Both villas boast direct sea views, each with their own private swimming pool, plenty of outdoor sitting areas to enjoy your meals, coffee, drinks or cocktails, a garden, and limited use of a jacuzzi, both positioned side by side! Combining the indoor and outdoor spaces of the 2 villas, Villa Elena and Villa Artemis, will leave you with a superb, large, comfortable and very large accommodation facility, where a group of up to 11 guests can sit back and enjoy the best of Cycladic summer living, in true style. A detailed description of the spaces for both villas is included below:

The indoor and outdoor spaces of Villa Elena.

Both outdoor and indoor spaces have been designed with the purpose of creating a relaxing abode, completely immersed in the surrounding Cycladean landscape.

The view towards the sea from both indoors and outdoors is soothing. The living room has 2 single built sofas which also serve as comfortable beds at night, a couple of coffee tables, a dining area for 4, a flat-screen TV, as well as lovely views towards the garden and sea. The open plan kitchen offers all modern amenities including a ceramic stove and large fridge. The bedrooms includes a small flat-screen TV and have been designed as a minimal and relaxing space, looking out towards the garden. The bathroom boasts a powerful shower.

The outdoor spaces will leave you spoiled for choice!

The views towards the sea are breathtaking from the jacuzzi, the swimming pool area, and most of the abundant sitting areas offered around the house: a large dining area with a table for up to 12 people and another area with lounge chairs, ideal for enjoying your coffee, sipping a cocktail, some wine or drinks throughout the day. Six beach reclining chairs are spread around the pool, and a most beloved space is the shaded hammock area, ideal for relaxing, reading a book or staring towards the deep blue sea.

The outdoor area of Villa Elena will be cleaned daily free of charge for you, so you can simply sit back and enjoy your time here.

The indoor and outdoor spaces of Villa Artemis.

Tastefully interior and exterior designed Villa Artemis combines comfortable living with the fusion of modern yet also traditional local elements. The aim was to create a peaceful indoor space which blends serenely with the unique Cycladic landscape that defines Paros, especially the colours of the earth, rocks, sky and sea.

The living room includes a large sofa-bed which can also serve as an extra bed for a 5th guest , a coffee table, a 40'' flat-screen TV, a small stereo, and fuses with the open plan kitchen and large dining area. One bedroom boasts a double bed, the second bedroom 2 single beds (if needed they can be set up as a double bes upon request). Both are minimally interior-designed utilising soft colours and shades to create a simply relaxing atmosphere, and both include small flat-screen TV's. There is one large bathroom with a shower.

The outdoor space is equally charming, boasting a large garden, a private swimming pool and jacuzzi, a dining area and plenty of sitting areas to choose from, all looking towards the sea and the island of Naxos.

You could enjoy your breakfast, lunch or dinner, coffee, sipping cocktails or drinks in any of the comfy sitting areas your heart desires and simply make the most of the lovely views towards the sea.

The outdoor area of Villa Artemis will be cleaned daily free of charge for you so you can simply sit back and enjoy your time here.

Guests will have complete and exclusive access to all areas of the Villa ‘Elena’ and Villa 'Artemis', the large patios, the 2 gardens and the 2 pools during their stay. You can choose to relax indoors in the living room or on the lush large backyard, at any time.

Within the property there are 4 independent villas, 3 on the ground floor and 1 on the first floor. Each villa has its own private pool and outdoor Jacuzzi.
This listing is the combination of two adjacent ground villas.
The only shared area is the BBQ area (shared with the guests of the other two villas found in the property).

Other things to note
- A Sustainability Tax of 3€/night (1.5€/night/villa) is needed upon check-in in cash (Greek Law)
- The use of the Jacuzzi is limited. It will be available for use, free of charge, 1 day throughout a 3day stay. The jacuzzi can be used daily at an extra cost.
- The villa has been refurbished and interior designed with care utilising the finest materials. We expect you to respect the villa accordingly. Any damages will incur the relevant charges. In case these are not covered by the deposit held by VRBO, any additional charges will be claimed.

Additional Rules:
- Summer quiet hours (Apr.1-Sep30): 3PM-5.30PM & 11PM-7AM (Greek State Law)
- Winter quiet hours (Oct.1-Mar.31): 3.30PM-5.30PM & 10PM-7.30AM (Greek State Law)
- Valid ID is needed for check-in
- Guest must sign rental agreement, based on Greek taxation laws
- Location on map is correct, but hard to find the first time as maps do not always show the small street. That is why we meet guests to check them in.
- Hot water is with solar system. In case of clouds we explain how to turn on electric water heater.
- All house rules must be followed (eg, house manual, taking out trash, pool rules, etc) in order to ensure a wonderful stay for your holidays. Available after booking & upon villa orientation. If not followed and a technician is needed fees will apply.
- We expect you to respect the villa accordingly. Any damages will incur the relevant charges.
- The house is on a Greek Island, do not expect amenities of Urban Cities, eg Wi-Fi speed, water pressure etc.
