Lo staff inesistente… ho scritto per sapere informazioni checkout su whatsapp e devo ancora attendere risposta… frigo non funzionante.. letto con materasso sfondato… sporco e mal tenuto. MAI PIÙ!siamo arrivate la camera l avevano presa altri.doppia prenotazione.nessuno ci ha accolti.non c’era NESSUNO.abbiamo chiamato i numeri per emergenze nn rispondeva nessuno dopo ore e ore tramite un cliente della struttura abbiamo rintracciato il filippino che “lavora” li e ci hanno assegnato un altra camera.piccolissima che puzzava di umido.il bagno dopo aver fatto la doccia si allagava.SCONSIGLIATISSIMO

The location is perfect and next to the steps.

You can hear in the hallway and neighboring rooms. Very loud and lacks privacy.

Location was fabulous!

Noisy!! Paper thin walls!!! You can hear people talking in other rooms! The air conditioning didn't work so it was stinking hot! I had to finally borrow the remote from another room just to turn mine on to puff gently out a little bit of cool air. The TV had issues too.. No shower curtain so water went everywhere!

Room was in a good location, was clean. Stuff was friendly and communicative.

For 2 people it was small, bad was a bit small for 2 people. Bathroom was very small and hard to move in, but it worked. Would appreciate if there was 2 cups or glasses to drink from, but it depends on the people,if they need those things staying on vacation.

Clean, kind staff: available on phone, good location.

No parking place, thin walls, very loud neighbours. Not for any kind of relax, really not for couples. Extremely bad, only 50cm high pillows, ecxtremely painful to sleep on them. Impossible.

the location is very nice, you have access to restaurants and cafes and supermarkets.in addition, you can plan Monaco trip by walking only.everything thins is near by.the automated stirs make very easy to reach the room with no difficulties.

Not coming back here for sure

(Pro) 1. The person who was cleaning the room was nice, and he tried to help out as much as he could. 2. Good location.

(Con) 1. They used a picture that is not relevant to the actual place and confused me when I was booking this place. 2. Price was too expensive compared to other hotels. 3. Towels were not cleaned (there were still hairs on towels) 4. The sink was leaking 5. Garbage was still full and wasn't cleaned 6. There was no table in the room and had to eat on the floor. 7. The middle part of the bed was sinking, and it caused problems with my back. Could not sleep because the bed was in really bad condition. I complained about it but they didn't do anything about it. (They just said that the bed was old) 8. Construction was going on in the morning and couldn't sleep 9. You can hear everything that is happening in the other rooms. 10. No one helped me with check-in. They put the key in a lock, and i had to get it myself. 11. The smell of fungus was the biggest problem. I had to leave the place after two nights. It was not a good experience.

Central location, great value for the money, especially by Monaco standards. Super-kind staff, I'd recommend Mr Joner in particular, he went of his way to make me feel comfortable and at home!

Nothing in particular. The property is on the high side of Beausoleil. That with steep climbing roads, may not make it the first choice for people with walking difficulties or other disabilities.

Dirty sheets. Broken air con and heating. no access to balcony area. Room very basic and squashed. Hard bed. No fridge. only provided a hairdryer, two glasses and two pods for the coffee machine. Landlord/staff wouldn’t take my calls or reply to my messages when I shared complaints and concerns.

Nice time, no frills

The chap that met us was friendly and helpful. The shower was great. Its close to bus and train station (good walk) and not far from casino and restaurant area. 😀 The location near the escalators was really good and handy as there are 1000s of steps Netflix on tv was bonus. Wi fi was decent too The key system was good and it was ok value if you dont intend staying in room too long.

The room was tiny. It was really tiny. The room was cold. Lack of towels was a shock, but there were 2. Not being able to flush toilet paper was a shock i didn't expect. The bed was uncomfortable and 2 poor pillows.

Terrible service. I got to the property late at night and there was no way to enter the property and reception didn’t answer the phone

I was left stranded in Monaco over night with my dog after a 10 hour drive from Spain.

Pleasant

The room is closer to the casino. And they answered my questions in this website and in the WhatsApp.

I could smell the mold as soon I open the room door - luckily letting the windows open solved the situation. The mold was not visible just the smell.
