Perfect one night stay

Friendly and polite staff, great atmosphere, lovely rooms in barn separate to main building, good choice of food in restaurant and all round general nice feel about the place.

Great little town, perfect ambiance to meet friands,

Overall pub setting and restaurant couldn't fault, staff very good, Food perfect.

The room was as expected comfortable with a few little extras, the only issue was high level cleaning around the velux to be addressed, the shower looking tired due to poor repairs. At 3am woken by a group conversation not in English which went on for a good hour.... Will be visiting again very soon. Went for breakfast at the recommended café around the corner....it was closed!

Rented out other rooms to a group and despite asking for music to be stopped, it continued past 2am. number provided by reception to contact if any issues was unobtainable. this in itself was a poor service. i would advise against this accommodation as it is not managed after hours.

On the high street, charming rooms with a very rustic look

Not convenient for working. No hooks or rails near the shower to hang a towel.No breakfast options (although a discount is offered at a nearby café).

Cracking place to stay.

Everything was great! Accommodation, food, cask ale & village!

it felt a bit strange having no window in our room. But we got used to it. Also, a few more coat hooks would have been good.

Everything is on your doorstep restaurants and stuff .

Being asked to quee too get a drink in the hotel we was paying to stay in . Thats not on at all

The staff were spot on!.. Very professional yet relaxed. The food was excellent! The venue unique and the accommodation was the icing on the cake!

It wasn’t that we didn’t like.. but it was slightly weird having a room on the ground floor facing the court yard whilst people was the other side of the door drinking, we was there for the purpose of the pub and surrounding a restaurants so it wasn’t a issue, the pub closed at 11 and there was no noise after that!

Would definitely stay at the Farm house again.

Located in the middle of an attractive high street with parking to the rear. A busy pub and restaurant separate to the artfully designed bedrooms , some of which have a fairly steep stairs but others at ground level. Giving me a quiet night. Ideally situated to explore North Kent.

The Wi-Fi was adequate but not high speed. The controls to the high windows could have been better signed and clearer . The licensing hours could have been longer. But maybe the staff think not.

Beautiful venue, fab staff but lack of a good nights sleep due to lack of soundproofing in the rooms

The restaurant was lovely, food was great, staff were fab and very helpful, room appeared very pleasant.

The TV in my room was smashed, couldn't watch it! Their was no sound proofing in the room, I was downstairs, the person above me showered at 5am and the noise was horrendous!! Any movement at all, shower or tap running in the rooms above and the noise level was terrible. No windows in my room either.... There was also some sort of light near the door which was on all night.

Lovely stay, we'd definitely come back

Lovely comfortable room with a super comfy bed. Loved the atmosphere of the bar and grounds. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We loved our stay and would definitely stay here again

No breakfast! Although you can get breakfast locally as the Farmhouse is on the main road. Rainfall shower! The shower was nice but I think disposable shower caps would have been helpful as a lady with long thick hair. I did improvise and made a turban from a carrier bag!

Great value for money in a central location

location was very central and the restaurant serves amazing food! the manager is very helpful and friendly

it can be a bit noisy outside at times as there is a restaurant right outside the accommodation. and you can also hear the creaking boards from the occupants in the top floor

Lovely location, and lovely meal, great service.

Unfortunately the radiator in the bathroom didn't switch off... And couldn't be fixed. Such a shame as we enjoyed the venue and had a lovely meal, but it was a small room and unfortunately very hot and claustrophobic... which made us feel ill. Would love to stay again but the radiator would need to be fixed!!

Disappointing

Clean and well presented room. Dinner in the upstairs restaurant.

Noisy until late, couldn't sleep until the garden had been cleared fully at around midnight. Woken early the next morning by noise from room above. Their floor/ our ceiling doesn't seem to be soundproofed at all so you can hear every movement.

Lovely stay

Great location, great staff, all very helpful and interested in ensuring our stay went well. Very comfy bed, quality coffee machine. No issues parking, car park at rear of the property, charges do apply during the day.

The only thing to be mindful of is that the rooms are part of a pub/restaurant so there is some noise but all quite after closing time. Not an issue for us.

Lovely meal in restaurant very bad nights sleep.

Good location, no breakfast available.

Noisy staff outside at the end of their shift kept us awake until 12.45 am. Bathroom had bad drain odour.
