Really bad experience and I’m never giving Extended Stay my business again.

Just the location.

No coffee maker in room. Not sure if bed sheets were fresh. Mattress totally worn out. Floor was very sticky, towels thin and rough, rough clientele and noisy throughout the night. Only 2 very small thin soaps provided. Had a separate $100 incidental charge at check-in which will take 3-5 days to process back on my card. Other hotels don’t do this. Elevator was very slow and a bit scary, and only 1 elevator box. Most employees were surley other than the manager who was very pleasant. I thought an extended stay hotel would offer more than the average hotel but this was a huge disappointment. Nothing “Premier” about this hotel. Never again.

Wonderful

The staff was very courteous from front desk to housekeeping. I've never stayed in a room that was so clean..very accommodating. My husband has COPD and cannot lay down. We needed a bigger chair that reclined. They were quick to bring in a recliner for him..no excuses..

I guess the 100.00 dollar deposit incurred at check in. It will be returned in 2 to 3 business days after check out.

Accommodations were acceptable and a good value.

Quiet room despite being close to interstate. Bed was OK. Room was acceptable but not high end. Full refrigerator and 2-burnr stove.

Gute Lage und sauber, aber wegen der negativen Erfahrungen kann ich es nicht weiterempfehlen.

Der Check-in verlief schnell und einfach, und anfangs schien alles vielversprechend. Die Lager war sehr gut, wenn man z. B. das Kennedy Space Center besuchen möchte, was ich auch gemacht habe. Das Zimmer in diesem relativ neuen Hotel war neu und sauber. Leider war das auch schon und das einzige Positive, das ich über meinen Aufenthalt hier sagen kann.

Das Zimmer, obwohl großzügig geschnitten und modern ausgestattet war keine Wohlfühloase im Urlaub. Ein immer wieder Brummen eines für ein Hotelzimmer viel zu großen Kühlschranks war alle paar Minuten im ganzen Zimmer zu hören, selbst in der Nacht. Ein erholsamer Schlaf war trotz bequemen Bett nur bedingt möglich. Aber der Schlaf hat in der ersten Nacht sowieso nicht lange gedauert, denn morgens wurde ich von lauten Geräuschen vom Gang geweckt. Das Housekeeping hat fast im Minutentakt Türen zu fallen lassen. Zudem wurden vermutlich Handtücher oder ähnliches in einen Eimer oder Behälter mit einem Deckel geworfen, der ständig laut klapperte, das ging über eine Stunde so. Ein Weiterschlafen und Erholen war unter diesen Umständen undenkbar und hatte mir auch etwas den Tag verdorben. Das Schlimmste steht jedoch noch aus. Obwohl ich das Hotel im Voraus über Booking bezahlt hatte und die Abbuchung erfolgreich stattgefunden hatte, wurde mir vor Ort der gleiche Betrag nochmals von meiner Kreditkarte abgezogen, nicht nur die Kaution sondern der komplette Zimmerpreis. Trotz Hinweise beim Check-out und den Worten des Personals, dass eine Rückbuchung erfolgen würde, sofern im Voraus bezahlt, ist bis heute, fast drei Monate später, nichts passiert. Meine Bemühungen, das Hotel direkt zu kontaktieren, wurden systematisch ignoriert. Offensichtlich ist man hier ganz zufrieden den doppelten Zimmerpreis bekommen zu haben und ist an keiner Klärung oder Kundenbindung interessiert. Dadurch hat mich eine Nacht in diesem einfachen Hotel 260 Dollar gekostet, bei den zwei Nächten nun über 500 Dollar. Diese Vorgehensweise ist eine Frechheit. Ein derartiges Geschäftsgebaren und das Ignorieren von Nachrichten über Wochen machen dieses Hotel zu einer klaren Nichtempfehlung. Aktuell versucht Booking das Problem zu klären, aber da das nun auch schon etwas dauert, gehe ich davon aus, dass auch Booking keine Rückmeldung erhalten wird.

I should have stayed somewhere else.

The location was good; it was close to where we needed to go.

The staff was not very helpful either when we checked in or when we checked out. The "breakfast" was horrible. There were very few items left, no decaf coffee, and no place to sit down to eat.

Ligging in combinatie met bezoek aan Kennedy Space Center.

Sfeerloze en kale inrichting. Het feit dat van keukenspullen tot aan föhn alles bij receptie gevraagd/opgehaald moest worden. Ontbijt in de vorm van wat zoete snacks en koffie kan de naam ontbijt eigenlijk niet dragen! Kamer gehorig voor geluid van buiten.

With some tweaking this could be an amazing hotel.

Convenient location. Everything seems to be brand new.

AC did not work. Telephone in room did not work. Literally the only thing available for breakfast was coffee and one cookie. The kitchenette would have been handy had there been cutlery/ plates. There was nothing.

Good hotel and handy to space centre

Good breakfast for a free breakfast. Laundry facilities all good and a little workout room with a treadmill. Close enough to the space centre and an IHOP.

Smokers right outside of the breakfast area wasn’t very inviting for non smokers to sit outside and eat.

Location. Value. Spacey room.

Rooms were not ready even though we were almost 1-2 hours later than the estimated check-in. 2 rooms were booked, and they weren't even onthesame floor. Breastfast was booled eggs, oatmeal, and vending machines. The ad said breakfast was included. That was crap.

The front staff was friendly and helpful

We only stayed for one night but had to switch rooms three times. The first room we were given smelled musty and like mildew. We moved all of our stuff to the next room which never cooled down. The a/c wasn’t working correctly and was pretty warm in the room. We then had to pack up all of our things again, and move to a third room. This room didn’t smell and the a/c worked, however, the window shade was broken and wouldn’t come down all the way. This wouldn’t have been such a big deal (except that the light from outside was showing through) but this room was on the first floor so you could clearly see into our room from the parking lot. We had to take pillows from the bed and prop up on the windowsill to cover the window to get some privacy.

Just for 2 nights for KSC ! Beware of the musty smell if you care about

Location to KSC was good and convenient

The rooms had mold smell and whenever the air conditioner got turned on it would blow mold and must air.

Superb

Very clean facilities and friendly staff! Love that they have a full size fridge in the kitchenette. It's very close to I-95, so it made it easy to get around to attractions and restaurants.

Honestly, I have no complaints. It exceeded my expectations!

It's fine, a bit pricey

It was ok and clean.

Big puddle of water collected in the bathroom. Thin floors, the elephant above us kept walking from 10 pm until 2 am, shaking the ceiling. Could not sleep, and it's the main reason we stayed there. Elephant stopped the stomping at 4:40 am.

Check-in process need to improve

The room is big and comfy.

The check-in process took forever. The training is so bad that the check-in lady kept using the phone asking her boss. It took 30 minutes to finish the check-in process. The breakfast is bad and simple, actually, you can even ignore it.

Really good and clea for the price

Everything looks new and clean. Price is really interesting. Good to stop for one night or a couple. Nothing fancy but comfortable.

Some weird poeple keeps roaming at 1am while I was finishing my laundry. And the breakfast is really poor.

Although next to highway great location!

The location was nice. Right off I95 and nice drive to the Kennedy Space Center.

For Breakfast only the following, Muffins, oatmeal, coffee. The pandemic is over. Let’s have more choices of eggs, and low carbs. Bacon, sausage, ham waffles. I think you can afford it for the Room prices.

Perfect location for visiting the KSC. The room was clean. Modern design, well-equipped room (but as noted in other comments, there are no kitchen utensils).
