Comfortable but things may be improved

The property was ‘value for money’.

Worst experience ever!

Location is good near to city center and suburban railway station.

Room No 13 which I was given was not at all what I had booked for. Note: I have attached room pics under various sections as booking.com allows only 1 photo per section. [1] I had booked for duplex single bed and had paid all of the amount in advance to confirm the reservation as well. [2] During check in I was given a room with 2 small beds, thats what I had booked for. [3] Room was not at all clean, there were MOSQUITOES and small COCKROACHES. [4] I saw the guy at the reception killing a cockroach as soon as he opened the door to show me room. [5] Bed was not all clean. [6] There was no cupboard to keep your clothes or luggage. I had stayed here previously but this time it was worst experience. I am seriously considering to never ever book this property again. FAB Express should regularly check the quality of their properties with the same alertness with which they constantly ask you to pay amount in advance to confirm booking.

We didn't stay there as our booking was cancelled by the hotel at the last moment without any reason or my consent. Hence, overall experience with the hotel is very bad 😞

이 호텔은 거짓말장이이고 사기꾼입니다.

이 호텔에서는 내 예약에 대해 예약이 취소되었다는 메일을 수십차례 보내고, 실제로 내가 호텔에 방문했을때 방이 없다며 입장을 거절했습니다. 이때 내 예약은 유효한 상태였습니다. 나는 다른 호텔을 구할 수 밖에 없었고, 리셉션에서는 무료 취소를 약속했으나 실제로 이 호텔은 무료취소를 거절했고, 모든 예약 금액을 취소 수수료로 가져갔습니다. 이 호텔은 사기꾼이므로 절대로 예약하지 마세요. 다시는 나와 같은 피해자가 없어야 합니다.

Le personnel. Ils étaient adorables mais ils ne pouvaient pas faire grand chose…

Je ne comprends pas les bonnes notes de cet hôtel. Ça sentait la moissisure très fort, le mobilier était vieux, mal entretenu, ça faisait sale, un serpent se baladait devant l’entrée de l’hôtel, ils avaient mal noté la somme due, nous avons mis une heure pour faire le check in à 1h du matin, nous sommes arrivés à chennai très tard, et nous avons fini par payer le double de ce qu’on devait payer pour avoir les chambres. Ils nous ont remboursé le lendemain mais cela n’a pas sauvé la situation. Je n’ai pas dormi dans cet hôtel, c’était impossible, j’ai pris un autre hôtel au milieu de la nuit, bref, une vraie horreur! Certes ce n’est pas cher mais ça vaut pas son argent, il vaut mieux dormir dehors. Je ne comprends pas les bonnes notes de cet hôtel, franchement…

Manque de respect des clients arrivant

Ils ont annulé la réservation car je n'ai pas payé d'avance et surtout en m'envoyant un lien pour réserver à nouveau en direct. De plus cette annulation à lieu alors que je quitte l'hôtel précédent à Mumbai donc sans connexion la journée pour trouver une solution. Heureusement un contact dans le pays a pu faire ce qu'il fallait

Oly the availability of water in the bath room was ample enough.

The reviews by others attracted me to this property which is located on a filthy road. Neither the residency has a restaurant nor the decent eateries are located nearby. The room (3) where I stayed did not have natural ventilation, except fan / AC. The toilet seat was broken, stained wash basin, malfunctioning of heath faucet, TV screen not clear, with lines in the centre of screen. The remotes battery had run down, not working. (though informed, the batteries were never replaced. ) No toiletries provided (got one dental kit when asked, after an hour's time) The residency has only a coffee maker at reception, which was charged even for complimentary breakfast. The breakfast is outsourced, cold and not tasty.. Overall it was a very bad stay.

Удобное расположение. Не далеко от набережной. Рядом хороший торговый центр. И не далеко Турецкое кафе. Легко и быстро заселили.

Немного пахло лемонграссом. Было шумно вечером. Люди ходили по коридорам и возле отеля и громко разговаривали. Иногда проезжали поезда, но не сильно шумно.

Decently good, specially safe for women.

Would never be booking this again

Nothing. Checked out within 3 hours. Had to book another hotel.

The location was near to marina beach however the lane was pretty dubious. Didn't feel safe at all. The room was very small. The bathroom was clean though.

Hotel was changed without notice. On arrival only they informed the location was changed to another hotel. Front desk staff are not supportive.
