Great stay

A lovely hotel just a few minutes away from the beach. The room was nice and clean. We could easily find a spot by the road to park our rental car. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to help us whenever needed. Breakfast was delicious too. A great stay!

Bon emplacement, personnel aimable et serviable. Lits confortables. Bon petit déjeuner.

L'une des nuits a été un peu bruyante (aboiements de chiens, discussions extérieures tardives. Le confort pourrait être un peu amélioré (notamment dans la salle de bains)

Exceptional

The people!! Lovely small team of 4 who were so lovely and friendly. Despite our language difference, we really had fun and lots of laughing. They couldn't have been more hospitable. For example offering and explaining local delicacies which were made by Efe's mother. But the room and AC were good, breakfast also, varied and tasty. Thanks to you all, hope to come back again. X

A nice place with nice staff and potential, not there yet.

We needed just one night, a little out of town, in a nice area, with parking so the location was convenient for us. About 30 minutes , on an hour with no traffic, to the airport. Nicely decorated, comfortable room, with a good shower and an air-condition. About 15 minutes walking distance from the lower Duden falls which was a very nice walk. Staff were extremely nice, patient and helpful. We had an early start, so they tried to get the breakfast ready on time.

The place looks great and could do a lot better with 2 minor adjustments. 1. The thin blanket to cover with is not comfortable for people who are used to covering with a duvet or bed linens, therefore please add a blanket with a duvet in the wardrobe, it was not convinced and too thin. 2. The breakfast staff was super nice but the breakfast needs to improve. 2 slices of cheese, a tiny salad, fried dough ( wich my hubby loved) , olives, jam and chocolate spread with boiled eggs..and coffee The eggs were not ready so they kindly fried us an omelette. No fruits, no juice, no yogurt, no baked goods...it can be easily improved. Also if breakfast is at 7:30 and we specifically said we need to eat at 7:30... It would be great if it was really by then. Just for information , no elevator, which was okay since we had no suitcases.

Very good

Pleasant staff, easy and quick check in and check out, excellent breakfast in a stylish and comfortable place.

The room is too small we couldn't fit properly our three lugages. There is no elevator.

Could have been much better!

Parking available as stated. Close to the seafront. Hotel decor was nice. Room was ok

Check in guy lacked motivation and desire to be particularly helpful or friendly. Breakfast was as poor as it gets...no effort to provide an adequate meal.

better choose smth else

it was close to the sea

the air conditioner didn’t work, at the same time instead of blankets there was a piece of fabric, I felt cold at night. the location is fair. I spent just one night and was happy that I shouldn’t spend holidays there. the stuff promised to prepare something for breakfast to take in the airport but didn’t do that.

Good small hotel, clean and comfy

Asked for sandwich in the evening instead of breakfast that was included, because of early flight but nothing was prepared in the morning. A bit disappointed. Everything else was OK.

Clean and beautiful

The hotel is very clean: room, bathroom, common areas and very cosy, like a very classy home. Staff is kind and helpful. No smoke smell. No loud call for prayer could be heard from the hotel. Comfortable bed. Location is good, only few minutes walking distance from the sea and park.

Synthetic pillow covers, I covered it with my cotton shirt for better comfort for my skin. I could hear sounds from corridor to my room very well, but it was not disturbing me personally.

The hotel is located in a good place, not far from the park, there are many restaurants nearby where you can eat. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful.

The room was very small, but the bed was very large and comfortable. Unfortunately, the shower leaked and all the water was in the bathroom, which had to be cleaned with toilet paper. Also, the towels had stains from previous users, which was not very pleasant. The hotel will be convenient for a one-night stay.

Superb

The breakfast was beautiful! Thanks a lot! Location is good too, near the sea. We tried to take the bus. But it runs very rarely. And we had to take a taxi. But it's not the fault of the hotel.

The hotel is 500m from the seaside which is a great location. The area is full with restaurants and is very enjoyable. The staff was really kind and welcoming. Rhey helped us arrange a taxi for the airport very early in the morning. The room was spaciois and very clean. We would definitely go back!

It is a nice and clean place. The staff is very kind and respectful. It was really helpful that they offer transport to and from the beach. Also they put 2 bottles of water in our room everyday after cleaning and changing the towels. I really appreciated their attention.

I shall not stay again at this hotel

Thé hôtel is modern, clean, well-equipped. The staff is welcoming.

- The hôtel finds itself in the middle of nowhere; - Why to ask the client about the hour of his/her arrival, if the staff doesn’t make an effort to put on the aircon by the time of the arrival or put on the fridge? By the time of my arrival, the temperature in the room was 50C and the fridge didn’t function; - The breakfast was poor: an egg, a few slices of bread, two types of jam, a slice of watermelon and coffee; - No chance to receive an invoice after the payment and checking-out; - The staff’s English is very poor.
