Нам дуже сподобалося. Це новий готель біля моря.Приємне обслуговування та чудовий краєвид з номеру. Дівчата дуже допомагали, даючи інструкції.Їжа смачна, і шеф-кухар Хуліано дуже допоміг.Чудове місце для сімей з дітьми

басейн переповнений.пляж може бути кращим.насправді не 5 зірок, але він процвітає.

gutes Hotel in der Region

Gutes Hotel und tolles Personal im Restaurant, besonders danke an Xhulian, der auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen ist. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Die Sonnenliegen am Pool waren ein toller Platz, aber Achtung, es könnte rutschig sein.Es waren auch andere Deutsche da, sodass man sich dort unterhalten konnte.

Schade, dass niemand Deutsch sprach, aber das haben wir verkraftet. Es ist nicht wirklich 5 Sterne, aber es ist ein solides 4 Sterne.

Personalen på golvet var vänliga och gjorde så gott de kunde i en stressig miljö Allt mycket välstädat och välskött, Maten ok, frukosten var bäst och mycket trevligt med eftermiddags fika. Väldigt bra anpassat för barnfamiljer med mindre barn på så sätt kan det varmt rekommenderas. Jätte trevligt med underhållning på kvällarna samt underhållning för de små barnen med clown och Elsa under helgen. Mycket välfungerande aircondition! Systemet på stranden med solstol och parasol fungerade mycket bra

Motsvarar inte fem stjärnor. Spaet, luktade fukt och mögel. Det var extremt halt runt poolen ,många som ramlade. Receptionisterna gjorde så gott den kunde men för att vara en fem stjärnigt hotell kan man förvänta sig att de pratar i alla fall bra engelska, det var bara en som pratade ok engelska, svårt att få bra kontakt med de, kan bero på språkförbistringar , svårt att säga Någon som verkade vara manager eller ngt gick förbi en utan att hälsa, helt ok om man nu inte vill det men kom man efter honom när man skulle ut genom en dörr så höll han inte upp dörren till nästkommande och man fick dörren mitt i näsa om man inte aktade sig .Gästerna kan inte behandlas som luft om man vill ha betalande gäster Svårt att få plats vid poolen då folk la sina handdukar kvällen innan eller tidigt på morgonen och paxade platser som de sen utnyttjade förrän på em. All inclusiv rekommenderas inte då läsken var avslagen och togs från pumpar , alla barn sprang och tog därifrån och det kändes ofräscht Rökning runt poolen var inte heller så fräscht. Ingen miljö tänk alls ,all dricka drack ur plastmuggar.

Hotel mjaft i mire.Na kishim nji dhome ne kat te nalte dhe ishtebukur pamja.Na darke kishte muzike e disponim.Stafi ne bufe mjaft i sjellshem.

We liked the stay and were overall happy with the hotel choice. The smell and indoor spa were a small downside though.

The room was cosy and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was big and with many different foods. The hotel pool area is kept very cleanly and is tended exceptional nicely. The sauna in the spa was kept well.

The bathroom had a bad smell, possibly like mold. The shower areas in the spa were unhygienic in some areas: a wooden door frame that was rotting up to 1/3 of its height and there was mold in some places.

Exceptional.. I would highly recommed for a nice relaxed beach holiday.

The bedroom was great size, clean and bed was comfy. Amazing view of the sea. Breakfast was good. Resturant food very good. The reception staff were very nice, friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much for them. The Housekeeping staff were excellent too. Room was always kept clean with clean towels etc and water given daily and again any issues were dealt with no problems. I dont think there was a time day or night when multiple people were not cleaning.. I even saw the Housekeeping manager cleaning too. One of, if not the best hotel stays i've had.

A very good experience

The staff were excellent and made me feel welcome. I'd like to single out a few names that I could remember. Antoneta, the receptionist who welcomed me was very friendly and helpful as well as Enxhi who also worked on reception. The staff in the restaurant were also very polite too and very attentive in particular Qamil. All the cleaners were very nice too so I had a great time there. The sea view from the room was excellent as I was on the fifth floor and the room had a fridge and an iron as well.

Only thing I can think of was maybe more hangers needed in the rooms but, I received more hangers when I asked for them in any case.

The food is extremely tasty, the desserts are realy excellent! Hotel, staff, rooms, cleanliness at a high level.

The only thing that's annoying is the really LOUD music
