We enjoy are stay. Great place for family vacations. We enjoyed the ease of access to the beach and pool and the views. We saw dolphins from the balcony in the morning and the sunsets in the evening are spectacularl!

This was our second time staying at this property. The condo is in a perfect location, just steps from the beach. Close enough to hear the waves crashing and to watch the dolphins swimming by. The views are spectacular. Definitely recommend this gem on the gulf. Look forward to coming back.

The view is the amazing thing about this property. Sunsets are beautiful seen from the condo, deck or close to the ocean. The heated pool and spa are great. The ocean is close by for morning walks. The condo was well furnished and clean. The kitchen was well stocked so we could make our own meals. There were soaps in the kitchen and bathrooms, and other amenities that we were grateful for. The dining table was perfect for playing games. We were grateful for the washer and dryer inside the unit. The weather was not perfect while we were here, but we had all we needed inside the condo. There is some construction going on but hopefully that will soon be done. We would love to come back when the weather is warmer.

My whole crew loved the comfort, convenience, and spaciousness of the condo. We thought it was beautifully decorated and we felt right at home. The views were beyond amazing. The beach was gorgeous white sand and never crowded. We didn’t want to leave. They made sure we had all the info we needed and the comforts of home. Def recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! The ocean view was beautiful and the access to the beach and pool were fantastic. The condo was extremely clean and well kept. Also, we loved the beach floats, chairs, etc that the owners had stored in the garage area. There are plenty of amazing restaurants nearby as well.

Large and spacious, beautifully decorated. Super clean and stunning. Had everything we needed but our food and drinks. Salt water pool and hot tub were awesome with covered area and grills. Ocean views were stunning. Bird sanctuary next door was a bonus for us. Already planning our next visit to this exact unit. ❤️

This condo was very clean and nicely decorated. When you opened the door into the unit ,that clean smell hit you right then. This condo has everthing you would need pots, pans, washer, dryer. It even had a separate closet in the parking area with beach chairs,umbrella, floats, etc. I promise you will not be disappointed in this unit. We will definitely be back.

A great property with everything you will need. We have rented many beach houses in the past and many had mediocre towels and beach chairs- this property has quality supplies for you to use- we definitely plan on staying again. Beautiful and quiet location.

We loved this condo! Views were incredible. Had everything we needed. Marked lower scores with checkin process. Building is under construction and parking is challenging. Tried to reach out to property management and response was not fast. We had a long day of travel and wanted to unwind. We made up our own parking spot and hoped for the best. Property manager responded next morning with vague parking instructions. We had to make due. That was the only complaint. Everything else was excellent. Would definitely like to return.

Loved the views directly to the ocean from the condo and the balcony. Had a couple issues with items and the management company was quick to get them resolved. Found the family room furniture a bit uncomfortable to sit in for our personal taste.

I loved this property. As a 46 year old peace and tranquility is most valuable. I loved everything about this condo. I loved the view, the white soft sands, and the HOT TUB even more to relax to at night. Would definitely highly recommend and I am sure I will be returning.

This has been our third stay at the San Remo. Great beach and pool. Our condo was clean and comfortable with a great gulf view. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the porch watching the dolphins. Again the condo was great. A couple of things to keep in mind: 1. There is major construction going on for the next 10-12 months. There will be some noise and some inconveniences. 2. The unit could use some newer TVs (smart tv) if you want to view streaming. 3. If driving, bring you own beach chairs and umbrella/shade cover. 4. Regular coffee pot, no pods. With all of that being said, we would not hesitate to stay there again.

We stayed at San Remo for two weeks. The booking process was easy. While the outside of the building a bit dated, the inside of the Apt is bright and very clean. The apartment is well stocked and is in a great location. There are many restaurants an easy drive away. The pool and beach were great.

this was a great property in a good location -- the pool was nice and it was a little bit quieter than the crowds near St. John's Pass. The mattress in the master bedroom could use an update but we would absolutely without question stay here again. It was a wonderfulo week with great views.

My teenage daughters and I had a wonderful time in this condo! It was very comfortable, had plenty of space, was spotlessly clean, and had everything we needed! I had a bit of a learning curve with the building door code, as it is mechanical rather than electronic, so you have to be more forceful with it than you are perhaps used to. Once we figured that out though, we had no trouble at all. Would absolutely stay here again!

What a great condo. Clean, well stocked and absolutely beautiful views! The beaches here were cleaner and less crowded than 5 miles south. The sand is like sugar and beautiful. The local (walk in 5 minutes) restaurants were great and we took the trolley to the busier areas for other options. It was quite convenient to have the trolley stop right front.

The Gulf view could hardly be more ideal. Unit was clean, spacious and very nice overall. I was disappointed that the pool was being repaired when I was there, and was thus not accessible. Also, the refrigerator icemaker did not work. But if I knew that the pool was repaired and open, I would stay here again. Thank you.

It was a very nice place. We did have some calls to the property manager saying we were partying and throwing cigarette butts from the balcony. Neither of us smoke and we are in our 40’s, very much not the wild, partying type. We didn’t appreciate that part, but Bruce was apologetic and handled it with efficiency.

Our stay was cut short, but the short time were there we enjoyed a beautiful view and plenty of space. The condo included lots of extra amenities which were nice. Would like to try to stay again.

We really enjoyed staying at this beautiful condo with an awesome beach view! The sunsets from the balcony were gorgeous! The master bed was very comfortable. The whole condo was nicely decorated and very comfortable, well equipped and inviting. My adult children shared the second bedroom and sofa bed. They said their beds were not very comfortable (probably ok for young children though). I would definitely recommend this rental and would most certainly return if we visited the area again!

Condo was awesome! Views, pool and beach access were so convenient and nice! There were lots of beach and pool toys for our 2 year old to play with. There’s a nice playground about a block away we walked to quite a bit with our 2 year old. We had a wonderful time relaxing at the pool and beach. Not too crowded or loud either for a holiday weekend.

We had a fabulous time! The pictures reflect the property perfectly. The condo was clean and lovely with everything we needed to feel at home. The kitchen was well equipped and there were beach chairs, floaties and towels for all! Having the pool and ocean right on property made it so easy to go back and forth. My only complaint was that the wifi was super weak. But we can’t wait to come back!
