For a turnkey vacation experience, the listed price includes checkout cleaning, bed linens and bathroom towel sets for the occupancy of the property.
Enjoy fabulous views of Point Judith Pond from this classic waterfront cottage. The home is located on Great Island, a friendly neighborhood in Narragansett.
Relax on the large deck overlooking the water - you can cook for the family on the gas grill and a table with an umbrella seats four comfortably. Launch kayaks, or paddleboards from the small dock.
This three-bedroom, two-bathroom home offers 1900 square feet of living space on two levels. As you enter the home there is a large living room and laundry area. As you continue to walk through the home there is a bright and airy kitchen, and living and dining spaces with seating for 6 offering views of the water. Two bedrooms are located on the first level which share a hall bathroom. One bedroom offers a queen bed and window air conditioning unit. The second room offers twin bunk beds for sleeping arrangements.
The second-floor master bedroom sleeps two in queen beds and features a second-floor observation deck overlooking the water. It's the perfect place to enjoy a quiet morning coffee or an evening nightcap. The second bedroom on this level offers two twin beds to accommodate guests.
Please note, this home does not offer central air conditioning as an amenity.
It is a leisurely bike ride to either Sand Hill Cove/Roger Wheeler State Beach or Salty Brine State Beach. On your way to these beaches you ride by Galilee which offers some of the freshest seafood from local fisherman, restaurants and shops. Don't forget a day trip to Block Island – the ferry departs right from Galilee.
Please note during the summer season, late June - Labor Day, this rental requires a seven night minimum. Check-in is no earlier than 3:00 Pm on Saturday and check-out is no later than 10:00 Am the following Saturday.
Commercially laundered linen packages are provided for the occupancy of the property. This includes linens, a towel set (bath towel, hand towel and facecloth) for each occupant, hand and bath at for each bathroom and kitchen towels. Beach towels are not provided unless otherwise specified on the listing. Guests staying for more than one week will incur and additional linen charge. Guests can opt to bring their own linens for a credit. Please inquire for more information.
