Little Beaver Inn was perfect for our little getaway. We enjoyed the hot tub which was right outside of our room. We also had use of the firepit up at the lodge, which is just up the hill. Our room was comfortable and clean. It was less than a 5 minute walk to downtown which had a few restaurants and a bar, and there were tons of hikes with trailheads within walking distance.
No complaints!

Everything was amazing. I enjoyed the facilities thoroughly. I liked the local community too.
I liked everything. There is nothing that bothered me. I was pleasantly surprised.

The Little Beaver Inn, by virtue of being connected to The Outlook Lodge offers amenities like a full kitchen and a living room with a fireplace in a totally beautiful setting. There is also a hot tub, an outdoor fire pit, etc. We loved the range of comfort and possibilities of spending time enjoying the facilities, to the extent that when we arrived we decided to take it easy and just hang out - that really feels like a vacation. The surroundings are beautiful and could imagine staying here much longer. Also, as architects, we really appreciated the design of the room which felt so contemporary and cozy. Lastly, we loved the guidebook and the Malin + Goetz toiletries. The most chic hotel on our trip, definitely!
The only problem we had was at night with the in wall HVAC unit. It was very loud and woke me up a few times over the course of the night. We couldn’t turn it off because it was otherwise a very cold night. Didn’t get great sleep.

This was our second stay at Little Beaver Inn. We love just about everything about it! The location is wonderful, the rooms are very clean and the staff are super friendly.
The only thing I can think that would make it better are larger ice buckets.

We loved the location and the staff and the atmosphere
The light bulb exploded over the shower while showering but that was quickly taken care of and felt as if the staff truly cared that I was not hurt. Terry was the kindest most thoughtful woman that helped us through our stay. The only complaint that we had was that the walls were very thin and we could hear our neighbors in room 10 very very clearly and I’m sure Vice a versa.

Quiet location with food/drink just a block away. We'd definitely stay again!

property was very private - room was comfortable. great location.
we loved everything. one note would be there is no cell service and when you check in to your room you will need the code so if you don’t have service you won’t be able to open email. make sure you save your room code before coming!

Awesome place to stay. Beautiful view! The little extras in the room and available at the facility were great. Green Mountain Falls is a perfect place for a couple's getaway. Loved eating at The Pantry. Would definitely recommend a stop there to eat & a stay at The Little Beaver Inn.

wonderful location in a small mountain town. close to everything we wanted to do. restaurants in walking distance. geese and deer walk by every morning, nice views, quiet at night, shopping in the next town (about 4 miles away).
wish we would have known in advance that there was not daily cleaning of the room. we weren’t sure if they missed our room or if it was simply their policy not to clean them every day. no indication on the website or in the communication received prior to arrival.

Quiet room, adequate size for sleeping quarters which was all we needed. Free laundry, bring detergent etc.
Mattress could have been a little better? There was only 1 chair, so one of us always has to sit on the bed.

the property was beautiful, clean and very comfortable. Location was also a great spot.
loved that there was a washer and dryer free of charge. A nice touch would have been laundry detergent on-site to purchase rather than having to go out to store. other than that the place was perfect so I hate to even complain about that.

Location is awesome. Beautiful and relaxing surroundings. We had a good time.
We stay for a very short time, but we enjoyed the trails. We had a great breakfast at the small town next to the main building, The Outlook. We also travel around to Canon City and Royal Gorge Bridge & Park.

good location, nice common room, kitchen, and back yard.
Our room is connected with the next room with a door, the insulation was bad, we got waked up at 5 am by people staying next door.

It was very clean, the staff was very accommodating, The hot tub was amazing! Conveniently located to near by attractions. The local deer visited the yard daily and we enjoyed watching them. Hope we can get back there soon.
Not a thing. We really enjoyed our stay.

We stayed in #8 (upper deck) and #10 (lower deck). Rooms clean, beds comfy, nice coffee (Wolfgang Puck) Strong though, nice big showers, shower gel was awesome smelling, some deer (4) grazed though in the evening and Jennifer was great!
There is a road directly in front; however, there was minimal traffic.

It was clean, esthetic, modern, comfortable, inviting. We were very comfortable, our room was small but perfectly organized. I was pleasantly surprised that there were were upscale toiletries available that I normally use. This Inn is located within tiny community and it has a charm for people who want to be away from usual tourist crowd but still close enough to everything. There are few trails right outside the Inn. You will see family of deer casually grazing next to you sipping wine on your front porch.

Once we managed to actually get into the room, we enjoyed our stay. The jacuzzi was definitely a treat after a hike.
The hotel is in an area with no reception. There was no way for us to check-in when we got there and we ended up spending almost two hours in town before we found out what the system was. The staff insists that we should have gotten information on how to check-in, but we never did. It was an extremely frustrating experience to arrive late in the evening, tired after a day's journey and have no cell service to get in touch with the staff who we assumed would be on the premises. We ended up at the local pub and talking with the locals we managed to find out that there are lockers with the keys at the hotel next door.
