総合的にとても使いやすく快適な宿でした！

駅から程よく近く、駅前にスーパーもあるため、買い出しなどにも便利でした。宿前の道も車もあまり通らず広い道で人通りもあるため、安心して子供と歩けました。宿は清潔で、冷蔵庫や食器、タオルやお風呂の椅子など一通り滞在に必要なものがあり快適に過ごせました。欲を言うならば、複数で連泊するとバスタオルや洗濯ものを乾かす場所が少ないので、折り畳みの室内干しを用意してもらえるととても助かります。

マンション入り口が少し分かりづらいので要注意です。畳みに布団を敷いて子どもと寝ましたが、小さく薄い布団なので男性は少し物足りないかもしれません。テーブルが少しベタついていたのと、上階の音や廊下の音などが少し気になりました。あと、なぜかテレビの音が出ず、TVに詳しい連れがいろいろ設定も試しましたがダメでした。YouTubeだと音が出たのでYouTubeばかりみていましたが、皆でテレビがみたかったなと残念でした。

Pleasant

The room was clean and had the amenities listed. 6 minute walk to subway line. Restaurants and groceries easily available. It was quiet. Emailed owner with question, got instant response. Fine for six nights.

The reservation said two sofa beds and a double bed, it was actually a double bed, a sofa bed and a futon bed. No butter knife.

Cozy, great location, more pros than cons. Would stay again

Quiet, near train station, accommodating to early check in and cozy.

Trash bags size, no body lotion, no drying rack for clothes and no black out curtains.

Good for 2 people and a short stay

Truly live among the locals , lots of good eats around , close to the station , quite .

Small apartment good for 2 people but outfitted for 6 , the pullout beds/ sofas are as uncomfortable as it gets , the folding partition for the kitchen area is a waste of space and not really practical .

Very good quality overall with perfect communication possibilities for a VERY god price!

Very good location, just 2 min from Tokyo Metro, 20 min from Haneda airport. Close to a little park and many small restaurants around. For two people perfect, for three very good but for four people quite small but it was fine for a few nights. Quiet aircondition.

The extra bed was quite difficult to set and sleep comfortably on.

Excellent price-performance.

Location is a short walk from the train. Family Mart, 7-Eleven, and Lawson are all short distance away.

Toilet smelled a bit after using the auto-air dryer.

This was a great place to stay - clean and well furnished for an 11 day stay.

The hotel was just a short walk to the train station. There was a convenient 7-11 just a block away. There were many stores within walking distance, such as a grocery store, McDonald's, Pizza Hut, a drug store, and many Japanese food places. We had no problems getting the lobby and room code. The room had a small refrigerator, microwave, kitchen area with plates/bowls/utensils, a rice cooker, a kettle, a washer, and a TV with remote.

The room was a bit smaller than what the pictures suggested, but it was otherwise fine.

Nice quiet environment with nice park nearby to have relaxing walk after dinner.

No Breakfast provided but 2 cafe nearby with nice BF set. Location of the property was only 2 mins walk from the main train station.

Good Stay, But hardly any space due to too many furnitures, had to rearrange.

They have all the facilities, despite the kitchen was hidden behind the closed door. It is a studio apartment, hence the kitchen is very near to the bed, if I do cooking, then the whole room is going to smell, including the bed too. It was easy to check-in as the key given by the owner/landlord via chat booking app. It is very near to the station too. The unit has balcony to dry clothes, as well as the bathroom can use to dry clothes too.

The room has too many things, hardly any space. Tables, sofas, dining table and chairs, the bed... it's too close to each other. It was hard to open our luggage, we had to make space in order to open our 2 luggage. Re-arrange the setting of the sofa and tables. When we check-out, we re-arrange the furnitures back to it's original place.

Reasonable price and good location.

Apartment was reasonable size, in a quiet area which was great at night, i was in the studio apartment which could fit 4 people as it had a double bed, a sofa and a single bed. The kitchen had everything you need from stove, to cutlery. Bathroom was a bit small just a showeroom but servicable. washing machine was great, however to dry the clothes there was a clothes line you will have to pull out in the middle of the living area not the easiest to spot but does the job and may hinder some people when getting in and out of bed. Location wise close to the station which is on a key line that is very close to Haneda airport, while also being easy to access the main areaes in Tokyo.

Nothing in particular as everything was as exepected.

We enjoyed Heiwajima Inn and would like to stay there again when we return to Tokyo, Japan.

Location was convenient to Heiwajima Train Station. Property was perfect for our group size and it had the conveniences of home (kitchenette and washer/dryer).

A later 12:00-1:00 checkout time would have been nice!

Enough futons and blankets for a family of 6.

Didn't have knives. Had to buy a butter knife. Few more utensils in the kitchen would be helpful.

The location was amazing, 3 minutes from the station. Quite sizeable for Tokyo.

You can hear everything from the upstairs neighbours.

Smelly and unwelcoming hallway

Room was spacious

The hallway stinks of an oily/dirty kitchen, seems like the air outlet for restaurant next door is directly connected to the hallway. It was als very nauseous smell to be welcomed with. Water pressure of the bathroom sink is very low and the refrigerator zooms very loudly. For latter two points host offered to send someone to look at it; communication about this is very unclear and apparently host expected me to stay at the appartment all day to wait for maintenance for their property while I was on vacation. When I did not catch on and missed the staff, host asked me what to do now. The whole situation seems very unprofessional to me.

Great stay

We love the location near to station and complete kitchen utilities especially when we really needed as muslim to cook ourselves. There is supermarket nearby station and we buy groceries everyday there. The space just nice for us 8 people. The house also clean and neat. the best part of our experience staying here is to enter the house is very easy because it is keyless only using pass code. Overall this place is recommended for people in large group.

Superb

Great location, nice neighborhood with excellent public transit and decent options for eating. Spacious room with well-equipped kitchen. Clean, modern and well-equipped bathroom.

Hard and tiny sofa. No view whatsoever (ground floor with frosted windows). Steep and narrow ramp for wheelchairs/strollers (just 1 meter long however).

Compact, clean and comfortable apartment with all the basic neccessities for a short stay.

The apartment was clean, comfortable and well laid out.

The wasn’t any table knife or paring knife. (There was a large kitchen/chopper knife but nothing smaller for cutting or peeling fruit, spreading butter, etc.)
