Passable

Grass wasn’t cut & dirty outside. The townhome they provided us it’s corner of very close to highways, couldn’t sleep due to noise of all these vehicles.

Not worth the money

Honesty I didn’t like nothing about this property not even close to the beach the address they originally sent me was 9 minutes drive from where I stayed

This was the worst property I ever stayed nothing worked properly and all furniture was cheap and uncomfortable. The sofa bed was broken we were not able to used it. I took pictures all all broken stuff in the entire apartment because they take $500 from you when they don’t have the proper furniture for a rental property. We were so far from the water not as shown in the add. I complained about some other stuff like the bbq that supposed to be in the apartment and the pillows were horrible and flat, the mattress cheap and super uncomfortable the only answers I go was that booking.com does false advertising. They take no responsibility. I do not recommend This place and for the amount of money they charge you you expect a better experience. This place is not worth 1/2 of the money I paid. I had better experiences in a much lower rentals. The grass looked like it was never cut no proper maintenance.

Poor quality with misleading pictures. I don’t recommend it at all. Not worth it.

They gave me a different property than showing on their main page. Make sure you will get the same house you are paying for. Very noisy right at the high way. The chairs has broken legs, I was about to fall down on the floor after sitting on those chairs. You can not use the couch for sleeping because it is broken too. New building but with very poor finishing from inside. Dose not have any lake view. I was very disappointed to receive such house after driving 9 hours.

Poor

Able to cook home food meals.

There is no place to dispose of garbage. The Kenora disposal area was closed. The owner charges $15.00 for each bag of garbage you leave in the unit. So we end up driving around to dispose of garbage. We were not notified to bring our own toilet paper because whatever was left on the toilet paper holder, that's all you can get. The bathtub was disgustingly dirty. We don't take tub baths. But we have to step in the tub to take a shower. So, before anyone took a shower, I had to clean it up first. None of my kids wanted to step into the tub. Lastly, the towel rack in the bathroom also keeps falling. It is very loose. I have to take pictures of the tub and the towel rack before we use the bathroom just to make sure we won't be charged for damages. Under the couch are some litters too. The floors are very crummy.

Beautiful views but tainted by a sub-par cleaning job of the unit.

Near the beach which was very beautiful. Stunning during sunset - lake views. Bed was comfortable. Kitchen was good.

The unit was not clean. The patio and patio furniture was absolutely filthy with cobwebs, spiders, dirt and possibly mouse droppings. The carpet in the unit was very dirty, noticeably so. The bathroom had a half uninstalled soap dispenser in the shower covered in pink mold. The coffee table was dirty. Sadly I did not enjoy my stay or feel comfortable as a result. When I reported this and sent photos, all that was said was (slightly paraphrased) "Sorry, thank you and we will let the cleaners know". Customer service not on par. Also - the hallway outside the unit smelled like cat litter.

will charge you the 500$ deposit, then accuse you stealing toilet brushes and cooking pans to take from you more than the deposit

not too happy about it but it was a nice little spot

great location and great building. the building it’s self was clean, not so much for the unit

The bedroom smelled like cigarettes and it wasn’t that clean. we had issues with the tv and I don’t know if anyone came up to our unit as requested to look at it

Do not rent through this company

Cleaning lady came into apartment uninvited and nearly gave my wife a heart attack. We asked her to leave and she wouldn. Very unprofessional and was not cheep with many hidden fees

The dirtiest place I have ever stayed at

The view was stunning and the location was great

The place was so dirty I found a blood stain on the sheets, and the garbages and drawers were full with other peoples trash. It was double the price that was advertised because of the cleaning fee, so many hidden fees ended up paying about $300 for a night and a $200 security deposit for one night, and Customer service was very rude on the phone. The view was stunning but I wouldn’t go to this place unless it was your last resort you WILL regret it.

I really love the view, like to believe I got the best my balcony and bedroom was facing the ocean hahaha the water , was just a breath taken

Nice location, clean but some problems

Nice location close to QEW and lake. Lobby, underground parking , and apartment was clean. Nice view of lake even though it was technically a city view. Rooms were good size and kitchen decently stocked, only issue was that there was only 1 drinking glass in whole apartment. Comfortable bed and lots of bedding and bath towels. Bathroom well stocked with soap and extra toiletries.

Had problem with wifi, instructions were very poor, told to reset modem, which we couldn’t find, had to call head office to find out modem was in a closet behind a grate, should have been made clear, had to send pictures to head office because they didn’t believe me when I said modem wasn’t on the wall. Customer service was very polite and tried to help but it was very frustrating and time consuming. Also “free” Netflix in ad but it didn’t work. Had to send picture of ID in a selfie in order to get check in instructions, this should be made clear in ad before booking.

Missing some kitchen implements such as corkscrew, baking pan/s, salt A bit noisy at night as sound carries from the neighbouring balconies Lots of smokers in the building despite it not being allowed Also unit is dog friendly but their is a charge is $10/day for the dog. Also if you are allergic, you will have a flare up (my dog is non-allergic type)

Terrible customer service, then got ripped off to pay a fee as I was there early. Total rip off and would never reco this company ever again
