I think the beds were made & towels delivered but the place was not cleaned after the last guests left. Dirty towels hanging on the wall, dishes with BLACK MOLD in the dishwasher, furniture & lamps aschew, dirty floors, fan didn't work, tv remote didn't work just to highlight the worst of it. Will never rent through Brindley Beach again.

Vacationers Beware!
Outdated and dirty house. The beach was lovely, horses magnificent. The house was filthy with clogged drains, brown water which stained several items of clothing and shoes, filthy, unclean floors and dishes. There were bugs everywhere and lights that were shorting out as well as dirty windows with cobwebs. After obtaining access to the beach house, it was disgustingly dirty with used, wet linen from I assume the previous renters left behind.
I urge anyone interested in renting this house from Brindley to run the other direction. Refer to BBB rating, terrible reviews.

Good location, but needs some TLC
Pros: Location and view is lovely, Perfect size for a smaller group, great layout, has alot of charm
Cons: the house needs some TLC, a bit run down and in need of a deep clean, 3/4 of the mattresses are not great, exterior needs to be addressed.
We love that it’s a bit rustic and more of a classic OBX experience. With a little bit of work, this place could be a gem.

Perfect house, perfect location
This is not the first time we have been to this house. One of the few that is not MONSTROUS in size, allows me and my wife (and 2 kids and dog) more than enough room, but still very quaint !!
