About this apartment rental
Very convenient ski-in/ski-out contemporary condo right in the village. Open concept, one bedroom next to the SuperQuad with great mountain views. Complete kitchen with full size appliances.
Sleeps 4, full-size bed in bedroom and modern modular sofa that converts into two singles or can be combined to make a queen/king. Washer/dryer in unit.
D'Ellis, the best breakfast and lunch cafe on the resort is located downstairs, as is the new Birckyard Hollow for apres or dinner. Enjoy both of these options without leaving the building. Close to all village shopping, amenities, restaurants and ski lifts. There is a free shuttle to other establishments around the resort such as The Rack BBQ and the Outdoor Center.
No Smoking, no pets
Please note. With the convenience of this unit comes the sights and sounds of resort village living. The unit has been sound proofed but it is located above the restaurant kitchen and with that comes the white noise of restaurant fans during the day. They are turned off in the evening; the restaurant is not busy late.

Warren gets 5 stars from us. Very responsive and professional. Super cool neighbors who were happy to host us for happy hour. The star of the show is the location. You’re about 30 paces away from clipping in and zipping up SuperQuad. There is no Wi-Fi, and connecting to the Sugarloaf resort Wi-Fi does not work. Really no biggie between all the fun stuff to do in the village and how wiped you will be from a day of skiing, but worth noting. The LTE is very fast, so the one movie we watched we used my hotspot to connect. I would come again in a heartbeat and want to thank Warren for having us. I can’t describe just how magical it is keeping an eye on the mountain from the comfort of your living room.

The condo was located in an ideal location. We parked the car and never used it all weekend. The SuperQuad was a short, convenient walk away. Morning coffee, lodge, comp center and dining/shops were right there! The condo was comfy, cozy and perfect!

Great location, and overall a great time. would recommend a blind on the window above the couch and darker blackout shades in the bedroom, but besides that we had a great experience

We love ski in ski out properties, and this is the best on yet! Its just steps away from SuperQuad. The kids (okay, and adults too) were entertained by the action on the slopes day and night. Be aware, with your front row seat checking out the groomers, you do get some of the sounds along with this.
We stayed during the Arctic blast, so we were quite grateful to be in the same building as D’Ellies, another restaurant, and the gift shop. No need to leave the building in sub-zero temps! And the rest of West Village is just steps away.
The kids loved the convertible couches for sleeping. We had plenty of room in the main living space to camp out with friends while we watched the freezing wind blowing outside.
There is a beautifully organized entryway for your ski gear, plus additional space in the hall.
Overall, a great experience! We can’t wait to come back!

Great ski weekend getaway lodging
Can't beat the location of this place, right in the Sugarloaf village area, walking distance to base lodge, restaurants/bars and lifts. Comfortable bed & convertible sofas, all needed amenities provided, and responsive host/owner.

Perfect ski in/out lodging
We had another great experience at Warren’s condo. His place can’t get any closer to the mountain. It is bright and clean with everything we needed. He was a great communicator and the check in process was a breeze. He is very responsive to any questions. He takes great care of the condo. We hope to go back next year.

Great Owner
Unfortunately, we weren’t able to make our trip to Sugarloaf this year because of the virus related restrictions so we can’t review the property itself. But we can say that Warren was fantastic about the whole thing and we really appreciated his flexibility and communication. Hopefully we will get a chance to book again next year!

Would come back again.
This was our 1st time at sugarloaf and we had A great experience. The property is new and clean and could not be any closer to the mountain. It is right at the base of the mountain, close to the lift, coffee shop and other amenities on the mountain. There is a nice storage space in the appt to keep the skis and boots after a day of skiing. The kitchen has everything you need for basic food prep.
The fans from the restaurant below were a bit annoying, but they did turn off around 9-9:30 and Warren did warn us about them. Overall we are pleased with our stay and we would definitely come back again.

Amazing location. Great space with everything we needed.
You can’t beat the location. Our family of 4 fit perfectly. My kids loved the modular sofas that turned into a bed. Everything was clean and the condo was stocked with everything we needed. The owner was easy to get in contact with and gave great instructions and info. We are definitely planning on going back.
