Overall, loved it and would recommend!

I liked the privacy and the security of the apartment. It was very spacious and loved having an ensuite. The location was excellent.

I would request a drape in the kitchen / dining area to keep the sun / heat out, as this was the only room with no aircon. Also the fly screen to the front verandah had been removed and not replaced, therefore could not keep the door open during the night for some fresh air.

The property was convenient, very clean and spacious.

Although the flat is not advertised specifically for the disabled, (it states it is handicap accessible) there are a number of features that could be added to assist those with limited mobility: 1) Grab handles in the shower 2) Grab handles in bathroom next to toilet Also, as per other client comments, a small table and 2 chairs for the balcony would be a nice touch. Air conditioning would be appreciated in the lounge area.

We had a lovely holiday here and particularly enjoyed the clean and spacious feel. Recommended.

Geoffrey is a great host and easy to contact. The apartment is very modern, spacious and with a well stocked kitchen. There is a large dining table with comfortable chairs for shared meals and playing games in the evening with a beer or glass of wine. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance, a handy little grocery shop and lovely walks across the cliff tops.

The main shower is off the ensuite so we ended up queing with the people at the back getting cold water. There isn't really a sea view and not enough space on the balconies to relax outside.

Inviting, spacious and welcoming.

Beautiful apartment next to public transport. Everything was pristine and the place was well appointed. Easy check in and out and communication with our host was very good. A great choice in Xlendi!

Spacious, Clean and great location

Large apartment, very clean and well furnished. The kitchen is great and allows for easy cooking of any dish you might like, there's also a Hoven for cakes, really nice. The owner is very friendly, I certainly recommend this place and if my usual apartment wont be available next year (We came to Gozo every year.) I will try to book this one :)

There's always something that can be improved, isn't that? If I've to be picky, then the bed ( or perhaps the mattress ) might need some upgrades in the main room, it's a bit too hard for my back. What else, not much, was all great :)

An exceptional property...modern, comfortable, well equipped. Excellent host. Couldn't ask for more.

Simply superb....great location and very close to sea and restaurants. Highly equipped with modern furnishings, spacious and clean. Host was really welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Couldn't have asked for a better accommodation. Would definitely return.

The only room which wasn't equipped with an a/c was the kitchen and it was quite hot, especially in the afternoon. The door had not net, so avoided opening up. Pity for that. There is plenty of parking space close by but sometimes can be a nightmare, especially during the weekends since the area is quite busy.

The apartment was clean and well equipped which contributed to a lovely holiday.

The location was good. Xlendi is a pretty bay and easily accessible. We discovered Sanap Cliffs in Munxar which is a beautiful spot to visit. Munxar is the village next to Xlendi.

The parking sometimes was a bit struggling to find. However, we always succeeded to find one which was quite near the apartment.

The flat was incredibly spacious and very comfortable to stay in for a few days! Everything is easy to manage too.

The only thing I can say is that we didn't have a sea-view from our room, but it didn't hamper our enjoyment in any manner.

An excellent base worth revisiting.

Location is amazing: very quiet at night yet only metres from everything. Air-conditioning in bedrooms was very welcome and quiet. A big airy space with nice, high ceilings; modern and well-finished throughout, including the kitchen appliances. Access for disabled is very good: ramp into building, lift to every floor, and wide corridors. Lift buttons also at low height. Space to pull in and unload baggage before parking at the nearby free car park. Some on street parking occasionally available.

Comfy seating was limited for evenings inside: just one sofa with seating for three, but not a major issue.

Very nice

We stayed in this apartment for a week. Highly finished, large apartment with nice bathrooms, air conditioned rooms and its few meters away from the promenade.

Improvement - To have better kitchen knifes, utility's to have the possibility to wash clean the floor. Washing machine spin not efficient, hard mattress need extra pillows.
