Stretch out on the king sized master or in the two-queen second room. No need to fight - both have lake views! Gather around the bar-height table for drinks or games, or pull up a counter stool on the island - there is plenty of seating. There is limited public parking in front of the resort, on our side of the street. Please be aware, this is public parking and not under our control and the terrain is irregular. The Town of Delavan requires anyone who chooses to park on the roadside to have all four tires on the grass or the town has the right to tow and ticket your vehicle or trailer.
Restaurants:
Our suite is one block from The Village Super Club (lakefront dinning) featuring unusual relish table items and Friday fish fry. You are also 2 blocks from Tana’s Family Restaurant, a small local favorite. In Delavan, there is Elizabeth’s Café, another local hangout with a great fish fry. The Duck Inn also offers a unique experience. Daddy Maxwell’s, Mars Resort (Lake Como), Gordy’s Boat House (burgers & fish fry), Sweet Aroma Ristorante, and Moy’s Chinese, are all favorites of ours. All are casual dress. JoJo’s Pizza is a few minutes away and delivers to the resort. Elegant Farmer has a deli and is famous for their pies that are baked in a Bag.
Other Activities:
Lake Geneva (10 minutes away) has clubs for those who like the nightlife, shopping , antiquing, beach, and hanging out.
Both Lake Delavan and Lake Geneva offer boat rentals, lake boat tours, guided and non guided fishing, and boat launches. There are also jet-ski rentals, kayaking, parasailing and horseback riding.

We loved it here! Great setting for a low key vacation with an indoor pool. We had a 2 bedroom 2 bath on the 3rd floor. It was very clean, and we appreciated being able to spread out. Can’t wait to visit again!

The room we thought we rented was not the room we got. We were told room was occupied and they put under in comparable room. The room was technically the same but different location and not near as nice. Property manager did respond to my concern guickly but no adjustment was made to price. I've waited over a week since we checked out and still no more commination. Nice place but feel the room and reservation were not properly advertised or disclosed.

I stayed here with my daughter and her friend as a sweet 16 overnight. The condo is very clean and cozy, and the girls kept commenting on how cute everything was. The lake view is gorgeous, even on a gray April day - especially when sitting in front of the fireplace. One thing we all commented on - the beds are VERY comfortable, and we all slept very well. Downtown Lake Geneva is about a 10-15 minute drive away. I would absolutely stay in this condo again - we loved it so much!

We had a lovely stay in this beautiful condo. I was glad to read ahead of time that the kitchenette did not have stove/oven, and we planned appropriately for food. I wish it had been listed that TVs did not have any DVD players, nor ability to log in to our own streaming services, as we had looked forward to a movie.
The sunset over the lake was beautiful. This condo has an excellent overlook of the pool and the lake. The property also has a great indoor pool and hot tub.

Perfect weekend getaway!
Our family loved this beautiful condo with amazing views! Kids loved swimming in outside and inside pools. 15 minute drive to Lake Geneva for shopping and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay and was low key! The only reason for 4 stars was because I was informed at check in that the dishwasher was broken, minor inconvenience. Otherwise, everything was great!

Wonderful view overlooking the lake from a comfortable, nicely decorated 2-bedroom condo with an inviting fireplace and handy kitchenette! Comfy chaise lounge by the window and outdoor seating on the balcony were the best seats in the condo!! Resort pool and spa pool were a good size, relaxing, and clean--a great spot for children and adults to enjoy! Convenient location close to Lake Geneva and other attractions. We'll be back for more!!

My girlfriends and I and their daughters who are besties take an annual trip as our Galentines get away. This condo was almost perfect. Layout was fantastic for the 6 of us. Decor was lovely and we loved the fireplace and the view! Unfortunately the cleanliness wasn’t to our liking, especially being that we are living in and trying to get through a pandemic. Bathroom floor not 100% and the spider webs and dust build up a bit out of control around fans and light fixtures. We would have liked to turn on a fan at one point but were afraid to given the massive amounts of dust on the blades. The bedroom with two beds could use an update. At least the one closest to the door. We thought it was borderline broken and surprised it didn’t collapse in the middle of the night. Lastly, the kitchen area a bit tight and a stove would have been great. However, we knew it didn’t have one when we booked it so we brought our crockpot and made it work. Not sure I’d go back because we are clean freaks and use the kitchen a lot but for those of you who don’t mind those things, it truly is a cute little place!

The condo was very nicely decorated, with a great view and comfortable beds. Desk staff were pleasant and helpful. Floor cleanliness in our room was lacking; after a few minutes of walking barefoot in the unit, the bottoms of our feet were black. No parking available in either the lot or on the front grass if arriving back in the evening.
