with each bed topped with hotel quality linen and bedding for a restful night’s sleep and plenty of space to unpack and make yourself at home.

On the ground floor is the king bedroom with a luxuriously large king bed and a central bathroom with a walk-in glass shower and a vanity stocked with all the essentials.

Take the stairs up to the second floor where you will find an additional five bedrooms.

Bedrooms one and two both offer large king beds with ornate fireplaces and plush bench seating while bedroom four is filled with a king bed and a crib for the little one. Bedroom four is the spacious master suite with a king bed and a lavish ensuite bathroom with antique tiling and an oversize walk in dual shower. And finally, bedroom five, the trundle room with two twin beds.

Also on the second floor is the central bathroom that features a deep relaxing bath with an overhead shower stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

The house is set in beautiful South Grand, a neighborhood boasting vibrant cafes and restaurants, as well as a comic bookstore, antique shops, and clothing boutiques and just blocks away is Tower Grove Park offering a Farmers' Market and tennis courts.

South Grand has a flavor all its own where you can travel around the world with unique stores and eclectic shops to a huge array of ethnic restaurants covering more countries than Epcot with Turkish kebabs, Vietnamese pho, Ethiopian injera and Thai papaya salad – just to name a few. In addition to offering a veritable trip around the globe, the neighborhood also boasts some of the city's best vegan and vegetarian restaurants, including barbecue jackfruit tacos and New York-style slices made with cashew cheese.

- Quiet time is 10pm - 9am (including weekends).  The neighbors are proud of their quiet, peaceful neighborhood and we ask our guests to be respectful. Please keep voices and music down during quiet hours.
- Outdoor areas off-limits after 10pm
- Nothing can be taped, pinned, or attached to walls, ceilings or hung from the lighting fixtures. Absolutely no glitter or confetti.

Beautiful home!! Very very clean! We had 10 adults, a 9 month old, a 6 year old and a 9 year old. Plenty of room. Some of the adults stayed up and played board games until 1am. The littles and some adults went to bed early. Everyone was able to sleep well without any sounds bothering them. Great neighborhood. We felt very very safe.

We had a wonderful stay at this property!! The communication with the property management was easy and they responded quickly. We had 4 kids ages 4-7, 2 babies, and 7 adults. This home made for the perfect place for our family trip. The room all the way upstairs made for the best cousin sleepover for our kids and every bedroom had plenty of room for the adults to have their own space. The beds were comfortable, the location was very convenient, the kitchen was well stocked for making meals. We loved the big dinning room table. If our family is going to be staying in the area again we would absolutely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay for a long weekend in St. Louis for a family reunion. The location is great - we were just minutes away from several tourist spots we visited such as the Arch, Grant's Farm, City Museum, and the Dome. One concern our group had was if it was a safe area. When exiting the interstate from the south, the area of town seemed a little rough, but this neighborhood was very nice with historic charm and did not feel unsafe. We had children ranging from 17 to 5 and we never had to worry about their safety. The home was clean and while there were definitely some creaky stairs or doors, that just added to the charm of the older home. The only complaint is in regards to the carport area. There is a dumpster located right next to the carport in a tight alley and it is extremely difficult and tight to park a vehicle in this location. The garage easily fit two vehicles though, but it was easier otherwise to just park in the street for the other cars. Everyone agreed that this place was a hit for our stay, and we'd certainly consider staying again if we're in the area.
